We moved here last year and were looking for a good salon. After driving past Opulence salon, we thought we’d try it and sure are glad that we did! My daughter and I have now been coming here for several months and we love it. The stylists are wonderful and really know hair!! The front desk people are super nice as well. Went in on a whim made my appointment online this morning., (the last time I had my hair done at another salon in Pensacola they butchered my hair and were not at all pleasant.) This time at this salon with Becca was amazing! She was very personable, professional and knowledgeable! She took amazing care of me and made sure not to chop too much off and even showed me the length she was cutting before she began to cut! And I know that took a lot of patience and compassion! I have been looking for a hair stylist for a while now and finally, I have found one! Everyone working was very nice and it was obvious that they love what they do! The salon was clean, well decorated and staffed with happy and pleasant ladies! Amazing job, Becca, I will be back! Thank you! 🫶🏻

I finally Found an Aveda salon in my area that I love! Hali loves all her clients and cares about her work. I’m so glad she over heard the conversation the day I called! My daughter and I have been going to Hali at Opulence for a few years now. I love the Aveda products, and the client experience. We’ve had cuts, color, and Brazilian blowout services. Hali also is greatly with curly hair. With so many places locally to choose from, I highly recommend Hali and Opulence!

Rachel is the best of the best! So far she has taken care of me, my daughter and at this very moment, my mom!! She is wonderful with my thick straight hair, my 6 year olds curly hair and my mother’s aging hair. She listened and suggested some ideas that really benefited my hair and has made my hair routine seamless! I absolutely love Opulence! Every single person that works here is the kindest and most welcoming. I always leave with a smile on my face! I have been getting my hair done by Hali for the past 6 years and I will never go to anyone else again. I genuinely have never been so happy about my hair until I met her. I am naturally a dark brunette and she has managed to get my hair completely blonde with no warm tones which is beyond impressive. If you’re looking for a new hair stylist come to HALI !!! Hali is amazing! I love this salon, they all make you so comfortable there. She has consistently given me great haircuts, great advice and does not push any treatments on you. I have to say in all my 65 years on this earth, this is the BEST salon and hair cutter I’ve used yet. I’ve had my hair done from high end salons in NYC, to Florida, this is the place I love best.

Stop reading, just call and book!! They fit us in with a less than 15 min. warning- we had family pics on the beach that evening and our stylist Quinn CAME THROUGH!!!! You might catch me moving us to Pensacola just for this haircut!!!! I showed a couple pics of my husbands previous cuts, described a few trouble cowlicks that usually cause problems when we have to use a new hairstylist for him, and this result BLEW us away!!!! He feels amazing- the smile on his face says it all- fam pics were a huge success, and this place was everything you hope for when you have to get haircare while traveling! Kind and friendly, quick, patient, fair prices and an EXCELLENT haircut!!!

Always a blast coming in for cut and color. I have tons of thick hair and the stylists here always know how to make it manageable, comfortable, and stylish. Scheduling is so easy either calling or online. One thing I especially like here, the stylists and receptionist are always friendly and welcoming. The stylist I see is always open to trying new things and getting me the look I want. The owner Tiffany strives for excellent customer service and makes sure that you leave happy with your services. 10/10 always 😊

I had such a wonderful experience! I was not sure what I wanted to do with my hair, but Ally helped me and I LOVE my cut! She did long layers and it looks and feels amazing! Desperately needed a cut and color while on vacation, but always hesitant to try someone new. SO glad I went to this salon- had a wonderful experience with Hali!! She took time to really listen to what I wanted and look at the pictures I had saved, as well as my sharing the ‘problem areas’ of my hair. I have thin and rather lifeless hair; under her skillful hands, it turned out WAY better than I hoped or imagined! Love my color and the products she recommended. Very friendly staff— a really nice salon without feeling ‘uppity’. Won’t even hesitate to visit again when I get back to Pensacola—thanks, Hali, for providing such excellent service!

Ally was literally the sweetest person ever. I had went somewhere else who messed up my bangs and she squeezed me in next day and cut them exactly how I wanted them and made me feel so comfortable in the chair after the bad experience I just had. It’s the ONLY salon I know of around that carries Aveda color as well as the product line. I just went in for a simple lip wax and it was great a great experience and a great price ! This particular wax doesn’t hurt as much , and they do a nice soothing essential oil blend at the end of the waxing which I particularly loved . I can’t wait to get a blow out next time I go :)
