Ive been trying to come here for a while and finally made an appointment for facial, and came back for a massage as soon as I could.Marina and Zendaya went ABSOLUTELY above and beyond both times and provided me with an exceptional service, I never got in any other spa before.Very professional, and very personal at the same time.All of their recommendations were on point!And I will definitely keep coming back here every time I need to treat my body, heal, recharge and meet amazing ladies with great smiles and healing hands 😃 💜 🙏

Updated: Ok, after multiple visits now, I am updating to 5 stars! I still wish they had a hot tub but they’ve upped the amenities!! They have CBD massage oil! There’s a beach view calming room and a multi sensory room (with the comfiest chair ever) and cozy fuzzy blankets! Also, I got to see Shaun again and she is the gold standard of excellent masseuses… truly incredible. I already can’t wait to come back next vacay! Marina is also so wonderful! She is so thoughtful and accommodating! Wonderful place!Original: That was one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had - Shaun was incredible! I just wish the spa had more amenities - just the sauna, otherwise it would be an easy 5 stars. I considering getting another appointment while I’m here!

Heed spa has a beautiful location right on the beach and the best masseuse out there. Paolo was amazing and made me totally relaxed , she really helped ease my back pain and is very knowledgeable of the body. Marina at the front desk said I’m just here to pamper you and she will!. Such nice ladies , such a beautiful location , and most of all , so relaxing . I wish I lived closer to come more often but I will not miss the chance when I’m on the east coast of Florida again.

I received An 80 minute Swedish massage with Zenayda. As soon as we walked in the door, Marina greeted us at the front desk with warmth and a smile. After a fabulous and relaxing massage, we sat in our robes and sipped on hot herbal tea. We then spent some time in the sauna. It was a great day and a wonderful experience.

OMG! How did I not know about this place! Heed spa is so cute, soooo clean, and on another level of customer service. Since the moment I called to get more information, Marina was so so friendly. Upon arrival I felt like I already knew Marina and all day long she was so attentive and catered to us non stop. The treatments with Catherine and Ruby were phenomenal, and by the end of the day we felt like part of their little family. We even had a lovely chit chat with the GM (didn’t catch her name), but I could tell she is excellent at what she does because everyone genuinely enjoys working for her and with her! I work in the spa industry for many years, and this was top notch. We will definitely be back! Thank you all so much for a wonderful spa day!

We had an amazing day at Heed Spa. The manager Marylin provided amazing service and the staff were friendly and professional. The locker rooms have everything you need including hair caps, robes, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, cleaning wipes for your face, slippers to wear. The bathrooms, showers, and sauna were clean. Beach access also included umbrellas which were really nice. The massages were amazing!!

HEALING HANDS!!!! HEALING HANDS!!!! HEALING HANDS!!! I only leave reviews when the service is outstanding or memorable, this was BOTH. My friend and I came into town for the weekend and came across a GEM hidden on Hallandale Beach. Heed Spa is a boutique and spa wrapped into one. We were greeted warmly and charismatically by Marina. My partner stopped in to shop their swimsuit selection which are like none other. During conversation Marina discussed the Valentines Day promotion they were running on their spa services. Now. I only go to one person for this service however I figured I would give it a try since my partner gifted me the service. The amenities are clean, who knew what would be beyond that little shop in the back! They have a full spa service and my favorite part outside of the massage was the relaxation room (MUST TRY). Now! Lets get into this massage with Zenayda. OMG her hands and technique are AMAZING! I got off her table feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the rest of the day. Marina was kind enough to allow my partner to experience the amenities while I was receiving my service, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure of comfort and that are experience was A1. If you are reading this, what are you waiting on?! If you are in the area stop by and let them know I sent you (wink).

The spa itself though relaxing and on the smaller side offered a beautiful retreat with sauna. My massage was with Zeyneyda, who was talented, personable, and kind. What a sunday ! Today i went to heed spa and got a lava stone massage! Mariana the front guest lady, welcomed me with a big smile and made me a tour through the entire spa. Amenities were so clean and very aesthetic. I did a massage with Ruthby, she was so nice and professional, she made me feel i was in heaven. She worked in every area of my body felt so good!.Afterwards Marina took me to the sauna offering something to drink ( so attentive). After the sauna i went into the meditation room was so relaxing that i fall asleep . Thank you so much heed spa for such an experience.

I got hot stones added on & it was just what I needed to release all my stress & tension. From the moment I walked in I felt a welcoming relaxing energy. The spa is beautiful and decorated so well. Marina is so sweet and welcoming. She sang me happy birthday and was accommodating. I had Paola as my masseuse and she gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. I had the therapeutic massage and it was just that. Most masseuse dig their fingers in my back it feels when I tell them I had tension but she was perfect she applied the perfect amount of pressure like the entire massage was just so nice I would come again for her to do the same massage. The location is great too, right on the beach but it doesn’t feel like invasive with the room being right there. Loved my experience here. Thank you!

The staff, who work there ensure a pleasant environment, they have always been attentive and professional.Regarding the lounge chair and umbrella rentals, Ive never faced any issues with them. The rental process has always been straightforward, and the staff have been clear about the rental terms. It’s unfortunate that the previous reviewer had a different experience, but I encourage future visitors to see for themselves.I understand that no place is perfect, but it’s important to share accurate and fair reviews to help others make informed decisions. If anyone has concerns or experiences issues, I encourage you to reach out directly to the beach management, who are always willing to help resolve any problems.

I recently got a spa package for my self and later got one for my mom. The spa is located next to beautiful Hallandale Beach and the spa itself is absolutely serene beautiful and relaxing. The is super friendly and knowledgeable. I was absolutely pampered the spa and they have a beach staff that set up a great experience on the beach as well. I would give this place more stars if I could!

Walked in, met Marina at the front desk and let her charm me into scheduling a Deep Tissue message with Ruthby. The whole experience was fabulous. I started with 15 minutes in the dry sauna. It is a great spot for a day of hookie from work or a Staycation.

Our experience was amazing.We (4 women) visited the spa as a Mothers Day treat for the Motherhood Mastery Retreat that I hosted. Lets start with the beach view... it was so beautiful!2 women in our retreat party visited on Saturday and then 2 of us visited on Sunday. We all came out feeling so relaxed and amazing.We all told the manager and staff that the service was amazing and when we are in the area again, we will DEFINITELY be back.

We had outstandingly relaxed few hours at Heed Spa - so much needed to relieve the stress accumulated over months of non-stop work routine. Marilyn, the General Manager there, was professional, friendly, and truly driven by our personal needs when evaluating the type of procedures for each of us. I needed a therapeutic massage which was at a higher price level. Yet it was well worth it as Paula, our massage therapist, applied the right amount of pressure to alleviate my back muscle pain. The spa was clean and tastefully designed to make it a special experience for everyone. And yes, we enjoyed complimentary sauna before and after our treatment.

I got the facial and the bamboo massage. The facial was amazing. She was so kind and curated the facial to my skin. The massage was okay I wish I got the therapeutic and splurged a-little more I feel I would’ve been happier then. The facial made the whole experience so worth it. I even had sun burn on my face and shoulders and I didn’t feel irritated at all. I needed to change my reservation to the next day and she switched it for me with no problems. Tip: don’t go cheap splurge for the higher priced services they are well worth it!

Ive had the green tea body scrub, body wrap, facial, Brazilian wax and full leg wax. All were wonderful. I highly recommend Paola. One of the best waxes Ive ever had and thats a lot! Totally painless, meticulous and fast. Ill be back for sure.

As an osteopath and physiotherapist, he is highly knowledgeable in the muscle tissue and bones of the body. And that knowledge translates into a very healing, therapeutic experience during each session. He has been able to fix what chiropractors only made worse. I am so lucky to have found him and Heed Spa!Michele, a master esthetician with 15+ years of experience, will treat you to one of the most relaxing and thorough facials you have ever had. As the general manager, she also goes out of her way to make sure you have a wonderful experience and leave the spa satisfied and rejuvenated.Oh, and did I mention how beautiful the spa is? Beachfront, ocean-view oasis with private beach, cabanas, loungers, a second-story terrace overlooking the ocean, plus food and drink service. Heed Spa is a must for a relaxing spa retreat!

I visit Miami 3 times a year and every single time I visit I book myself a massage, facial, and a chair at the beach. ♡ I can be a bit picky as to where to go to get pampered and this place has always satisfied my needs and hygienic standards. I have been a loyal client of heed spa for almost 3 years now and I always leave feeling refreshed and taken care of. I love all the organic earthy scented products that they use during the facial and the face massage. The body massage has always been excellent. The pressure is just right. I also loved getting into the sauna for extra detoxing before and after the massage.In other words... this place is the best out here in south Florida. Had a wonderful couples massage. This was our last vacation for my husband and I before our baby is born. (I am 33 weeks pregnant). They stated they typically they do prenatal massage in a separate room but accommodated my request for us to be in the same room. Therapists were great and very polite as well. My husband and I visited the spa on our mini staycation and it was his first time getting a massage (imagine that). He really enjoyed the whole experiences and wanted more. I was very pleased on the explanation on why we couldn’t use the sauna due to COVID it eased our spirit on not using it. Will be returning for our anniversary in March!

You can spend a lot of money on the coast in Florida, but you dont always get value for it like you do at HeedSpa and HeedBeach. They treat you like they want you to come back, and your experience really matters to them - because the service they are selling matters to them. We had the most phenomenal day today, this is a fantastic business. Heres some helpful hints:1. BEACH - We did VIP for a day at the beach. Jorge was amazing. Call them, theres lots of different options, but if you can get a bed on the beach with a few tables and umbrellas, thats what we did. They put up a small beach fence and gave us all the umbrellas we wanted. They brought out an ice chest and bottles water. There were towels as well, but I think this might just be for VIP otherwise it may be extra.2. SPA - This is the perfect spot if you are checking out of a hotel early bit have a late flight. We spent the day on the beach, booked a spa appt for late in the day. We were able to shower before and after. Towels, robes, rubber Sandals, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.3. BEACH - There are cabanas and day beds in the VIP areaThese are up off the beach near the bar. The beds do not have umbrellas so these may be extra, just call - they Will customize for your needs. The cabanas do not face the ocean, but provide full coverage from the sun.4. BEACH - Bar and food from Etaru for lunch. Juices, alcoholic drinks, coconut juice in a coconut. Some GF and vegetarian options. No service on the beach due to covid but its not far.5. SPA - massage was heavenly. We did a couples massage with a view of the beach. It was the most relaxing massage Ive ever had!6. SPA - you can buy sunscreen, cover ups and mens and womens swimsuits inside.

I got a couples massage and it was great! It was a full body massage and the therapists were very nice and did a great job. My massage therapist was Ruby and my boyfriends therapist was a woman with a very similar name to Rubys! Lol. Awesome service.

Zen Feel: this spa distinguishes itself from the rest on the beach by giving a high quality Zen Spa experience at a salon price. The interior has earth tones and modern clean decor. the massage chair is first rate. The prices were good for the quality of mani/pedi and then there are many extra special treatments on the menu. This place doesnt do Gel, but they can take it off and replace it with a healthier nontoxic choice with the same varieties of colours, if not more. Try the organic apricot oil.

They were also very professional in the way they answered questions and provided guidance. Ruthby was my esthetician, and she was also very professional and kind.
