Extremely unhappy. The most unpleasant experience Ive had getting a haircut. The person seemed very unhappy and not friendly at all, which is fine, if the haircut was good but it was not. One side was shorter than the other and as you can see in the picture one side was butchered. First and last time I go to Supercuts. I truly hope I hear from someone in charge that actually cares about their business. I cant even give you one star.April 5th 2025 update for the above review:As I mentioned above I was extremely disappointed with my haircut. I called and spoke to the manager Melba and she was very nice and asked me to go by and she would try to fix my cut. I am very happy to say she was not only very nice but she also acknowledged it was a bad haircut...but most importantly she did an amazing job on correcting all that was wrong with my haircut. I am extremely pleased and will definitely be back to cut my hair with no one else but Melba. Thank you it is obvious that you know and enjoy your trade. I would give you 10 stars but theres only 5😊

This Supercuts has the best stylists. I always get a different person and they all cut my hair exactly how I ask for it. They are all very nice and very talented. I won’t go anywhere else.

Very fast efficient professional service when I go during the morning hours 9/11am. I have always had a good men’s haircut at the Miami Lakes location.That said, the prices are getting ridiculous and $25 bucks for a regular haircut is absolutely nuts, plus I give the stylist a3/5 dollars tip ! That adds up to about $30 dollars ! I can see$18/20 busks plus a tip but $25 is totally nuts for seniors on a fixed income who , like myself have been using this location sense before COVID, look a haircut is just that, not a styling, not a perm, not a color ! Just a haircut !!!

I had an outstanding experience as is the case everytime I visit this locations services. However today for the first time, current politics dominated the hair cutting floor, could have done without the passionate discussion and just enjoyed small talk with my stylist.

Supercuts is a great place to get a haircut. This location in Miami Lakes is operated by very nice profesional stylist.It’s a quick and get to the point haircut place. Good prices and easy parking.From kids to adults seems to be their niche, but on some ocasiones, I have seen women getting their hair done here. And they come out looking very beautiful.Ask for Mercedes, I think she is the best, but the others are good too.I highly recommend this place.
