I have been coming here since I cant remember when. It has to be over 25 years. The salon is. Immaculate. The employees are very friendly and my hair stylist is like my adopted daughter. She makes me look good every time. Never a compliant. And the products they use are the best.

Stylist Tien is very talented. My highlights and haircut are perfection. She started by asking specific questions about how I like my hair colored and cut, then she did exactly as I wanted. The front desk staff, especially Pauline, were both friendly and helpful. I made an appointment for next month!

Gabby my hairstylist is exceptional! She is so sweet, kind, and such a professional. She listens to what you want while also making sure you get what’s right for your hair, and comes up with the perfect style that combines both. I couldn’t be happier with my haircut and blow dry. The rest of the salon is amazing as well! From when you walk in and are greeted by the front desk and offered a beverage, to when you leave and book your next appointment. Their online booking system makes booking so easy and seamless as well. I can’t say enough great things about the whole experience. Such a wonderful salon to come to!

Maribel was wonderful! I had a bad experience at a different salon and my haircut was uneven, I contacted them this morning and the front desk recommended Maribel. I’m so thankful they were able to fit me in with her. She was so kind and very knowledgeable!

Drew James is the best salon around. The staff is so friendly. The place is super chic and clean. My stylist is Lori, and she is the best one Ive ever had. She does what I ask and gives me great advice. I trust her completely. We have the best conversations! I decided to stop dying my hair and go grey. The transition is not fun, but she made it so much easier for me by cutting it properly. Now Im fully grey and it looks really good and Lori makes sure I dont have an old ladys haircut. Id never go anywhere else for a haircut. You can make an appointment online and they confirm and and also send you reminders.

St. Lucie that did me no favors and chip has been excellent at helping me regain my confidence!! When we first moved to Hollywood I struggled with finding a hair dresser who was a good fit for me and my “I’m gonna do what I want… period” hair.I called Drew James(finally… I should have done it earlier!) and was immediately impressed with the understanding phone conversation I had with the front desk.I have had two hairdressers there and have loved them both. I go to Chip now(Erin is a new mom so she suggested Chip) and can’t even begin to describe how glad I am. He knows me, he knows my unruly hair, I am always happy and satisfied when I walk out, I get lots of compliments on the cut and frankly, I couldn’t be happier.I highly recommend this location… and Chip.But the way… the front desk is still terrific!!

She answered all my questions and was very thorough with my highlights. She took her time with the parts and was very detail oriented. She treats each guest like they are her most important guest. From coloring, cuts to extensions, she truly does it all. One of my friends told me that Aveda salons were usually great, so on a whim I scheduled an appointment with Gabby for a cut and style. Gabby was absolutely wonderful. She really listened to me and made sure what she was doing was good for me. I love how my hair came out, and my bangs look absolutely perfect. I will definitely be going to her regularly. Next step will be a balayage!

I go to the location on Sheridan Street and absolutely LOVE Jessica, she is amazing and gives me exactly what I go in looking for every time. The whole staff is very genuine and always makes me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I recently moved about 40 minutes away from the salon but will make the commute to continue going only there!

Jay is amazing! It’s been very hard to find a stylist that understands what you want . He takes his time and always double checks his cut. I’m so glad my sister in-law referred me . I will come to him years to come . Prices are just right . Friendly staff ,Shop very clean and organized.

I bought the Groupon and could not be more pleased with the service I received. I came in with virgin hair and was hopeful to leave with as close to the image I brought in of a hair model as possible. Amanda did a fantastic job highlighting my hair exactly as I requested. She eased my fears of having a color gloss instead of a clear gloss and she styled my hair well at the end. The scalp massage was amazing, too! I scheduled another appointment before I left and would recommend trying them out - there are a few deals on the website if the Groupon isnt available anymore.

They have great atmosphere and customer service. They maintain all the COVID19 precautions. I was happy with my haircut. I highly recommend!

I trusted the wrong place & my hair was she knows her stuff .I can almost swear she visualized what to do with my hot mess & went to my hair like an artist to a painting.
