Awesome experience! I purchased my hair from Pembroke Pines Elegant Beauty Superstore, and I was prepared to stop by Walmart for my additional products (conditioner and leave-in conditioner) for a cheaper price. To my surprise, Hadi the store manager heard me comparing the prices, and offered to match the prices regardless of the difference! Talk about great customer service!! I will gladly and most definitely patronize this business.

I come here all the time and I love it. As a black women, they always have what I need. They have a huge selection of products and the staff is really helpful. My only complaint is how hard it is to maneuver around the store when they are restocking. Other than that, I highly recommend this place over any other beauty supply store.

Jordan at the cash register is EXCEPTIONAL! She epitomizes professionalism and CUSTOMER SERVICE. I walked In today to purchase hair for my daughter’s Bohemian braids. This is the first time getting these types of braids. I had no idea what was needed. I asked two employees that worked there that were not helpful at all. Very rude and poor customer service (looked liked they hated being at work). I went up to the register and was met by Jordan who greeted me with a smile. She explained to me thoroughly what Bohemian braids are and what was needed. She was friendly, engaging, patient and did everything with a smile. You need more Jordan’s! (The receipt says the cashier is Mahala but Jordan was the cashier and the only one to assist me with a smile).

The best beauty supply in the pines area. They are always in stock of everything I’m looking for and staff is super helpful. Today I went for a wig, to my surprise they had a BOGO special. Jami was very patient and helped me to try on styles until I found the perfect wigs in the colors I wanted. I had a question about a different item and she showed me the products I will need for my next style. I will definitely be back.
