    I absolutely love coming here with Derek and Justin. They are the best hairdressers, I get the best care for my hair, the most perfect color and style every time. I’ve been coming here for a couple of sessions And I would never leave. They are stuck with me for life as a client!!! He corrected my collar from a previous hairdresser who damaged and gave me a color that I didn’t want. He treated my hair with a lot of care and over a couple of months. We got it to the tone that I wanted a blonde. He is literally the best in the game and I’m super grateful that I found him! If you’re thinking about getting a new hairdresser, come get a consultation with Derek! You won’t regret it

    Simply put……….THE BEST!!!!! Derek is a Master class in hair color, styling, and m extensions! I cannot say enough good things or recommend him and Justin enough!!! They just “get it” when it comes to all things hair!! He’s magic and has quickly became the “go to” in Blonding. He does every color to perfection, but his blondes are on a whole other level I feel. He also installed my 2 rows of hair extensions in what felt like no time, which I appreciate and then blended and cut everything to exactly what I asked for and what he knew would make me look amazing!! And I feel amazing each time I get up from that chair. I call it my Disney Princess hair and can’t wait to show it off when I leave. He also prioritizes the health of your hair along the way and is a perfectionist with his work.     Derek is the BEST!Derek is not only insanely talented—he’s also hilarious and makes every visit a blast. He’s especially amazing with blondes (seriously, blonde magic!), and always knows exactly how to bring your hair goals to life.     Moved to Miami from Ny a year and a half ago, and found Derek and Justin on Insta. As blonde it’s hard to find a good stylist who also is talented with extensions. I have never been happier and with their special hair treatment my hair has gotten stronger and thicker for the first time in my entire life. I could not recommend them enough. My hair always looks amazing, and so does everyone else leaving the salon. Also feels like a very personalized and comfortable experience. My sister also now goes here :)

    My experience with Derek and this salon was 5 STAR’s!!! I have been a blonde my entire life and wanted a change. Derek made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and made me feel like he genuinely wanted the best for me and my hair. Leaving the salon after a drastic change and keeping a clients’ hair healthy should be a priority for all stylists, and it definitely is for PrettyGang!     Just have to say that DEREK IS A MAGICIAN. he COMPLETELY transformed my hair… it’s crazy how much your hair changes how you look. I feel so much more confident now and I just feel pretty :) for anyone considering getting their hair done they have to come here!! I got color and extensions and I in LOVE.     Where should I start, I’ve been coming to this salon for over 7 years ! And there’s no one else I trust with my BLONDE HAIR. Derek is the absolute best ! He is so talented, and professional and always leaves my hair looking so beautiful, and healthy. I’ve also tried different methods of hair extensions and he knows how to it all ! The best salon in FL hands down. From his amazing products to the services provided. Everyone always comments on my beautiful hair, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.     I have to start by saying that I never do reviews but Derek and his team are absolutely the best!!!After a really bad experience with a different hair stylist several years ago. I put off my appointment with Derek for about 3 years in fear that I would have a similar experience. Until, I finally decided to give him a try.During our first appointment I explained to him what happened and my concerns. He took the time to listen and walked me through the whole process. He gradually got me to the exact color I had shown him and envisioned with no damage.What I love the most about Derek is that he truly cares about what he does and puts in his heart and soul into every client he does. He is an absolute true artist. Every time we retouch my color, he ALWAYS ceases to amaze me! My husband is absolutely obsessed with my hair, it’s been over a year already and he tells at least once a week just how much he loves my hair.I think it’s important to mention that there’s more to nice hair then just going to a really amazing hair stylist, and that would be hair maintenance. I highly recommend his prettygang hair product lines. I feel that they have played a huge roll in keeping my hair nice and healthy and that’s not even bringing into play how amazing it smells!

    Omg I absolutely love my hair and this salon!!! Dereks hands are magic I never let anyone touch my hair but he gave me the best hair cut Ive ever had, left me so much volume and body my ends were shot and I was so scared but he gave me a pretty new look without it being too much of a change, exactly what I wanted! Hes also such a vibe, if you get the luxury of sitting in his chair and spending the day with him its such a treat! Hes hilarious will make you feel like youre at home in his salon along with his staff!

    I started getting my hair colored here over a year ago and wouldn’t go anywhere else! My color is always gorgeous and lasts months. I naturally have very dark brown hair and Derek manages to lighten it without making it an orange or red tone or damaging it. He really understand how to mix colors and apply it in a way that is flattering.

    I recently discovered Derek after searching for the right stylist to do Balyage for 4 year!!! I always went to other salon and they would leave me orange and not well blended ! My first time going I was takin back by the beauty of the salon!!! Britney (Dereks assistant) was so sweet ! She came over and greeted and proceeded to take me to his chair ... Derek came over with such a bubbly personality and listened to my previous horror hair stories! I quickly gravitated to his personality and instantly felt comfortable leaving my hair in his hands! He truly is an artist... Best haircut I ever had! Whence started blow drying my hair ,I couldnt believe the color!! It was breath taking ! It was a breath of fresh air to finally find someone I can trust.. Im never leaving him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;) highly recommend him or if you cant get in with him . His whole staff is extremely talented!!!

    Marlyn was amazingly fabulous! She really gave me a great makeover with my hair.. I thought my hair was a lost cause until she recommended your products and worked her magic.     Highly, highly recommend Becca! Today was my second session with her, and it came as no surprise to me that the end result was more than perfect once again. Becca is extremely knowledgeable and professional, as well as patient and attentive. She is very informative with every step of the way towards reaching your desired hair goal. She worked on my hair for 7 hours and I felt relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I will most definitely be a returning customer :D

    Got my hair done by Derek, the owner of the salon, I wanted a big dramatic change so he took me from super blonde to a natural copper red with blonde.     Words cannot describe how amazing Dereks work is. I started going 4 years ago and it has truly been a game changer. I will never go elsewhere. He literally turns your hair into artwork. Prior to that, other stylists (try as they might) never executed what I wanted and left my hair in bad shape so for years I went without changing my hair color but now I cant wait for my visits because I completely trust his execution and know that I am going to get a new and vibrant look. Its a great feeling.Not only does he nail the looks, he also educated me on hair care and maintenance so that my hair looks better than ever even with the bleach. Also, I look at my friends and hear of acquaintances that have to go to their stylists over and over again to accomplish a a blonde look and once its finally accomplished it doesnt even look that great. Seldom do i go without receiving compliments from either sex. I mean, its surreal.And my final praiseworthy mention is his persona and character. Hes beautiful inside and out. Hes incredibly hardworking, dedicated, kind, knowledgeable, caring and funny.. The laughs are endless when I am there... Theres no going back!

    Speechless. Amazing Salon!! My stylist is Marlyn . Let me tell you!! She’s just amazing and has gold hands. Very talented. My hair was just a mess . Came with no appointment and she took me in . Very friendly and professional . Words can’t express how beautiful my hair looks and how wonderful the result came out. My hair was a mission impossible and she made it happen. They also have their own line of hair products. Plenty of parking spaces . If you’re only looking for the best then this is the place for you!

    I have been coming to the Salon for the past 10 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I came once my last stylist completely botched my hair and was in desperate need of saving.
