My sister and i went yesterday as walk-ins to cut our hair. we both have hard to work with long curly hair and the ladies that helped us out were amazing! they worked efficiently and had great personalities. we got exactly what we asked for and were always asked if we liked the cut as the process proceeded! the energy when you walk in is amazing, it’s so welcoming and you can tell they work hard to keep the place clean and safe. i don’t remember their names and i’m so sorry ab that! one was a lady with pink and purple hair w/ piercings and the other was a black lady with a bob and straight hair. they’re the best! all this for just $28 per cut is crazy! honestly the best bang for your buck here in miami.

Ali and the staff were amazing!!!! I hardly leave reviews but I felt she deserved this. She and the staff were so kind to my kids and did such an incredible job on my son today. Ali was amazing with my son who is 5 and made him feel so comfortable. He walked out with exactly what he wanted and felt so confident which is so important for anyone when leaving a salon. We will definitely be back!!!

I have been coming to this location for over a year now, and Roxanne always has me walking out gorgeous! I usually come for highlights, gray roots touch up, and a cut and I’m never disappointed. If I’m needing to be seen in a squeeze she often finds a way to accommodate me. It’s a wonderful thing when you can find a reliable, professional, and caring stylist!

I received a wash with conditioner treatment that left my hair feeling fabulous! Cut, dry and style, I walked out feeling 20 years younger. My husband enjoyed the new do! Luna was great! Ive had weird experiences at Hair Cuttery before but after reading another review I decided to book an appointment with Luna. She listened to me, explained everything as she cut my hair, and did not try to sell me five hundred products. My hair looks so healthy now and I love the shape. My ends were very damaged and Luna recommended I get a small trim more often, I will be going back to her.

Went in at about an hour and half or so before closing, no customers, a amazing young lady named Luna was my stylist and she was such a sweet helpful person. She walked me through everything I needed to know, when I told her what I wanted and let me know what she was actually doing throughout my entire visit, from shampoo, combing my hair, separating sections of my hair, and as she cut each area. I have hair pass my waist and wanted it cut, but not short. She explained things When I asked her opinion and I left with a wonderful hair cut, blow out and a big smile. Thank You Luna.

During the service I was never in any pain even though I am normally tender headed with type 4 it was an amazing experience and cannot wait to come back!

Ive been very lucky to get two different stylists and both did a great job. Now I will say that the first time I just got a trim and blow out by Sandi. She is very attentive and friendly and did exactly what I wanted. This time I had Ana and it was just a blow out. I showed her a pic of my hair when Sandi did it and she, again, did exactly as I asked so Im happy with the result. My only issue was the price. I felt it was a bit much. My hair is maybe 2 inches past my neck and I paid less at a private salon. I know the pandemic has affected businesses so I guess I shouldnt be too surprised.

Best place to cut your hair . Went in to get a my ends and hair shaped. I have to say that Norman was truly amazing. He was patient and took his time. He didn’t chop off my hair like some of them do. Because my hair is very curly you have to know how to cut it. He did a wonderful job! I suggest everyone try out Norman!

Norman is the very best barber I have ever been to. He always has my hair looking amazing. So much that I go in at least once a week to keep my cut fresh. Great cut, wonderful stylists! However, if you find a stylist you like, make sure to book appointments directly with them. Some of the employees think they are in middle school, and will not write down appointments. I also heard from my stylist and another that coworkers state that they no longer work there. Ridiculous as my appointment and the one after me were not put into the computer. Don’t know if this is an issue at other locations as I don’t usually make an appointment as stylist turnover is high.
