Her hard work and dedication stood out from start to finish. Liz matched my hair color to perfection, listened closely to what I wanted, and completely nailed the look I was going for. The concept of a hair color bar is a genius idea! I became a member a couple of months ago and the best decision ever; thank you Liz M! Liz M, hair color specialist, who is so talented in what she does. She has great work ethics and really understands her clients wants and needs. As a member we should be able to request who we want for our colorist; it should not be based off of availability. I understand the color information is in our file but we as clients build a relationship with each other so it would be nice to see the same face each time I go. Thank you, Liz M, for making me feel beautiful!

I really like the Pembroke Gardens location. I’ve just relocated and they did an excellent job on my highlights and roots. I’m ready for summer ! They do beautiful blow outs as well. I had a bad experience there a few months ago but they were short handed and I could tell the girl was stressed. I don’t see her there anymore.

I have a membership and have been been going to Madison Reed for my hair coloring for the past three years. On todays visit my Colorist was Abby who asked me questions as to my color preference and services requested. She also recommended a product to maintain my color until my next appointment. As usual the color was absolutely stunning and she blow dried my hair in the style I love! Very happy with my recent visit! :-)

Christina did an amazing job. I gave her the impossible task of fixing the nightmare of hair color I had received from a different person. She was patient and kind and very knowledgeable. JESSE and NACHELLE were awesome. Jesse applied the color and Nachelle washed and blow dried my hair. My appt was at 3:45pm I wasn’t finished until 6:13pm which made me miss my 6:30PM dinner reservation. The website says about a 1 1/2 hour experience so I thought MAYBE 2 hours would be enough. Jesse had 3 heads he was working on so maybe that slowed him down or maybe the weekend slowed them down a little bit. My hair is gorgeous tho and I def go back but just with nothing to do afterwards. Lisa did a great job of providing me a consult to make sure I would be happy with a full head of highlights and updated shade of brown. She offered s strip test which was amazing because a lot of stylists will wing it and may overprocess your hair. But, she performed the test and we checked the color and talked about everything before she started my highlights. She was very personable, professional and caring. She knew exactly how to create the shade I wanted.

Whenever I am lucky enough to have my hair serviced by Marie at the Shops of Pembroke Gardens location in Pembroke Pines, FL, I always leave as a highly satisfied customer!! Not only is she friendly and engaging, she has great patience with my textured, sisterlocks. Marie is also very attentive to make sure that all my grays are covered because that is my biggest concern - she even gets the fine baby hairs along my edges. It never feels rushed when she is working on my hair. It’s evident that she takes pride in customer service so I will keep coming back to this location because of her. Christina also did a great job shampooing my hair and getting all the dye out. Thank you Madison Reed for employing these wonderful ladies!!

I needed to dye my hair so bad and was lucky enough to walk in and immediately get service! Liz did a phenomenal job dying my hair (and trust me....I needed major help). My color came out so even and glossy. The blow dry was perfection as well.Apart from the great work I have to say that Liz made me feel so welcome and at ease and I will definitely be going back and asking for her!

Today is my first time at Madison Reed. I have been dealing with really bad colorists at other hair salons and paying high prices for the past 8 years. I wanted to give Madison Reed a try after reading all the highly rated reviews. My hair colorist was Marie and I just LOVED how my hair color turned out. The highlights blended into my previous coloring seamlessly. After Marie blew dry my hair, my hair looked gorgeous. The best thing is the pricing was very reasonable.

I have had this unlimited membership service for 3 years now. In the past, I was dissatisfied with the customer service and didnt feel comfortable until I visited Pembroke Pines. Here, I have had the best experience with Joy, the manager. She is so amazing and an excellent colorist she id the best in knowledge and she understands your needs and fixes any hair-related issues. She is so nice, and it is thanks to her and her kind approach that I decided to continue paying for this service. They should hire personnel like her and also like the colorist Liz, she is excellent and makes your time enjoyable. Thank you both.

I have been doing my color for almost2 years . I love the quality of the product (Italian - not too aggressive for the hair - European standard). I had one terrible experience at the Davie location and left a scathing review. I had to wait six weeks before I could get my hair fixed and went to the Pembroke Pines location instead, I was lucky enough to be assigned with the Manager whose name is Joy and she was amazing. She was attentive, understanding, intelligent, informed, skilled and knowledgeable. Joy was able to correct the color mistakes, and I left albeit three hours later with a completely transformed and revitalized balayage. I’m eternally grateful and I shall always go to her directly from now on. Thank you so much for restoring my faith in Madison Reed. Looking forward to seeing you the next time!! Highly recommend this Manager!! The first is after the shade was fixed, the second is after it was bleached to oblivion at the David location to remove the copper mix that was used and turned my hair orange.

However, they are extremely under staffed and really need to hire some more assistants and colorists! The ones they do have do an amazing job !

I have been going to Madison Reed since I moved to Pembroke some 6 months ago. Their color service is excellent. Consistent always regardless who your colorist is. Their service exclusively offers color and they are the best! However , their other services which are limited are touch and go depending you get, and that includes the shampoos. On my most recent visit while as always the color was spot on the lady doing the shampoo had poor customer service skills did not for example test the water temperature before , or warn you that she was suddenly lowering the water to cold. She also splashed water over me resulting in color on my cheeks. I must however say this is the first time I have been unhappy with the shampoo. As for the blow dry services they are okay some girls better than other and the price for this service is reasonable ,if you want to spend an extra 40 minutes at the salon ( I have shoulder length hair). I mostly however dry my own hair there.So if you want Color this place is the very best. If you want the services of a full salon this is not your place.For me it works! Their color is 100% Great.

Everything about this salon ended up being wonderful. Being a colorist myself, at one time, I was uneasy about having 3/4 of my color applied, and then left alone, so another client could have their Color rinsed out. Hers was left on longer than the allotted amount of time, mine was left on longer than the allotted amount of time, but they both turned out beautiful!!! I walked out with a wonderful blow out hairstyle And color. I expected both of us to be over processed, but this color is different and the colorists definitely know what they are doing. I watched beautiful colors walk out the door and I will definitely be coming back. I would give this salon a 4.7, but since that is not available I have to give it a 4 because of my uneasiness or anxiety for the client before me and myself. Everything else was an absolute 10*!

I am so glad to find Madison Reed. I have been disappointed with color treatment at other well known salons (poor color result plus allergic reaction to both processing and the aluminum strips). Lisa, the Madison Reed manager, provided specialty cloth (or paper) strips for my all over highlights.. and I had zero allergic reaction to my hair process. Plus: they took their time to show me color charts, and how it would react to my silver/gray/brown/blonde hair. I LOVED the results, and they are now my favorite go-to salon for color. (The stylist who cuts my hair is disappointed that I no longer get my hair colored at their salon (oh well) and its worth it to go to two separate places (Madison Reed for color; and the other salon for cut) to get exactly what I want, and to no longer dread the rash that followed previous coloring experiences.
