    Came in dark brunette and hoped to leave as blonde as possible. Stylist Natalie Steimle couldnā€™t have done a better job at accomplishing everything I wanted. Will definitely be going back to see her again.

    This morning I went in for a hair consultation and a test strand with Brittany the owner. She is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. I have only known her through social media Facebook to be exact for quite some time, and I have followed her hair page and her progress from the time she started out as a singular hairstylist which she probably didnā€™t know. I love how dedicated she is and how educated she is on hair, which makes me feel so much better sitting in her chair, giving her the full control and advice that she recommends for my hair. I had a very great experience this morning while her girls helped her out because not only did they open at 9 AM. They were already extremely busy, a busy salon says a lot about the place. That means theyā€™re good!! I am so excited for my first session and to feel a lot more confident about my hair. Thanks to Brittany today.

    I was able to secure a last minute appointment with Brittany for a gloss and a cut, and it was fantastic! The whole team greeted me with smiles as soon as I walked in. The salon was spotless and had such a modern feel. At one point, Taylor V. jumped in to assist with the treatment, and they both did an amazing job. It was truly one of my best salon visits ever. I cant recommend Platinum House enough!

    I have been getting my hair done here since they opened and have been truly blessed to find a salon that makes me feel welcome everytime I walk in the door. The entire group of girls are lovely, kind and truly care about your hair. I do have to say that Brittany the owner is the absolute best and my hair would not be what it is today with out her hard work! Iā€™ve attached a before I came to her, mid journey and today.     Taylor was SO AMAZING. For them to be called the platinum house and to do such an amazing pink vivid on me shows they have range and ability, and donā€™t just do blonde so donā€™t be afraid to ask for fun colors !     First salon iā€™ve ever been to that genuinely exceeded my expectations! All the stylists are nice and professional, you can just tell they know what theyā€™re doing. Place is super clean. My stylist was Angelina and she did a fantastic job. My hair looks and feels amazing, and she is the sweetest! Definitely recommend!

    If you are looking for extensions, The Platinum House is the place to go! All of the staff is extremely talented, but the owner Brittany did mine. She is incredible at what she doesā€¦ takes her time and is a perfectionist about every little detail. I would like to be slightly blonder, but we will get there over time. One thing the Platinum House does is try to protect the integrity of your hair ā€” Thatā€™s hard to find. Highly recommend this salon if youā€™re in the Tampa Bay Area!

    From a full brunette experience, changing my look was a big deal! I fell in love with my new blonde. Angelina Pennetti did my hair 1yr ago and I am definitely going back soon. I recommend this place ! All the girls there are so kind and professional, and they all work as a team. My long hair took 2 girls to work with, and they were the best.     This was my first time getting my hair done at a salon in over 10 years but I heard and read absolutely great reviews about this salon.Not only did I last minute book the night before but everyone was so welcoming and nice !They have drinks and snacks for you as you are there and are very attentive!I booked with Brooke and she made sure my hair was just how I wanted it. Even went back in after drying it for me to make it lighter !I would 100% recommend this salon. I will most definitely be coming back for my touch ups here!! Love love love !!

    Literally the best hair salon in the Bay Area! The girls are all so sweet & the owner Brittany is so well educated with everything hair.     Iā€™ve gotten my hair done here twice now and every time they have nailed what I want! Teylor did it the first time and was absolutely amazing all aroundā€¦ and today I had my hair done by Miss Chloe, which she did my first balayage and money piece and girlll I couldnā€™t be happier with how it turned out!!     I love the platinum house salon ! Brittany the owner and her girls saved my hair ! In under a year I went from almost no hair because it was so thin to getting sew in extensions and my hair has volume itā€™s healthy again and itā€™s grown 3xā€™s in length! Iā€™m wonā€™t go to any other salon ever. I love these girls great client relationships always relaxing and they actually know what they are doing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    I donā€™t usually go on and do any reviews but I just had to. Brittany (the owner) does a phenomenal job on my hair! When I walk out with my color, It lasts anywhere from 3-4 months without changing! Like that does not even happen at any other salon! That shiny glossy glow lasts! Other places I been to doesnā€™t even last a week. I donā€™t know what magic she does to keep my color bright for this long! This girl takes her timeeeee! Some girls just want to go in and out and start rushing their stylist, but a good and professional hair stylist will take their time. Iā€™m sure they have a life too and want to go home, but instead she puts so much time and love in what she does. That just tells you enough! Her prices are high because you pay for what you get! I can go on and on about Brittany and what she created at the Platinum House! Trust me you wonā€™t regret it!!

    You want someone who really cares about the quality of your hair! Go see Brittany Stuck! Actually all her girls are amazing! She is the color and cut queen! I absolutely adore her! Her fun loving attitude makes you want to automatically come she her again, and then you see the masterpiece she has put on top your head and its a done deal! You have a hair stylist for LIFE! She has been doing my hair for awhile now and I would not go anywhere else. I HIGHLY recommend her. She makes you forget that you are waiting for your color to set.     I have been going to Brittany since she was at her old salon years ago. I have naturally light hair and was very picky about who I let mess with it and I had never colored my hair before.     From the moment I walked in the door I felt very comfortable. All of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Savannah spent 4 hours on my hair to give me exactly what I wanted and it turned out perfect! And after she blew my hair out the salon owner Brittany offered to curl my hair.     If you want BOMB hair, you need to visit The Platinum House stylist Savannah. I have spent the better part of this year trying to achieve the color I wanted. I have visited several stylists and it was either aweful or, a pretty color but not what I wanted. This stylist slayed! šŸ˜šŸ™ŒšŸ»šŸ˜ This salon is classy, professional and relaxing.     I 100% recommend this salon! This salon is adorable and everyone that works here is so sweet and welcoming. I am so happy I was able to find Savannah on Instagram because I have found my official hair stylist! (I have been looking for the past four years).I got the platinum card and three rows of extensions and I could not be happier. She consistently checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable and good on beverages and snacks which I really appreciated. I will gladly drive from South Tampa for my appointments with her!

    I have always been blonde. That being saidā€¦Iā€™ve had my hair fried so many times. I heard about Brittanyā€™s salon through a girl at work so I started following her instagram months before I made my first consultation. I was scared to let anyone touch my hair but after months of seeing AMAZING work, I called. I couldnā€™t be more pleased!!! All the stylist are great. You can tell they love what they do. I finally have the hair Iā€™ve always wanted. The next day i went to work and got compliments from so many people. In fact, I even referred the salon to several of them. I donā€™t understand how anyone could have a negative experience here. The stylists are so friendly, thereā€™s such a good vibe there and the work they do is flawless. I know you canā€™t make everyone happy but some of these negative reviews are just so unnecessary and speak more about the clientā€™s mental stability than the salon itself. There are so many positive reviews!!! Brittany comes highly recommended and yes itā€™s pricey but you get what you pay for and you can trust their work. I will never go to another salon!!

    Brittany absolutely kills it! Not only is the salon so cute and clean but I always walk out of there feeling beautiful and fresh.They take their time on your hair and use quality products.     I tried this salon as my usually stylist has been booked forever and I couldnā€™t stand my roots any longer. I was dissatisfied with the outcome, as it was not toned enough & left a poor review. The owner, Brittany contacted me. She made everything right and provided great customer service to me as a new client.She made me a new appointment with the stylist and I walked out getting what I wanted and feeling good about my hair. She did not charge for the fix; however, I felt the need to tip the stylist.As I said before, the salon was super clean and beautiful. Thanks ladies!

    There is NO other place I would get my hair done. The owner Brittany is the ONLY person in Florida I will let touch my hair. Growing up with a stylist as my sister I struggled to find someone I trusted with my hair, and Iā€™m so thankful to have found Brittany. Sheā€™s kind, professional, and amazing at what she does. It says a lot about a blonde specialist who actually cares about the integrity of your hair and knows when your hair has had enough. I would recommend this salon to anyone that wants excellent customer service, great atmosphere, and top notch blonde service. Iā€™ll never go anywhere else!

    My daughter and I both got our hair cut and foilayage here. My daughter got a cut and color by Adrianna and mine was with Selena. I cannot say enough amazing things about this salon, the owner Brittany, and both adrianna and Selena. My daughter and I LOVE our hair. It took over 4 hours because we wanted a lot done and everything was flawless. Brittany even booked us so we could both get our hair done at the same time. All of the stylists here are so nice and so talented. Iā€™ve been to many salons in the area and overall this one is the best. Thereā€™s no brassy orange blonde. Itā€™s beautiful icy blonde like everyone wants. We will never go anywhere else. Everything was exactly what we wanted. I see stylistSavannah Foster and she knows her blonding!!! I have fragile hair and she is able to keep me platinum without damage and the new growth (in between appointments) grows out beautifully with zero hard lines.     I came here after being greatly disappointed with my hair after going to a different salon. Thankfully, the Platinum House was nothing less than wonderful! Brittany, the owner, was very responsive when I reached out over instagram. I went to Savannah for my appt and I love how my hair came out.     Iā€™ve been going to this salon for over a year and the owner Brittany and Selena have both done my hair and they kill it every time. The first time I came here I invested in the ā€œPlatinum cardā€ and every time thereafter I get a bleach touch up and it was 100% worth it. Iā€™ve never went to a salon that fulfilled my hair goals until going here. My hair was never blonde enough or looked gold and brassy after going to other salons.
