Char has always listened to what I would like in terms of style, hair length, color. She’s always provided insightful recommendations, but has never been pushy. She clearly has much experience and is always very professional in her approach to her customers. I always feel like I look 10 years younger when I leave the salon. I sincerely appreciate her abilities and the positive way in which she treats her customers. Thank you. Lucky to have you in Inverness!

Charmaine, is wonderful! She consults with you upon sitting in her chair. She listens to any concerns or questions you may have. She’ll make suggestions and she’s very attentive to any need you may have. She’s a GREAT stylist! I’m never disappointed when I leave there. I love my highlights and cut. I’ve been going to her for almost a year, and I’ll keep going back, because she’s that good. Thanks, Charmaine, for your knowledge, and consistent styling. 👍

Wanted to take the time to thank Char as I have been going through a rough patch medically. I went in yesterday to get my hair done and again Char did not disappoint. I had to text her today to thank her for making me feel beautiful again. She is fantastic and the shop is adorable with a lot of services offered.

Charmaine is absolutely amazing. She knows her stuff, I walked in not a hundred percent knowing what I wanted to do. I set a length and told her to do what she thought would look best , I was absolutely blown away. I mean come on just look at the before and afters... They speak for themselves.

Char is the best! She is professional and will always give me her honest opinion on a new color or cut I am wanting. Char is just amazing. She patiently fixed my hair after it had been done by another stylist. It was a mess and a lot of work needed to be corrected but she made me look amazing. Now I can wear my hair done without embarrassment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I’ve been going to Char for over a year now. I’m 76 and this is my first review for her. Every time I leave I’m always saying “ this is the best color and cut I’ve ever had”. That is true! I’m a retired Flight Attendant and have been all over with my hair. Char has such an innate gift for hair, coloring and cut. The salon is small and intimate and easy to get to. You walk in and immediately they greet you with a warm and sincere greeting followed by offering you a beverage. Give them a shot at least once. Then you’ll be hooked. Like me.
