    I’ve been coming here since 2021 and I love this salon, everyone has always been so nice and kind. In the last year I started seeing Lydia for my hair cuts and my oh my she is THE BEST! Every time she consults me, she sees the exact vision of what I want and brings it to life. She has the best energy, we spend the entire session cracking up and catching up while she does her thing. She’s an angel and I love her work. If you love fun energy and amazing shag hair cuts (amongst others) come see her!!!

    I had a great experience at Frangipani. I love and adore my hairstylist Lydia White. She is very good at what she does. She is very passionate about it. She takes her time and listen to her clients needs and request. Ive had Lydia as a hairstylist for over 2 years now. She is the only one I trust with my hair. She knows what and how to style my hair. I live in Saint Augustine. Its a 1-hour drive from Saint Augustine to Frangipani but its worth it. Knowing that Lydia will cut or style my hair makes the 1-hour drive worth it. I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend Lydia as a hairstylist and highly recommend Frangipani to get a haircut. This place has a positive vibe. Everyone in this place is very friendly and very accommodating. I will definitely be coming back.

    Lydia is not just a hair stylist, she is an artist! I love the time she spent consulting with me as it was my first visit. I shared my hair history, then turned her loose to do her thing and my hair looks amazing! I also love the products she used on my hair and ended up going him with some. Highly recommend Miss Lydia! 🙂

    I’ve always left salons feeling disappointed or like i was better off not coming in at all.. until today! Lydia was my stylist and an absolute life saver.. We had a consultation 2weeks ago as we were going for a big chop & a new style I’ve never tried, she was extremely knowledgeable and professional when giving advice and filling me in about what to expect when our appointment comes around.Today was my appointment and i could not have been happier , admittedly i was nervous about such a drastic change with my hair but I am so glad I trusted the advice Lydia gave me and that I let her DO HER THING!! The only stylist I will ever trust with my hair so long as I’m in Jacksonville. 🤍🤍

    Masie was phenomenal! I have been going to the same woman for about 20 years so was very leery of having someone else do my hair for the first time. Maisie listened to everything I said and did an awesome job! I get my hair highlighted . Many times it doesn’t get lifted enough and turns out yellow or brassy. She lifted it just enough and it looks beautiful!

    Thank you Maranda for giving me a great cut and listening to exactly what I wanted! This salon is a gem not to be missed. They use products that are healthy for your hair and scalp. The shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel great and the hot towel in my hair at the end was so relaxing . The stylists are very skilled and up on the latest trends.I will be back to see Maranda when I visit Jacksonville beach again. The energy is great here and I had a fantastic experience!

    I was recently gifted a service to Frangipani Hair Studio. When I called to make an appointment, not only were they super friendly but she asked about my hair type, so as to get me with the best stylist FOR ME (which as a curly girl is very important!). When I arrived for my time with Lydia, she promptly came out to greet me and take me back. She offered refreshments, and we sat and she asked about my hair, its quirks, and what I was looking for. Lydia made sure we were on the same page, and that I had no questions at that point. Then... Oh the wash and head massage! It was divine! During my cut she explained everything she was doing and why, and we had the sweetest chat getting to know one another. When she turned me around for the reveal, I was FLOORED! Shed understood the assignment! I am so very happy with my hair; I feel like a stylist finally listened, and Lydia GOT ME!I will continue to trust Lydia and Frangipani with my crowning glory as weve gotten a superb start to what I hope will be a long love affair. You just cant ask for much more than feeling beautiful!

    First time today. Macie was superb, precise & refreshing. She knew exactly what to do with my color & cut.     Lydia is the best!! She is super kind and professional, and she knows her stuff! She also works with my hair type rather than against it. She makes sure that you are completely happy with your haircut. I cant recommend her enough. If I could, Id give her 10 stars. Ive been seeing her for over a year and a half, and Ive gotten my hair cut 6 times. Each cut is PERFECT.

    The pictures simply do not do it justice. I went in yesterday and Nicole did an AMAZING job! I had blonde put in from another salon, but the amount was too much for me and I was not in love with the golden tones. She was able to add the perfect amount of dimension as well as tone my blonde to a beautiful ash shade.

    Chloe is very professional. I was very impressed with her skills. I came to Chloe with a poor haircut, color, and highlights from a previous salon. Chloe is articulate, she pays attention to detail and is a perfectionist. Chloe transformed my hair into a style, cut, and color I was extremely amazed by. This salon is very professional with a lot of talented stylists. The salon has a great cozy atmosphere. The salon provides snacks and drinks for their customers. This salon provides training and education for their stylists, Chloe gets the highest marks from me. I have been getting color and highlights for years. Chloe definitely knows what she is doing. I finally found a salon I can depend on. Chloe will be my stylist from here on out.     I had my hair cut by Lydia and she is just the best!! She somehow always knows EXACTLY what I want even if I don’t explain it perfectly or am unsure. She does so so so great with textured hair, and really makes sure to take the time to understand your hair history, current routines, and what you want out of your visit. I am generally anxious about cutting my hair but I’m so at ease with Lydia and know that I can totally trust her! I’ve never received this many compliments on my hair. She is truly magic ✨ Rest of the staff is also so welcoming and the studio is very comfortable. Cannot recommend enough!Edit: I went back recently to have Lydia color my hair and she did an amazing job. I went from dark blonde to copper and I couldn’t be happier with it!! She seriously is so talented and always gives me what I want but also what she knows will look great on me!!

Erika is the best not only is she experienced and talented she is very friendly and fun. We talked and laughed during my whole appointment like I had known her forever.     Erica was amazing! I had medium length thick wavy hair and was like hey can you give me a blunt bob?? She worked her magic and I now have the cutest modern curly bob. She knows exactly how to cut wavy and curly hair so it lays well in its natural state and told me how to maintain it along the way. She’s the first stylist who’s really worked with my hair’s texture to emphasize my waves/curls and also give me the cut I was hoping for. I’m so pumped about my little cut and will be going back to Erica exclusively!

    This review is SO over do and I’ve been meaning to write it for ever! I’ve been coming to this salon for several years with complete satisfaction. It’s not often I get my hair done but when I do, I’m always getting stopped and receiving compliments! Emily is super creative and has been my go-to gal for my color. My hair is naturally very dark brown and straight as a board. She worked her magic and managed to give me some volume and looking like a mermaid when I ventured into going teal! Exactly what I was envisioning!I’ve been in great hands with Brittany, Chelsey and if you’re on the hunt for some bangin’ brows, Courtney is your girl! Although I must say, the whole staff is extremely talented and professional! The front desk is very polite and helpful with booking appointments. A nice little retreat amongst the hustle and bustle of daily life. Located only a block from the beach, thats definitely a cherry on top!!

    Wow. I had SO much fun with Macie and every other stylist here today. The salon was super clean & cute and parking/getting into the salon was very easy. Macie went above and beyond to listen to me, learn from my past stylists mistakes, and could NOT have handled curly hair better (PLUS free samples?!)! I knew I could trust Macie instantly and as a person, she was so kind and welcoming. Look no further if your hair is curly, straight, or a wavy in-between!!! The service quality for the price is outstanding and I’ll be commuting from VA from now on just to see Macie. Payment was also super smooth and there was always someone nearby should I need them.     I have a hard time choosing a stylist and I am always finding the one that fits me and makes me feel I can trust him/her, because I am always moving due to my line of work. I find Frangipani randomly looking a place near home. Today is my third time here and I just love this place. The staff are super nice and cordial and Maranda is a keeper. She has magic hands and my hair is in love with her that’s keeps growing at a fast speed I have to keep coming back often than normal. I asked her the first time I came here to recommend a color for highlights and she just new what I needed and what would look good on me. The rest of the stylists are great too, I just sit there and watch them make beautiful hair styles and colors. If you looking for something good this is the place to need to come and check out, you won’t be disappointed.

    Frangipani is one of the best salons I’ve been too. I first came to see Rae a couple years ago and have always been a skeptic for my hair color and cut because it’s been so wrong in the past. Rae knew exactly what I wanted and does every time! She thinks about how your hair will fade and not just how it is now. She’s an artist and all the other hairstylists there are great as well. I love the environment and atmosphere they always make sure your comfortable!

    Update - Manager called me and arranged to have my hair redone and the result is fab, very happy. I appreciated the professionalism.Friendly staff but I did not get the result I was looking for (I took a photo with me to show what I wanted) - the bright blue highlights I requested came out as just a slight blue tint. I also thought the blue was a permanent color but was told that it is not and lasts maybe one to two months then fades/washes out. I went to Sally’s where they sell hair products and was told yes there is permanent blue hair dye and I purchased it. Wondering why this is not an option at salon, I expressed interest in wanting permanent. Looks like I am now going to finish the job myself 🙄

    When I moved to Jacksonville, I tried different stylist at other salons but I was never happy. I was recommended by a co-worker of mine who always had the best cut and color to go to Frangipani to see Katie. I’ve seen Katie for about 4 years now and I could not be happier. Not only is she a fabulous stylist, she’s so friendly and easy going. I’m not someone to go in every 6-8 weeks for maintenance but she always works with me on creating a style that maintains for longer periods. Even when I know I need my hair done, my hair still looks great and grows out well. But when I go in for my appointments, she makes me feel stunning. The appointments are always on time and organized well by staff. The whole time you are there you feel welcomed. Everyone at Frangipani is so kind and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a new stylist, look no further. Katie and Frangipani will always have my business.

    LOVE Frangipani, front desk is always on point and my hairdresser Rae i just absolutely love, her knowledge of all things hair(and more) always amazes me. I feel my hair style/hair has never looked better and my last hairdresser i was with for 20+years and i still say that. The Aveda line they use is earth friendly and smells so good. I love how they make my hair look, feel and smell (and m not paid too say this, lol) definitely would refer anyone to this salon but especially directly to Rae, shes such a good hairstylist

    I cannot say enough fabulous things about Frangipani. I have been going there for almost FIFTEEN years and the level of professionalism is rare these days and it’s so fun!     Ive been in Jax for 6 months now and struggle to find a hair salon locally. I had a really bad haircut and a few weeks later heard about Frangipani from a co-worker.     Katie M is amazing! Ive been seeing her for a couple years for cut and color. Shes so great at working to understand what I want, and is so honest about what will or wont work with my specific hair. She remembers little details like, if I cut your hair this way it lays funny, or this spot is always heavy and thick... I have super thick hair and shes the best Ive found at managing that. Shes also easy to talk to and sweet, and its never awkward in her chair. Totally recommend!

    I have been going here for 8 years now and I love it!! Always super professional and very good service. Front desk is always so nice. Kelly, the manager, is a master stylist and colorist. And always advises me on what would damage my hair if I want to try something that won’t work on my hair type or color. Also, it is an Aveda salon.     It was my first time going to the salon I just moved to Jacksonville Beach from Ohio. I know I am not speaking for myself when I say how hard it is to find a new hair place especially if you dont know the area. From the minute I walked in I felt welcomed and was offered a drink while I waited. I had my hair appointment with Kat, she was very friendly and was inquisitive to my wants. I have thin hair that has split ends and I am always weary when I go to a new place on how I will be treated. I know how my hair is and sometimes the hair dresser can passively aggressively tell me that my hair is damaged or other comments I just dont care to hear. I have to say that Kat was the complete opposite. She was beyond friendly but not in a fake way. She answered all questions I had and also gave me information that I didnt know, she was very knowledgeable. The conversation was easy and even though I was there for over 2 hours (because of what I was having done) it didnt seem like it. I loved my color and the finished product and even when I just asked for a light trim she didnt suggest I should have more cut off like other stylists would. I was also surprised at the price in a good way. I am used to paying anywhere from 100-200$ for a cut/color/highlight and this salon fell right into my range and was actually less than I was expecting. They use all Aveda products which my hair responds to well. I am very happy that I found this salon and my new hair place in Jacksonville Beach. I will definitely be back and see Kat. I am sure as well as my appointment went with Kat the other salon stylists would be just as good. I highly recommend this salon.

The customer service is amazing from the front desk experience to the girl who offered a free hand massage while I waited to my stylist, Savannah.     After my normal hair dresser decided she wanted to stay home to take care of her kiddos I was in need of a new hairdresser. One of my girlfriends has always had a great cut and color so I asked her where she went and who she got her hair done by. Ive been to Taylor three times now and not only is she amazing, but she has made my hair the healthiest and longest it has ever been. She uses Aveda hair products and my hair hardly budges when it is humid outside, looks and smells amazing, but also lasts an extra day because the products are not oily or heavy in any way. (which is completely surprising because I use a serum now before flat ironing). The service is always great there. I am sure when I have to start coloring my hair Taylor will continue to be a spectacular hair dresser and stylist.

    I have been to frangipani more than a handful of times and have been very satisfied every time! The girls there are warm, welcoming, and friendly! All stylists are wonderful and from what I understand, undergo a long training process so the stylist doing your hair is highly trained. My husband could never find a stylist at other salons who cut his hair the way he wanted. I finally told him to go to Frangipani and he loved it! Its super easy and stress free to get an appointment, and the staff will bend over backwards to get me the day and time that I want. My highlights always look amazing after Heather Herrin does them, she is the best!They use Aveda products and since using only their products, my winter dry scalp is no more.     Brittany is a magician! She does amazing, natural looking hilights and balayage, while leaving hair super healthy.     Very nice atmosphere with attentive and friendly staff! I also loved the Aveda products for sale. My talented stylist Lynzie helped me achieve a whole new look, and even took the time to help fine tune it after a couple of days. I will definitely be coming back.

    Got my hair done here by Lynzi! She was wonderful and I will most certainly be returning! Ive lived in Jax for a little over a year. but finally decided to splurge on my hair. Ive heard wonderful things about Frangipani and I live less than 3 blocks - I figured why not (Plus, I love Aveda)Will be returning, but not too often as it is expensive....Lynzi did a low-maintenance color on my hair so I dont have to return as often :) Shes great!

    Youll pay a little more here, but its worth the spa salon experience here at the Frangipani beach location. Had to change stylists after my favorite, Brandon, left, but so far Im very happy with Lynzi. Love the natural line of products used and sold here, and they smell so good!

    Highly recommend Frangipani in Jax Beach!1- The salon is very clean and they adhere to mandates on distancing, even before the COVID pandemic the salon had high standards on cleanliness2- The stylists are very talented.     I go to the Frangipani off of Atlantic and San Pablo and always use the same professional who specializes in blondes! She is great and always nails exactly what I’m looking for, never overdoing or under doing it. Always love my blonde balayages. Highly recommend and the new location is beautiful.

    I have been a client of Karlie at the Jacksonville Beach location for several years. I recommend this salon because it is clean, welcoming, and I always feel cared for. Karlie is amazing with cut and color. All of the employees are friendly and professional. It is an Aveda salon and has a wide selection of Aveda products.

    This place is such a little haven. I walked in they checked me in and I sat in a little waiting area. They offered me tea, or wine.
