    Megan has been my stylist for nearly 15 years, and I wouldnā€™t trust anyone else with my hair. Even when I lived in North Carolina, I made the 7-hour drive back to Florida just so she could work her magicā€”because, honestly, no one else compares.She keeps me blonde with the most incredible technique that gives me a lived-in, natural look that lasts, which means fewer trips to the salon and more money in my pocket. If youā€™re looking for a stylist who truly understands hair, takes the time to get it right, and makes you feel amazing every time you leave her chair, Megan is your girl!

    This is my favorite salon in Jacksonville! The location is great and the inside is filled with the more adorable decor and the most amazing women! Ashtyn did my hair and she did soooo good.     Megan is the BEST when it comes to hair care! I always have an amazing experience with her! She is very educational on products & also the doā€™s & donā€™ts of hair care. The salon is clean and has a great atmosphere. I highly recommend Megan to anyone looking for love with their hair!

    Ray of Blonde Salon is amazing from start to finish. The atmosphere is fresh, warm and welcoming. Everyone had big smiles on their faces, which tells me they love working there. The prices are more than reasonable compared to other salons. I will definitely be back!

    I would give more stars if I could! The salon is beautiful and clean. I set up an appointment and was seen within a few days. I needed a MAJOR color correction. Teresa worked her magic and made my hair a gorgeous blonde again!! The before and after pictures show her amazing talent. Iā€™m so happy and will definitely be back! (:

    For the past couple months I have been going to Nicole and I have loved every visit with her. She does an amazing job every time, and always does exactly what I ask for. She has such a bright personality and so easy to talk to as well. As far as the salon goes, it is a very welcoming, cozy, clean environment. I couldnā€™t ask for a better salon and plan to continue going to Ray of Blonde!!

    Teresa is an absolute goddess! She transformed my hair from a dingy brown mess to perfection. I didnā€™t think my color could be corrected and was stunned. She squeezed me in as a walk in, stayed beyond closing time, and did her magic. If being a color expert wasnā€™t enough, she was also a genuinely really great person. The salon was very nice and the owner is also a gem.

    Fantastic Experience - Pure Blonde Bliss.I just moved from Boston to Jacksonville and was looking for a a new salon with a Blonde Specialist I could trust moving forward. I was fortunate to find Ray of Blonde and booked an appointment with Georjie. To start, the salon is gorgeous - I mean so well styled and clean, kudos to the owner. Plenty of free parking, coffee and snacks while you wait/during the appointment, I really loved the whole experience.For my hair, Georjie truly delivered. I am a dirty blonde on a good day and needed a full, icy blonde refresh for my sisters upcoming wedding. Georjie did everything she could to accomadate a last minute appointment for me, was super friendly, listened to my needs, and made sure my hair was foiled in full with the right tone. I also asked for a trim and she did just that while framing out my face with a nod to the curtain bang. The products she/salon uses are top notch and I cant wait to go back in a few months for another refresh. Would highly recommend!

    Jamie has been doing my hair for years and always does an amazing job. Iā€™ve had every type of haircut and light to dark and back again and Iā€™m blown away every time. I absolutely love the vibe of the new salon and it feels like a mini vacation every time I pop in whether to have my hair done, shop, or just socialize. Beautiful salon and with beautiful people; inside and out. Definitely 10/10 experience!

    I can see what all the fuss is about. The energy in this salon was so refreshing. Smiling faces, genuine conversation, attention to detail. Jamie was warm, welcoming and provided confident oversight to Ray of Blonde. I followed Ashtyn here from her salon school because she has everything you could want in a hairdresser. As a student, she was confident but humble, listened and understood what I was asking. She isnā€™t afraid to ask questions or run things by a more seasoned professional. She consistently delivers great style and color, and checks in to make sure your experience is relaxing and positive. I am quite excited to see where she is headed!

    Absolutely phenomenal salon! You can tell from the second you walk into the door that everyone that works at Ray of Blonde holds their work to a high standard. They all pride themselves in their work and are good at what they do. Though Iā€™ve seen most everyone walk out of the salon with beautiful hair no matter the stylist, I would highly recommend Ally for all blonding, cutting, highlighting, toning, blowout, or whatever your heart desires - she will absolutely deliver!

    Working at Ray of Blonde was one of the most positive experiences Iā€™ve ever had, especially in the career field. Jamie truly wants to see you grow and succeed as a stylist. Itā€™s bittersweet to say Iā€™m leaving to go back to Montana to be with my fiancĆ©! These girls make it hard to leave šŸ’•Not only is Jamie such a kind, and stylish human, she kills it in the career world!! She truly has been such an inspiration to me in ever way. Sheā€™s constantly working to grow and advance the salon not only for the clients, but her stylists as well. She serves the community with her charity events, and is always open to new ideas we bring to the table. I moved to Florida not knowing anyone, nervous to jump to an independent stylist, but Jamie helped and taught me how effortless it is. Having a positive environment with supportive gals makes the biggest difference. You CANNOT go wrong booking with any of these stylists! They are all so talented and so kind.     I started coming to Ray of Blonde right when I moved to Neptune Beach. Katherine has been my stylist for over a year now and I absolutely love her !     Followed my colorist Nicole here last month. Beautiful space. Nicole is incredibly detail oriented and really talented with highlights. At 42, I have grays and a natural base color of medium brown. She does an amazing job blending it all together, giving my hair dimension w/ a highlight and lowlight each time. Tiny root smudge and gloss allow me to go 12-16 weeks between visits. Absolute quality results that last. The tone is always spot on; and she always listens and asks for your feedback to ensure she is aligning with your desired results.

    Tiffani is THAT girl!Today was my first time having an appointment with her and with no hesitation I made a follow up appointment for a few months from now. She really listened to me when I told her what I was looking to do and asked follow up questions, some questions I left it to her because I trusted she knew what would look best! I went in with naturally dark hair and was looking for a ā€œmama make overā€. I wanted blonde highlights & a money piece and she SLAYED!! Iā€™d go as for to say she might be a perfectionist, which is what you want, right! I feel so beautiful & confident thanks to her!     Iā€™d been searching for a blonding specialist for quite some time. Ive seen many ā€œblonding specialistsā€ in my search for someone. I turned to google and found Ray of Blonde. I saw DaMel last for a partial highlight. My hair is thinner and breaks easily due to years of bleaching. My hair was fairly dark from not having had highlights for around 5 months. I showed her some inspiration pics of the color Iā€™d like (shooting for a cool blonde /platinum tone). DaMel delivered over and above what I ask for without destroying the health of my hair. She used a gentle bleach with aloe and coconut oil and after I dried my hair it felt so soft, wasnā€™t shedding heavily (like usual when I have highlights), and was even shiny. My hair is very fragile and I was nervous going that blonde would fry my hair but DaMel knows what sheā€™s doing! I love my color and highly recommend. Will definitely be rescheduling.

    I love Ray of Blonde Salon, by far the best salon at the beach ! Katherine and Emily have both done my hair they are so amazing they make me feel so comfortable I trust them both & I feel like they really listen to me. Moved from Chicago away from my long time hair colorist and thought it would be difficult to find the right person here to do my blonde hair.     I have seen Tiffani at Ray of Blonde twice now for color and extensions. I was a washed out copper color previously and the dimensional blonde I was able to return to was beautiful. She inquired if I ever considered even one row of extensions and quickly explained how much fullness and length it would help my hair look. Iā€™m blown away at the results and recommend Tiffani for any color (specifically blonde) or extension inquires you may have, sheā€™s amazing at what she does!!

    Just got my hair done here for the first time by Teresa and she did AMAZING!! I showed her 2 pictures of what I wanted my hair to look like and she killed it!     I canā€™t say enough about my experience with Michelle. Iā€™ve gone to the top salon in the beach for 2 years and always felt like I wasnā€™t getting the best treatment I found Michelle and she spent so much time and effort into caring for my hair. This salon really prioritizes the health of the hair and not just frying you to shreds. She took time to use certain techniques for my hair versus just straight highlighting and getting me out the door. The vibe of the salon is so welcoming all the artists are so close and everyone is very caring. Itā€™s really a great place for anyone and all ages! I canā€™t recommend it enough

My daughter even flies home to get her hair done by Jamie because she does such an amazing job with color and cuts.
