    Elese is the best hairstylist I’ve ever had! She is incredibly talented and always does an amazing job. Sometimes change can be scary but she NAILS it every time and I always leave the salon feeling beautiful! Lauren at the front desk is also super sweet and helpful. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

    Had an amazing experience with Carrie for my color correction! She really listened to what I wanted and made a plan to get me there, while keeping the integrity of my hair in tact using Albage lightener & bioprogramming technology! Carrie is very talented and I had a great time at the salon, they were very accommodating. I traveled very far to see her, and I will definitely be back for the next phase of my blonding journey! She was worth every penny!

    My hair looks amazing! Great atmosphere she was very welcoming and the hair massages are great! I was doubting at first but I trusted the process and It looks so beautiful, if you want to cut your hair, dye it, or maybe just a simple wash I recommend this hair salon. The prices are really cheap depending on what you get! I will be coming back!

    I had a wonderful experience at The Fox Salon! Emily transformed my box colored hair that was in desperate need of a cut, to beautiful dimensional highlights and a healthy trim. Emily was so friendly, professional, and did such an amazing job turning my hair goals into a reality! Marly was also very friendly providing me with water and iced coffee as well as getting me scheduled for my next appointment. Carrie was very helpful by giving me a visual on realistic expectations since I had some previous box color lingering. My results exceeded expectation and I look forward to my next visit!

    After moving to the area and selecting this salon based on a conversation with the owner, I could not be happier with Andra and Julia. I have extensions and they both walked me through best options and choices. Education is important to me and I felt that I understood everything involved with the initial application and following maintenance schedule. The result was phenomenal and I appreciate Andra and Julia tag teaming my hair over the last few months. I have received a number of comments on how natural and pretty the hair looks. Thank you so much for taking good care of me! I highly recommend this salon additionally because of the warm atmosphere. It is very clear that they care about all their clients.

    Lauren called me offering to get me in a week earlier than my scheduled appointment when they had a cancellation. So glad I jumped on it. Hailee turned my boring mop into a FABULOUS style. I was going darker but that’s all I knew I wanted. She offered coloring options and cut options suited to me. I’m thrilled with the end result and couldn’t be happier with my services.     Carrie was very nice and did a phenomenol job. My hair is lighter, cleaned up all split ends, fixed my bangs and had to do alot of hand/arm work with the curls. Super exceptional and very personable. Informative about what she was doing to style my hair and the products she used.

    Recently visited The Fox Salon and saw Elese Valentine and was not disappointed! It has been a hard journey to find a stylist who can make me Blonde and bright But Elese did exactly what i asked for. Each and every single person i ran into at the Salon was so sweet and welcoming! My hair is Long and thick and always takes a dreading amount of time to complete but i was in and out in no time! I wanted to be as bright as possible but with a slight root smudge so the grow out wasn’t horrible and couldn’t be happier! if you need highlights and your hair to be brightened i can’t recommend this place enough!!!

    Andra did an amazing job with coloring and cutting my hair. I came in wanting to go darker after having highlights previously and she walked me through every step in the process of doing so and it turned out wonderful!     Pictures speak volumes! I got hair extensions put in today by Carrie and couldn’t be more pleased. My hair has thinned due to chemo treatments and she transformed me back to what I looked like two years ago. It literally put the smile back on my face.     Elese was AWESOME! The fox salon was as well. I am from out of town and my regular stylist had to cancel last minute. They got me in on short notice for a mini maintenance on my extensions.     I had a cezanne treatment with Elese. She did a wonderful job and I’m very happy with the result! My wavy/curly hair is no longer a frizzy mess and I can air dry to save so much time on styling.     It was my first time at The Fox Salon & i left in loveee with my hair! Elese was my stylist and i went there with a specific hair color and cut wanting a new hair look… she was so patient with how i wanted the color/cut to be, educating on the process, and very friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure the color and cut was perfect and what i was wanting. Everyone at the salon is so friendly and the atmosphere was so inviting. I even had people ask if this was my real hair color and I did a light red/brown copper color and my natural hair color is jet black… that is how amazing of a job Elese did!!!

    The Fox Salon is clean, updated space with a nice aesthetic. Everyone was friendly and timely. Andra did a fantastic job with my root color and gloss.     I had a terrible experience at another salon. I thought I was getting blonde highlights like I had in the past but she completely bleached my hair. It looked white and yellow! Julya at The Fox Salon did an amazing job restoring my hair back to its original color. She definitely exceeded my expectations!!     Im not local but was visiting for a couple weeks and didnt want to wait to get my haircut. After reading reviews and checking out instagrams, I decided on Fox Salon. Elese did my cut and I love it - and Im pretty picky. She gave me exactly what I wanted and was very precise in doing my cut. She was so sweet the whole time, describing everything in detail. I also got a treatment that I didnt realize was included but I loved that as well. If Im ever back in Jax Beach visiting, I will definitely return to Fox & Elese!

    Love this salon! Elese was really amazing and took the time to really listen and walked me through my appointment. Definitely has a gift and does beautiful work. This is such an innovative salon that is doing bleaching treatments that no other salon in Jax has even heard of. Look into Albage-NYC, LA, Miami, Chi-Town are all doing this type of bleaching. Carrie is such an amazing stylist and owner. I am completely blown away at the time she took to make my hair look amazing. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair. Carrie knows hair and she os the only salon that’s updated on the latest trends and hair innovations. If you are looking for a salon that has talented staff, services, and will go above and beyond, look no further. My only regret is that I wish I would’ve not wasted my money at other salons. Carrie and her staff are the best. I’ve never written a salon review because I’ve never had a salon took such good care of me. So happy I found Carrie and her team!!!

She starts the visit with a thorough consultation to set expectations of what color can be achieved that day, and gives total price transparency throughout the entire service which is something that is very unique but so appreciated.     After moving to a new state, I had the daunting task of finding a new salon. After researching several salons near me I came across The Fox Salon with their 5 star reviews. After reading through the reviews and looking through photos of the salon and client photos I decided to book an appointment. On their website, is a specific form to fill out if you are a new client where you answer several questions about your hair type, hair goals, provide photos of the front and back of your hair and inspiration photos. I was contacted by the owner, Carrie, and she spent time asking me about my hair, looking through the photos I had provided and laying out a game plan for what we could do with my hair. She also was very transparent about the cost and time. I went ahead and booked my appointment with her. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately, offered a beverage and given a seat while I waited for my appointment. The salon smelled wonderful and the music playing was exactly my style (Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, little worship much here and there, etc). Once I sat in Carries chair she was so thorough and spent 4 hours (yes, my hair needed a lot of help since I have gray coverage on top of highlights - 4 months grow out) turning my hair into the hair of my dreams. My hair tends to labor on the warm side so we discussed that (which most stylists I have been too in the past havent taken the time to do which as resulted in my highlights being too brassy or orange, yikes!) but not Carrie! I am absolutely in love with the color of my hair! She also provided a suggestion for my hair cut to help provide more shape and the haircut has really made a difference and Im loving it. All in all, I had such a great experience and was so pleased with how Carrie is as a hairstylist and how she runs her salon. You can tell she cares about people and her hairstylists. I am so happy!

    Okay so….The ONLY reason I hesitate to write this review is because Carrie already stays booked and I don’t want to share her with y’all 🙈But, alas, I love her so work so much and I need to make that known. Credit where credit is due, am I right?!FYI my hair is:👉🏽thin (like y you can see my scalp)👉🏽fine (think strands of silk delicate)👉🏽wavy (but given the 2 previous components, we may as well just call my curl pattern: frizz)And so naturally I dream of having voluminous, smooth hair, right? Somehow Carrie actually made that dream a reality when she started putting extensions in my hair.     I can’t remember ever being so happy with my hair. Carrie is an artist with blondes! I showed her pictures of blonde looks that I’ve been dreaming about and she nailed it. Absolutely nailed it. She is up front about pricing and her process. I’ve been dreaming of a vanilla ice blonde but have been told for years that my hair was as lifted as it could get.
