    They are fantastic! I was able to get my hair braided same day! They did an outstanding job. Also, I am white, so it can sometimes be difficult to find a place that will do a good job. This place exceeded my expectations!

    Easily 5 STARS!! My regular hairstylist was unavailable, and I needed my hair touched up for a very important meeting at the office in a few days. I walked in on late Friday evening and she said come in tomorrow around noon and we can try to squeeze you in since they were literally turning out lights to go home. They kept their word and I got in on Sat. She freshened up my hairstyle, detangled and trimmed some matted parts, redid a few braids and oiled my scalp and provided sheen and shine. Mind you most of the style was some one else’s work and she did t complain! Charged me a fair price and I was out Lickety split. What I appreciated most was that she worked in her work with the work that was there and now I am all polished up for my work looking like I have a completely new do for Monday..

    I had the pleasure of having my hair braided my Ana and her sweet spirit staff!!!! This is the most comfortable environment I’ve ever had my hair braided in!!!! If you are into getting your hair braided by Africans then this is most definitely the place to go!!! I recommend them to anyone!!!! They are very accommodating to tender headed people like myself!!!! Big thanks to Mrs.Ana and her staff!!!!

    Far from home, I never thought I would find someone whos can breads my hair good as good as Anas African hair salon ❤️❤️❤️ Ive been going to thats place for four years now, I will not let no body touch my hair again, I never been disappointed. shes always deliver, very professional take her time to do her job and at a great price... Well if you need your hair 😉 professional done give her a call or pay her a visit. Right after you get off 295 in 103 St you can missed, it or ask me where! A long time customer.

    I usually have horrible experiences at African braiding shops but my experience here today was wonderful. My braiders were pleasant, professional and kind. I believe when you’re at a salon you should be able to relax and unwind and that is exactly what I was able to do today. Not to mention I was an hour late for my appointment and we still finished my butt length twists within a reasonable amount of time. I recommend this shop over and over again.

    Ana will get you right, went in today to get knotless braids 4 1/2 hours 2 ppl & got the job done . My 3rd time going, never disappoint. Get you a 8:00am appointment be home by noon😉thank me later!

    Ana always get me right no matter if I ask her to stop so i can make my Dr. appointment on time & they told me to come back after my appointment THE SAME DAY. Shes always very accommodating and Im so appreciative that Ana actually braids my hair personally. As across the board.!!

    It was hard for me to find an hair braiding establishment in Jacksonville that had an actual salon, rather than meeting at someones home or other dubious location. This shop is located off the 103rd St exit of I-295 in a little shopping center. I called, and Ana answered, and we made an appointment the same day (so many of these other braiding places are someones side-hustle, and they rarely even answer the phone). Ana did a good job and her price was commensurate with what I pay in DC to have cornrows done). There was another braider working there when I had my hair done. She listened to what I wanted and I was pleased.
