OH MY GOSH! Abigail Banks…. Is my fairy godmother! She turned a minivan mama into a Disney Princess in 45 minutes! I love the environment- every stylist who works there does an incredible job. This is the place to go to walk out with a massive boost of confidence! On those days where you just feel like feeling pretty- before a big event, an important meeting, on a treat yourself day- THIS IS THE PLACE!!! SO clean, So professional, So beautiful inside. A great scheduling system, fantastic prices!

I had such a great experience!I was greeted with a smile and wave as I entered, was seated in the waiting area and offered a beverage...a mimosa for me, and a People magazine... time to relax and be pampered!The salon is clean, bright and welcoming. I was early, and another stylist (who was very sweet and made sure the temp was good for me) washed my hair so I was ready for Courtney to do my blowout/curls when she finished her previous client (whose hair looked great). Im always so amazed when someone curls my hair with a brush!! I would have the brush stuck in my hair if I tried that!I enjoyed talking with Courtney who listened to my stories, shared just enough, and made it about me, not rattling off about her personal drama like other stylists I have known lol.I got many compliments, and my style lasted a week, by just putting it up at night, a few spritz of dry shampoo and a good brush!Definitely recommend!The last pic is a week later!

I’ve been going here for three years, and I just love it! The fact that the stylist are so skilled, and they can always get you in and the membership is such a no-brainer! I have had so many events saved, literally saved by these stylists, just when I think my look, or my outfit isn’t coming together I realize I need my hair to be on point and then they zoom in And elevate the whole look! Don’t Just book here… Come regularly! Like memberships are IT!!!!!!

My stylist was so gentle with my sensitive head. I wasn’t sure what i wanted at first, but she suggested a side braid and did an amazing job at listening to what I wanted. She was so quick with styling my hair. She even teased it a bit to help with the volume when I mentioned the top of my hair looked a bit flat at first. I know it’ll look great and hold up for my event tonight. I wish I lived in Jacksonville so I could come back often!

She is phenomenally beautiful inside and out. Very professional and I feel very connected to her, which I believe is crucial when someone touching your hair. I don’t do my hair often, but when I do??? BEST BELIEVE I WILL COME LOOKIN FOR HER! I was in and out MUCH faster than I imagined. I can only speak for Mona but I can tell this place is filled with talented individuals. I would highly recommend their memberships if this is something you do often. ☺️

She also gave me tips on what to use on my hair and what to use instead of elastics. She was great! My biggest compliment to her is that she still took me in even though I was 12 minutes late. I really appreciated her and as a new mom to a 7 month old who got recently diagnosed with postpartum depression & whose husband is gone half the year for work, I cannot tell you how much it meant to me to have this service. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with my stylist. She is 1/2 my age but truly adorable. I am picky about my hair! It’s course with wavy strands and certaily different than my stylist hair. (Check) However, she was the least bit bothered by that and slayed it with confidence… without any hint of pride or arrogance. For me, that humility was key. Ultimately, she humbly listens to her client & she is teachable. Not that I was teaching anything, but I noticed she willingly listened to learn my preferences. Who is this stylist??? Ms Hanna :-D

Walked into the business and was never acknowledged. I sat down waiting for my appointment. There were two stylists who did not speak or even look in my direction. I came with my two daughters, so they saw me. I decided to say something after 7 minutes to one of the stylist.My stylists came out and my experience changed. She was very nice, listened, and completed my service fairly quick. Cameria Gordon, should be there! She is professional, personable and a great stylists. She is the only reason why I gave a 4 star as the first seven minutes deserved a 0. Kudos to you Cam!There was only 3 stylists there on a Sunday, so I’m certain finding out the others names would not be an issue. They definitely need training on professionalism, courteousness, and a host of other characteristics. I would hope an establishment wouldn’t allow this.

Shannon is extremely experienced and does a great job from start to finish. The wash is always superb and very well done, my scalp always feels super clean and the blowout is also the best! I work at a hair salon as a front desk supervisor but I go to blo to get my perfect blowout for work! I highly recommend blo but above all I recommended Shannon! I have also had a blowout done with Maria once and she was also awesome! Both women are very nice, fun to talk to and very professional. I actually booked with drybar twice before going to blo and it was a total let down! Blo is not even comparable because they are just sooooo much better! Id def give them a chance, you wont regret it!

What a wonderful experience! Phillip did a fantastic job from start to finish, and the blow out lasted days. They use great products that work beautifully and smell amazing, and they are so fast (except for the shampoo with head massage which I was so grateful wasnt rushed through). We recently held a party for our daughters 12th birthday at Blo Blow Dry Bar. I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience!! The salon was very clean and every member of the staff was super friendly and nice. Heather, the owner, and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make this birthday party one that none of the girls will ever forget!! Each girl received a make up application and had their hair styled to perfection. Along with the hair and makeup, they provided all the girls pink lemonade, fresh fruit, popcorn and a goody bag to take home. For the adults, mimosas were available too. I know that our daughter and all of her friends will remember the special day at your wonderful salon for many years to come. 10 out of 10 would totally recommend - Thank you all so much for helping to make our daughters birthday so extraordinary!!!

There are signs (all over the place) saying “MANDATORY MASKS” and I see the staff constantly sanitizing every single surface. I also like that all the clients are spaced apart. Every other station is closed off. And drink service is temporarily paused keeping up with the Mandatory Mask policy. I’m not sure what that previous reviewer (aka “Karen”) was talking about -because this place goes OVERBOARD WITH THE COVID-19 precautions ! It’s really UNFAIR that someone can post a FALSE claim on Google and due “serious potential harm” to a “struggling small business” during these unprecedented times. Especially when is is blatantly false.I appreciate all the hard work and effort the new owner, Heather and the fabulous staff (Stephanie, Rebecca, Shannon, Katie, Philip, etc) have put into not only turning this place around, but one of the best places to get a Blowout in Jacksonville! A complete 180 from when it first opened with the previous Owner.When I say I adore this place, I mean it! I look forward to my weekly blowouts. My zen time. My relaxation time. My time-out from crazy daily life.The staff always ask me about my day and what’s going on in my life, and they are sincere about it, they truly care. Rebecca has even given me a complimentary Head Massage the day I was having a really bad day, and a gift at Christmas.My hair has never looked better. I have natural, kinky hair and they never complain about it, or charge me extra like other places.When they are finished with me, I literally have RUNWAY ready hair! Every time.
