    Good afternoon. This is Mark from Casablanca SALON.... NOT Barbershop.I remember you quite well when you came in the door that late afternoon evening. There were only two of us here and you were really needing to get your haircut. I could tell from looking at your hair that it was done with a clipper and I told you up front that I was a stylist and not a barber. And youre very words back to me were youd walk me through it. Your haircut was not a disaster and for you to go to such great lengths to leave such a lengthy negative review of me only speaks of your own character and the kind of gentleman you really are.

    Absolutely the best salon I’ve even been to!! I’ve tried to get someone to do my hair like I want, and any efforts to match up the darker gray in the back with the light silver front, turned out in a yellow fiasco, and cuts left me trying to comb down unruly ‘wings’ on the sides of my head. Trina was truly an expert colorist and left me with a great blend and no yellow! Zane is phenomenal stylist and cut and styled my hair EXACTLY how I wanted it. It’s the best color, cut, and style I’ve probably had in my life. I found my forever salon!

    I found my new spot!! I used to drive all the way across town to get my nails done but finally decided to try a new spot closer to me and I’m so glad I did. The reviews do not lie!!! This spot is a GEM. The spa is beautiful inside and everyone is so friendly. Sabrina did my nails and she did a phenomenal job. I will be requesting her in the future! I love to see a local spa thriving like this. I will continue to support them! I can’t wait to try out some of the other services they have to offer.     Mark has been doing my hair for over 10 years. I moved over a year and a half ago and still drive the 5 plus hours to come here to get my highlights and cut. I tried going to a few places there but my hair just wasnt right and it always felt damaged afterwards. The products they use here at Casablanca are just healthier for my hair. Mark always gets my color exactly how I want. Even with my hair all the way to my waist, it never takes him to long to complete. 100% recommend coming here. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable but I highly recommend Mark! Trina does gorgeous color as well! Love both of these beautiful people!

    This was my 1st time at Casablanca and could not have been more pleased! I was so scared of what would happen to my hair before I went in- I tried to call to cancel on Monday... (they are closed on Mondays!) but went then next morning not knowing what to expect.I had no idea what I wanted, but Trina was through about how much effort and time I had to do my hair ... and how I like to wear it. I had it colored with bayalage, then the best cut and styling! I love it, thanks so much Trina!!

    Fantastic service all the way around! Trina squeezed me in on a busy Saturday morning to do a much needed color correction. She would NOT let me leave until we got it right!     I had an import event to attend last night so I scheduled my first ever appointment at Casablanca for a blow dry/style and makeup. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. Mark styled my hair and it was exactly the look I wanted and then some. It could not have been more perfect. And my make up was done by Lindsey, who listened to my skin concerns and made me look like the best possible version of myself. I received so many compliments on my look last night and I am so grateful that I chose to try Casablanca. I will start coming here for all of my hair and makeup needs, and I’m excited to try any of their other services in the future.     Ive known Lee for a long time, and for years I was doing a bright purple pixie cut. But when I decided I wanted to do something more natural, this man saved the day. I went in with a grown out balayage and more split ends than Ive ever had (it was over a year of not doing anything to my hair) and I left with the perfect shade and tone of blonde, healthy hair that looks and feels thicker, and a ton of confidence. As long as Im in Jacksonville, Lee will be the person I fully trust with my hair. 7 out of 5 stars... I couldnt be happier!
