    This was my first time going to Ciao Bella and I was so impressed. April was very professional and experienced. Her prices are affordable because she cares about her clients, but she has extra certifications in color and it shows. I couldnt be happier with the way my hair turned out!!!     This was my first time being serviced by April with a full foil, cut and blow dry. April was so professional and did a full and complete consultation. April queried me about how much care and time did I want to put into my hair as well as what did I feel I wanted done? She did the most fantastic job and made me feel like I had been her client for years. I cannot recommend her enough! If you want to look the very best that you can, certainly try April just once. I plan on being a lifetime customer!

    April did an amazing job with my hair ! She did amazing with going over it with color correction because of the old dye in my hair and the highlights at the end turned out just what I wanted .     Great cut experience! Easy to talk to and she knows what shes doing.Easily took my idea and made it a reality and checked it through the cut to make sure it was going the way I wanted it to.I will be back for color once my black box dye grows out a bit more and we can do something like a calico color ☺️

    If I could give it a million stars I would❤️ She is awesome, I have naturally curly hair and I have hair trauma because in the past, my hair has been damaged by aggressive highlighter from other hairstylists. She was patient and took great care of my hair. And what can I say about the highlight placement, she went above and beyond and got me the color I wanted. My hair looks beautiful and healthy❤️

    April was the most amazing and sweetest stylist I’ve ever been to. She took her time to consult and talk with me about different ideas for my hair.     I tried April out because she offered a color product that is helpful for my scalp. My dermatologist suggested I get away from the products that I had been used and suggested a couple. I saw April used one. It’s much better for my scalp and I don’t break out like I usually do. That was about 2 months ago. Today was my third time in. Root touch up. She nailed it. I’m looking forward to her coloring, cutting and styling my hair. I would highly recommend her. By the way, she does an awesome haircut.

    If you are looking for a great blonde colorist, book with April now and thank me later! She has been doing this for over 15-years and has such sweet southern hospitality which is a total bonus.     April was absolutely the best with my daughters hair cuts and highlights. She took the time to text and call me before to discuss what we were wanting. We altered things some once she saw my daughters in person and was able to recommend different options. My twin daughters are 10 years old and LOVE April so much that they will never go to anyone else. Now I’m jealous and can’t wait for my appointment which April is being flexible with me scheduling due to my vehicle going into the shop today.

    Absolutely love my hair and loved my experience with April. I had the absolute worst perming experience in July by another stylist that left my hair completely ruined and dead. April applied a keratin treatment and had to cut my hair to my chin to remove the damaged hair (my hair was to my shoulders). I couldnt be happier with how it turned out, considering what it was. The damage isnt completely gone, because its a process but my hair looks and feels 1000 times better. April was very professional and sympathetic to my situation. She listened to me and offered her professional opinion and was honest with me about what was realistic and what wasnt. Ive found my girl! I highly recommend.

She’s great about learning her clients and doing the perfect amount of cut/color to make you comfortable and beautiful and brave enough to go for something more, if you’re wanting that.     She is very professional and kind. She did my deep conditioning and blowout multiple times. I really loved it. The only reason why I hesitate to go there is because of the far commute.     April was so sweet! She was very thorough throughout the whole process. I’m not very familiar with some of the hair terminology as this is my 2nd time getting my hair done. I loved how she went over the whole process of what she was doing, and did what was best for my hair without frying it. I will need a second session to get to my desired color, but when I say my hair was SO soft and not dry at all compared to when I first had my hair done at a different salon. April does NOT disappoint! I look forward to my next appointment!

I went from long thick lighter colored hair to a deep chocolate brown bob...never had short hair in my life, so talk about a change! I had visited a new salon prior to going to Cia Bella and they did an awful job, so I was really hopeful that April could transform my do back to normal. She was super thorough with pre appointment communication and during the appointment! When I came in, she seemed soo friendly and warm, it put my nerves to ease. She explained everything honestly and open with me and gave realistic expectations and asked for my opinion, before pictures and asked what the prior salon used- all super important things to ask! She was timely, efficient, communicated well, and did a great job on my hair that had been through hell and back!     Hannah is such a great stylist! When I moved back to Jacksonville, I immediately looked her up and found her at Eclipse By The Sea- and let me say what a gem! The place is so eclecticly rusticly decorated it was a treat just to look around! Hannah is so precise and creative, you can walk in and trust her advice! Definitely go to and find your new hair stylist for life!
