    We arrived early and were still seen right away. We had a new haircut we wanted done and the stylist executed it perfectly. Less experienced stylist ask me questions about my boysā€™ hair and cowlicks I donā€™t know the answer to. Michelle (I think) kept the right places long and cut the right places short. Genuinely perfect. I just keep telling my husband how impressed I am with how well she did.

    This was my 2 year old sonā€™s first time going to get his haircut and it was the best experience! I was shocked as to how well he did because usually he can be a little unpredictable and lash out when anyone touches his head or ears. I have to give a big should out to Kim, she was patient, kind and caring and knew exactly what she was doing when she started working on him. I was very pleased with the service and we will be coming back again for his next cut. Thanks again Ms. Kim you are wonderful!

    My 2-year-old son had a bad experience at a Great Clips and this is the only place I can get him to calmly get his hair cut. They are super understanding and kind. They let the kids touch the tools to realize they wonā€™t hurt them, let them pick their car to sit in, have a small indoor playground, and let them have lollipops and balloons. They also offer a prepaid plan for extra savings definitely worth trying if you have a toddler that is scared of haircuts.

    Cookie Cutters really saved the day. We had a horrible experience with Sharkeys hair cuts and we will never be going back. We were able to reschedule same day, in and out in an appropriate amount of time. The staff is 10x nicer and understanding. It has a relaxing and not overstimulating vibe. Not to mention the prices are so much better and affordable.

    I went and got my sons first haircut with Lupe and she was great! So patient and very good at what she does. When you go for the 1st cut they give you a certificate with a before and after picture as well as a bag with the first cut. Thank you so much for making it such a great experience.

    Great experience! This was my sonā€™s first hair cut, heā€™s only 2 years old, but he had a really nice time. He loved the cars and the TVs playing his favorite show Coco Melon. He sat in my lap while he got his hair cut, but after he was done he felt a bit more comfortable to run around: Thanks for creating such a unique and fun place for little kids to get their hair cut.     My son is sensory seeking and neurodivergent. He is almost three and has never had a haircut. I was super worried that this experience would be traumatizing for him, but the stylist was so patient and kind and worked with him so well. He had so much fun and even became upset when we went to leave. Highly recommend this place for Littles.

    My son is a loyal customer to Ms Asia since the summer of 2021, since he was about 2 1/2 years old. He is now 5. In the beginning, he did not like getting his hair cut. But with Ms Asias calm & patient demeanor, my son allows her to cut his hair with no fight or tears.Just recently, his 2 year old brother received his first professional hair cut from her. Ms Asia was amazing as always!! She was patient, adaptable to his resistance, & made sure he was complete with a finished haircut. We cannot express how much we appreciate her professionalism & kindness. Ms Asia has two loyal customers.

    Asia did a phenomenal job working with both my children (male 3 years old and Female 5 years old) We arrived early and we had no problem if we had to wait but she immediately began working on my sonā€™s haircut right after she was done ringing up the client before us, and right after she was done with my son, she immediately trimmed up my daughterā€™s hair. Iā€™m excited for her to do the fairy hairstyle on my oldest this Monday! I think I officially found my childrenā€™s stylist! Thank you, Asia!

    Very cute place for a kids cut! We walked in without an appointment on a Tuesday and they were able to get my little one in right away. They let us choose which chair we wanted and we went with a cute little fire engine for his first haircut. The seats have buckles and they have a TV set up to distract the kids. They were very patient and kind.

    Asia is THE best!! We see her for every hair cut! She is so patient with my wiggle worm who HATES the cape, back of the neck, and ear area trims. She always tries to keep him happy with toys or his favorite show. The environment is as clean as a kids hair place can be. My son loves the play area, lolly pop, and ballon he gets every visit! I canā€™t say enough good things!

    Asia was the sweetest stylist ever! We did 2 kids wash and trims. Asia ensured the experience was special for my husband and I as it was their first ever cut by providing us the locs of hair and certificate to mark the memory as an add- on. She provided us after care tips and was tremendously gentle, patient and accommodating of our boys ensuring they were comfortable.

    My son was NOT down with the idea of going to get his haircut by anyone but mommy, and it took tons of convincing to get him okay with an appointment. Im talking weeks. The staff had no idea about that, but did everything right for a nervous kid! They absolutely knocked it out of the park! He was very happy to show off his haircut at school the next day.     We had a great experience getting first haircuts for our twins! The stylists, Aubrey and Lauren, were so patient and sweet with our little ones and took the time to make sure I was happy with the before and after photos for their certificates as well as checking in throughout the cut to make sure everything was to our liking.     Asia was AMAZING, my son cried because he wasnā€™t to familiar with the environment since this was his very first time getting a hair cut, he moved a lot and kept trying to pushing her hand away but she somehow made it work and did an excellent job! She engaged and made my 1year old feel super comfortable ! By the end of the hair cut he was a happy baby and enjoyed watching his fav show !!! Definitely recommend this hair salon for your little!

    Took my daughter here for her first official haircut and she loved it! Asia did a great job on her hair cut and making her feel comfortable. It was a great experience and she is already asking to go again!Update: weā€™ve been going here for a couple years now and itā€™s always a great experience. My older daughter is now 6 and still loves going here. Just took my 3 year old for her first haircut yesterday and it was great! Lauren not only did a great job on both my girls hair, but she was very helpful with my younger daughter who has curly hair and I was in need of some maintenance guidance. Love it here!

    We tried this location out on a whim. Aubrey was fantastic with our kids haircuts! She was so understanding and helpful. One of our kids has some uncontrollable cowlicks and Aubrey was so kind to help us understand which haircut he would benefit from. The store was also clean and tidy.

    I have a barber that I see on a regular basis but when my son needs a hair cut, I dont mind letting Cookie Cutters cut my hair as well. Theyre extremely friendly and good with the kids but also do a great job on dads too!

    Overall the experience was good. I would ask that when going through the haircut, especially first haircuts, that you should tell the parents what youre going to do before its done.Our baby is very sensitive to strong smells and had we known that leave in was going to be put into her hair we would have said not to beforehand, but we werent informed.Other than that, everything was great.

    I brought my two year old son here and he had a wonderful experience with Alisha. She was very kind and patient with him and even let me hold him while she cut his hair! He was able to watch Bubble Guppies and was comfortable! Also, I showed Alisha a picture of the style I wanted and she cut his hair perfectly!! I am very pleased!     My son is 4 year old and has autism. Heā€™s hasnā€™t had haircut in years because he was terrified of scissors and hair trimmers. With the help of therapy we thought he was finally ready to try to get a haircut. I had an amazing experience from the moment I called to make an appointment, the lady was very nice and when I explained her the situation and asked if anyone is trained to work with an autistic child she let me know they are ALL trained to work with Autistic children. It made me feel so happy and thankful. Once we arrived I let them know we wanted the haircut with just scissors to make it a better experience for our son and she was super understanding, patient, friendly and just kind. The whole experience turned out much better than what I expected so Iā€™m very thankful and will definitely recommend this place and bring my son back!

I was very grateful for the patience and understanding Amy had with her, and despite my daughterā€™s best efforts to keep it from happening, she left with a cute haircut to show off at the playground. The balloon and being able to play on the slide while I checked out or an absolute bonus that helped complete the experience. We will definitely be back!

    I brought my son here for his first haircut and I loved it! Aubrey listened to me and did exactly what i was hoping for! The place was clean and cute and the stylists are friendly. I have already recommended to someone else and i will be bringing my little guy back!     I took my baby for his first haircut in which, with the package, came with a cute certificate with before and after photos and a lock of hair. The ladies are very nice and were ready when we showed up early for our appointment. They have cute car chairs for kids and tvs for them to watch during their cut. Lauren was wonderful! My shy, almost 2 year old was surprisingly comfortable and cooperative. I will definitely be taking him here for future cuts.

    Best experience by far at a salon! My son isnā€™t use to having his hair cut because heā€™s little but the staff were amazing at helping me distract him enough to where we could get his hair cut. Such a cute place too and family friendly. Itā€™s so neat how they have tiny tvs on the hairdressing stands for the kids. My daughter didnā€™t have her haircut but she had a fun experience too playing on the play frame and looking at all the cool toys that they sell. This will be the only Salon that I take my kids to šŸ„°

    I scheduled an appointment in advance online for my sons first haircut, and I booked the first haircut package. Kimberly took great care of my son, and she cut his hair very cleanly and patiently. My son has autism, and so as a parent it is important to find people who are patient and compassionate, two of the main ingredients in a good haircut experience. This salon goes above and beyond for their clients, and even the parents can schedule a haircut as well. The barber chairs for the kids are old power wheels with proper restraints, as well as a TV to aid in distractions. We had a great time here and I plan on making this my primary location for our hair needs, and I greatly recommend other parents to do the same. You will not be disappointed!

We have not had luck with a hair cut we liked on our son from other salons but Aubrey really took her time to cut his hair and went the extra mile of giving me some lessons on how to style it.     My son is 16 months old and has had to have his hair cut about 4 times already. My first time getting his haircut was here by Lauren and she did awesome considering his age and how much he moved. She cut his hair the 2nd time and then someone else the 3rd. The 3rd time I was not happy with his cut so my most recent time back I made sure Lauren was the one to do it. Yall she never disappoints. 10/10 recommend her.

    We came in for my daughters first haircut and it was a great experience! The kiddos get to choose their car/plane/truck and there are tvā€™s with Daniel Tiger/PBS available for each child to watch. Thereā€™s a play area with a small slide for waiting time.     My kids had a great time! They are 3 and 4 and it was their first haircut. They were a little nervous at first but the play area in the front actually calmed them down!     There is a lot of potential in the young ladies that work there. They did a great job with my sons cut. Longer than what we are used to but its only because they are still young in their craft. I Strongly think they need a few more tools/toys to help w/ the babies. Lollipops & balloons arent the safest for the really small ones. Perhaps bubbles to distract, tell parents what movies you have. Offer the babies to sit on the parents, get some of those brushes that takes out the hair from the necks. Maybe tag team if not busy so one person helps distract and make baby comfy while the other cuts. All in all, sweet and nice girls and in time they will master and learn new tricks to be the best team in OP for kids.
