    Dante has always been so kind to my husband and I. He did my hair for my wedding and it turned out beautifully. My husband and I are very careful about who we trust to cut and style our hair. Dante has our trust and loyalty. Dante is also a very down to earth kinda guy, he has produce, herbs, chickens, and more. He loves to share his passion in life for the simple things God gave us with his clients. I found him on Google awhile back. I wish I had left this review sooner. The feeling of being welcome and the warmth from the love he puts into his work is truly something that I never take for granted, it makes me happy in this big city we have a Dante.

    Dante has been cutting my hair for eight years. I would follow this man anywhere. He’s kind, generous and an absolute master at what he does. He listens to what I want. It makes recommendations and my hair always comes out amazing. One of the absolute very best.

    Dante is an extraordinary hairdresser! He provides meticulous care and concern for each client who sits before him in his chair. Dante is an artist in his creativity and his insight and his professionalism which comes from an extensive history of working within the industry is genuine. There is no one like him when it comes to the styling, dying, blowouts, haircuts, etc. He is caring and careful and always takes a unique approach, that does not come from your every day training. If you go to Dante, you will walk away with an experience like no other. I have been a client of his for well over 10 years and he has been the best person for my hair growth and hygiene of my hair care and he offers advice and recommendations that make my hair even stronger and healthier.

    Hands down the best experience I’ve had in years! I went in not having any idea what I wanted done to my hair. All I knew was I wanted some life put into it. I got what I asked for and MORE!     I was referred by a friend to Dante for coloring my hair magenta from a copper color I have had for years. Dante was so helpful explaining the process, and prepping me for the change. The salon is a separate area off his family’s house, comfortable space and WOW, I am getting so many compliments on my hair! It is shiny and bright, and I appreciate the hand holding and guidance on how to maintain the color and health of my hair. Highly recommend Dante!

    Absolutely love my hair!! Before coming in my roots have grown out quite a bit and my hair was damaged from bleaching it over the years. Dante took care of my color and Brazilian treatment and my hair looks brand new!! He taught me how to properly take care of my hair and what product is best for me.     My daughter and I have been searching for a hair stylist that really listens to what we want done to our hair… Dante really listened to what we wanted. My daughter (12) has been complaining of all her previous stylist and was never satisfied but today, she definitely glowed with her new haircut. When I asked Dante to add more layers to mine, he immediately obliged with no problem. Love love love our hair style and those free tips he gives on hair care. Do not be deterred by the fact that his salon is attached to his house, its clean and quaint and what is important is that the stylist is great. Price is also reasonable, you can ask ahead of time so you have an idea. Will definitely come back.

    My hair is very fine and lacks volume. Dante suggested he put a soft perm in it to create the fullness & keep it from going flat. It worked beautifully and my hair really turned out great! I have the fullness and height in the crown I wanted so much! I can go 3 days without shampooing it now and it still looks good. Thanks Dante for helping me look my best!

    I came in for my first appointment and I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. I had my roots colored to perfection and Dante provided a wonderful anti-frizz and anti-humidity treatment that I absolutely LOVE!     I rarely get my hair done. Ive used Dante 3 other times but usually make the mistake of going local because I live in GA. I drove the hour to him today and I couldnt be more impressed than I already am of his work, until today. Today he was able to conclude I use well water because of the yellow in my hair. He gave me affordable pointers and sent me on my way feeling more confident as usual. For the first time even my spouse couldnt stop complimenting me or the work done.

    I searched specifically for a stylist that used Alfaparf Milano hair color. Dante was the One. He does an amazing job on my hair. He takes such pride in his work and my hair has never looked better. He also has been cutting my hair. It’s such a great cut it doesn’t take much for me to style . I highly recommend him.

    I had the worse damage to my hair and gave Dante total control!! He cut off several inches and styled it and it turned out absolutely gorgeous. Went back three weeks later starting a color treatment get me back to where it needs to be. Love the personalized attention and care that he gives.

    Today I was the first client Dante served at his new salon and it is beautiful! He highlighted my hair and gave me a Brazilian blowout. My hair is now blonde, healthy, and beautiful! I wish I could post a photo of it! He is a good person so don’t listen to the last review since it is a fake one. He’s been around a long time and it seems as though he has a jealous ex employee who obviously is not getting much business. He’s been doing my hair for 20 years and I could not imagine using anyone else.

    I recently called Dante at the final hour before a major holiday to see if he had any possible haircut appointments for my son? My son is 18 and very particular about how his hair is cut and had been traveling 45 minutes one way, for his haircuts, Dante worked us in right away to his weekend schedule and my son was able to have his haircut and style with even a bettter outcome, and did not require much explanation. My son was so happy with the cut and we drove only 15 minutes, he will be changing stylists and recommending Dante to his friends.

    My hair is not easy to deal with and I am meticulous about it - which doesnt help!! I went to multiple hairstylist in the past in Jax and I was always dissapointed before finally finding Dante. He is the best hairstylist in town. He is so talented that he can make any type of hair look good.     I have been a client of Dante’s for years. After he left the salon on Old St. Augustine, he built a small salon connected to his home. If the fact that the salon is connected to his home gives you pause...don’t let it! He is incredibly professional, and his salon actually makes it feel as though you have your own private stylist. He gives his clients the utmost attention, and continues to give me the best haircuts I’ve ever had. As someone with extremely thick, long, curly hair, I can tell you that he is an expert in cutting curly hair...well below the price of those Devacurl stylists.Again, don’t let the “home salon” throw you off...if you can get an appointment with Dante, TAKE IT! He does a phenomenal job and will make sure you’re thrilled with the results.

    Cant say enough about this salon. Came all the way from Indiana to get a Brazilian blowout. My appointment was with Dante and while I was waiting for him to get done with his client before me everyone made sure I am okay and they checked on me. Dante took his time to make sure i understand what the process and the treatment means and how its different from any other treatment. Hes highly qualified and highly informative. He answered all my questions and made sure I am taken care of. Great customer service skills. The whole staff was super nice and friendly and made you feel like family. I will definitely be back.     Walked into the salon after going through a few salons to do the style I wanted. Theyve all told me my hair is too complicated to do. Too curly for them I assumed.     I moved here from New York about a year ago, and have been so nervous about finding a new hair stylist.     Dantes is a great place. Bottom line is if you want people who know what their doing, then make an appointment and go here. If your cheap or think all salons are the same, then you have your choice of many $8 places. Hair is way too important. The important thing is to build a relationship with a stylist and stick with them and no I dont work there, but instead a guy who knows a good stylist.

    I went in on Saturday about 4pm feeling drab and came out feeling like a shiny Diamond. I decided to stop coloring my hair years ago letting the gray come out. When I went to Pubix I saw the Salon (btw very new to area) and walked in. I automatically felt at ease. Angela sat down with me as we discussed what I wanted(I was not sure at all). She guided me to a awesome haircut with beautiful hi/low lites that I swore I wouldnt do again. Because of my subborn gray the highlights didnt take , and even when she was suppose to go home, Angela stayed and reapplied a deeper color. She is awesome!! She also gave me tips of other places to go around the area. Trust me I am very picky but after the color and about 2 inches taken off, I am so happy to find a place like Dantes.
