Absolutely love this store, shopping experience was a PLEASURE! Upon entering I was greeted by Mr. Yousif at the door with a lovely smile and sweet aura! While shopping, I passed Ms. Taylor who was VERY SWEET and offered assistance if needed! Upon checkout, I met Mr. Abubaker who was amazing! I asked him about products and possible future vendors regarding perfume oils, and he informed me of everything yall have an future possibilities! I found out he was the assistant manager and my cashier ...he was amazing and had plenty of patience and time!!! THEY WERE ALL AMAZING AND AS A NEW CUSTOMER, I WILL BE BACK!!! Good quality wigs. . I got the butta lace deep wave pre plucked hair. The closure is realistic, the quality of hair is very soft easy to manage, not too shiny. Just right. Price was affordable I will be back again to purchase again.

I need them to run back them cameras or refund me. Just to know I got to waste fuel and time to try to go back and resolve this matter in the morning is such an inconvenience.Ill update when I address it with the store. Thats what I get for patronizing a store that I normally dont go to😡They can either go up stars or down stars depending on if I have to take additional time after traveling way over to the store to dispute the balance charged on my American Express.Im disgusted, mad, and all the unpleasant emotions right now. I just hope they can make it right, by viewing camera footage and refunding me the difference or giving me what I purchased that didnt get placed in my bag.Update 11/10/2024: I had no problem, getting the items that was left and giving the items I didnt purchase. The lady Lori was pleasant and said she saw my items yesterday. So Im assuming it was all a mistake. Which we all are entitled to, a mistake. Glad they made it right. I give them 5star plus for accountability!

This place is amazing! Its got everything you need, and they probably have the kitchen sink while they are at it. The best part is the customer service. I dont know how to tell yall how these ladies took care of me. I had no idea what I needed and how to do anything so they hooked me up with all the right stuff, and helped me learn at the very last minute until the store closed.
