    This salon is amazing!!! Someone messed my hair up so bad and they were able to get me in the next day and fixed what the other person did wrong at another salon and they fixed and did it the EXACT way I wanted it in the first place. Rebecca Raymond is amazing!!!!!

    Had the best experience here last week! Rebecca (amazing) gave me a haircut, full highlights, and nanoplastia treatment. My highlights turned out to be exactly what I wanted and the nanoplastia treatment completely transformed my hair. Its finally silky and smooth and everything Ive ever wanted! Thank you Rebecca! 10/10 recommend :)

    I came in with horribly tangled hair. More than 6 months of neglect after hospitalizations & much convalescence caused my hair to mat & tangle incredibly. I fully expected to emerge from the salon with a short pixie cut.Instead, Robert spent more than 2 hours diligently combing my hair out to return to a smooth & attractive haircut. I sincerely thank Robert for his hard work in saving my hair. Thank you, thank you!

    I had an excellent experience with Eriona. I trusted her expertise with my hair and was not disappointed. My hair looks amazing! I love that I was able to set up the appointment through text, which is very convenient. Will definitely return for my next cut!

    I had my first appointment with this salon today and it was great!! They were on point with getting me in quick, as I had a wedding to go to this weekend, and were super friendly!! I was so pleased with the cut, the environment and price! 100% recommend!! Suela was amazing and gave me the best cut!! Definitely going back!

    Rebecca really gave me my dream hair. I went in with dry long awkward ends and layers that did not connect from a former stylist that did me wrong for a year and a half. I had a shag that was just scraggly. She listened to me, gave me a bomb massage at the wash bowl and sent me off with gorgeous hair! I just walked out and got a compliment instantly. Thank you for working your magic!

    I went here for the first time today & felt like family immediately. Rebecca was my stylist, she was so friendly & amazing! It was like talking to a lifelong friend!     This review is based solely on the customer service experience I had. I called because they were open on Sunday and the salon I was scheduled with cancelled last minute. (Im not mad. Things happen)The gentleman that answered the phone was kind and professional. He explained the workings of their salon on a Sunday but offered to send a text to the girls that were off to see if they were interested in coming in for a special circumstance. Already above and beyond in my opinion. I will update further after my visit!

    THE BEST of THE BEST are here. Suela has been doing my hair for years. The color, cuts, and styles are on point ALL the time. I leave feeling amazing every single visit…and weeks after. Just when I think it’s time for me to get my color touched up, I am complemented on how great my hair looks. It’s a testament to the quality when it’s been weeks and strangers tell me they love my color.The service can not be beat. Every time I am in the salon, I feel like I am part of their family. Eriona, Anthony, Robert, and Samer are all so welcoming. I always look forward to being here and around all the wonderful people that make this salon what it is.

    Big thank you to Eriona who did a color correction on my hair and she got exactly what I wanted, she stayed super late with me and also had my daughters haircut fixed and she was delighted how well Eriona was able to manage her hair and put a smile on her face. Every one here is so friendly ,nice and professional! We love it!!

    Eriona took me in on short notice. She discussed options for my hair. In the middle of coloring my hair I changed my mind about the cut I wanted. She was very accommodating. Love the cut/style/and color. My husband loves it too. I will be back when I am in town.

    Omg! Eriona ❤️ gave me an amazing haircut, imma gonna cry it looks so beautiful, the last time i cut my hair in NJ and the hairstylist did a number on me even with my long waist down hair. But Eriona did an awesome job even with just shoulder length hair. She took time to listen what i was expecting and also gave suggestions on how to style my new haircut. Now every time i look in the mirror i shake my head as this looks soo darn cute. Thanks a lot Eriona!

    I got Nanoplastia here. Eriona was very professional,honest as I paid twice by mistake she returned it and followed up with me until I received my money and has lots of patience to answer all of my questions and to give me tips on how to maintain my hair. I got a cute haircut aswell.

    The first time was terrific - 2nd time “the appointment didn’t make it from the text to her calendar”. Not my fault. I lost money from work because I went for a scheduled appointment and even waited an additional 15 min. The owner just called and apologized and made a new appointment for me.     Ella’s hairstyles is a hidden gem in San Jose central to everything with plenty of parking. The new owners renovated this cute sunny location to create a bold, clean, fresh appearance and are COVID CDC complaint. I first met Suela in her original WGV location 7 years ago and recently followed her up to San Jose to this fabulous new location. Whether you are looking for a dramatic new look, an awesome quality color and cut, or a fantastic last-for-days blow out – Suela has always produced amazing looks for me – my husband and kids always notice if I have been to Suela. Not only does she use super quality products, she is up to date on the latest looks, tools and techniques. I have met many of Suela’s clients over the years – we all love her – she is the best around - great personality, very intuitive to what you want and need and results orientated – Thank’s to Suela – I feel gorgeous every time I walk out the door.
