    Online booking easy. I booked a boho knotless braid mid back for 12 but rescheduled for 2. Service from the stylist was great and they apologized for the delay but overall experience a 10 out of 10. I love my hairstyle and I will be returning for future services.

    Eloquent Salon is a Phenomenal place for even young boys to get flawless braiding & accomodation .Had called nearly every braiding salon several weeks ago to have my sons hair braided for the first time in his life; Eloquent Salon was the only business to respond swiftly to my voicemail I had left . Its been gratifying & impressive ever since especially as a Dad/Man thats not familiar with the criteria for a horrible salon versus a great salon.On the first visit, Eloquent Salon was completely transparent about the vision I had in mind & layed out alternative options, and the final result was impeccable .They were very considerate & patient with my boy as if he was one of their own, and the pricing was real reasonable .When I booked & returned for my second visit, Eloquent Salon had been transparent about being booked up, but they made an exception to accommodate my son anyway, and the stylist displayed the upmost integrity by showing up in the early morning slightly before normal business hours.The stylist was still sharp, I had showed a picture of my vision, and the final result was IMMACULATE ‼️Eloquent Salon is too official.

    This was my first time visiting this establishment on 3/04/2023. I am so pleased with the service. I arrived at my appt at 7am. And I believe we started by 7:15, and thats merely due to preparing the hair I bought, reassessing my hair, and reconfirming the exact style I wanted. I wanted smallish knotless butt length braids and thats EXACTLY what I received. So pretty, and neat. 40% of the time there was at least 2 people working on my head and at some times even 3! Everyone was nice and polite and I definitely feel I received my moneys worth. I definitely will be returning.

    I have used Eloquent African Hair Braiding for two years. The service is always amazing. The stylists are talented and kind. The atmosphere is most pleasing! I have used others in the past but once I found Eloquent African Hair Braiding Ive never been anywhere else! Their list of services is extensive. Their availability is very flexible and accommodating. I 100% recommend this place of business!

    I usually get my hair braided once a year. I have been coming here for the past 3 years. Each year they do a fantastic job. I have long thick hair and they have my braids look so well done. I receive compliments every where I go. In addition to that they are super fast. I received small twist and my appointment was a 9am and I was done by 2pm. I highly recommend.

    I literally just left this shop, and what an AMAZING experience. The customer service alone was astounding! I have very thick and coarse natural hair and also tender headed, which I made known prior to my hair being done. The ladies took their time and made sure the style wasnt to tight or painful in any way. They were so down to earth and catering to their customers! It was my first time there, and I promise I will not even think of going anywhere else to have my hair braided. I absolutely loved my experience and enjoyed the conversations while my hair was being styled. The senegalese twists are literally perfect ! Thank you ladies so much !

    They are always timely and the work is always flawless. My daughter loves that the braids are tight enough to last, but no so tight that her scalp and edges are pulled too tight.The salon is always nice and clean. Then hair braiders are always very professional.

    Been coming here at least once a year for the past three years and my hair is always excellent no matter who is working on it. That is consistency at its best! Ive met at least 4 other women I work with that come here. With all the places you could go that in itself says a lot about their reputation. The environment is always friendly and upbeat and most of all I enjoy listening to the music from their culture! I never wait more than a few minutes to get started and Ive never been there longer than five hours which is phenomenal with how thick my hair is. I dont trust everyone to braid my hair because Im natural so I stick to this place because I know Im paying for the assured quality I expect.

    This was my 1st time here getting my hair braided this way. There was a young lady w/glasses soft spoken and a 2 other different ladies helping her w/med box braids. Only 2 at a time. They were pretty quick, very nice and concern about the tightness, the owner was professional, made sure the color of hair was what I wanted, they kept the place very clean after every customer. They wanted to know how I liked my braids. It felt like a family atmosphere.I would refer ppl I know there. Keep up the good work!! Pleased customer!Mrs. “Brown vs. Board of Ed” 😉

    This is the best shop I’ve ever been to in Jacksonville!! So professional and fast!! 4 beautiful young ladies worked on my box braids and I was in and out in 6 hours on small extra long box braids!! Would definitely recommend coming here!!     These ladies here are Phenomenal. They were very patient with me when I was being difficult on the time I should be seen. As soon as I walked through the door They started on my hair right away! They were efficient on the time as well. I love the results of my hair. Overall they provided quality and efficient work. I will be visiting again

    Exceptional CS. Treat walk-ins (us) like regular customers. A little pricey for my daughter’s 1st visit but in all fairness they accommodated with a already very aggressive schedule. The back to school rush! Not to mention the last minute request for medium box braids. LOL I highly recommend. My daughter absolutely loved her hair and it persevered well. Thanks

    First off i just want to express my appreciation of all the braiders who work there cause to have ppl take the time and get it done at a reasonable time is a blessing. Remembering growing up having one person braid your hair for the whole day was torture. I wanted to cry on the inside cause i really was happy about that. The ladies were welcoming. It was my first time there ( so i was definitely shy and nervous) and i got Senegalese twist... I will be coming back again and have my mom to follow next time. The cost is worth it. They take care of you like they doing their own here. Thank you ladies.

    I love this is place this is my second time coming to them. They have done a marvelous job, my hair has grown with their green thumbs. I had a great experience, the ladies were very professional, great teamwork, most of all pleasant and friendly. I was very pleased with my hairstyle which was braided crochet.     The timing was GREAT!!! My hair was done in 3 hours. My appt was 10a, I sat in the chair 5 minutes before. I will be returning. Most salons have you waiting hours past you appt time. Great Customer Service.

    Six months ago, I contacted this salon and asked them to install box briads in my hair that I had cut into a Mohawk. I went in nervous and not knowing what to expect (I hadnt had my hair braided in 15 years. I actually had never used weave) being a boy partaking in something that was mostly reserved for females. I came in and they immediately got to work on me. Answering any questions that I had. When I saw my braids it brought tears to my eye because I had never felt so beautiful and so unapologetically myself. These beautiful women create art and magic out of hair. As a descendent of slaves, my African culture was stripped away. Yet when I am around these women and in their salon. It give me a sense of community, history and culture I thought was lost centuries ago. So I beg you to come for the braids, but stay for the little piece of our homeland.
