    My husbands Google account is logged in but my name is Jenna Herrin, Jack did my hair. She transformed my hair box dyed hair in one sitting. It was grown out with black roots and two shades of blonde. I’m so beyond pleased with the transformation she did on my hair. I can’t wait to come back and have her continue doing my hair. She is so sweet and goes above and beyond. 10/10!!! Before and after pics posted below!

    I absolutely loved my experience at this salon! The atmosphere is so welcoming, and everyone is incredibly friendly. Every little detail is thoughtfully planned—from the snacks and water to the hot towel with essential oils during the hair wash and even the festive holiday foil paper for highlights.This was my second time visiting Jack, and I couldn’t be happier. I have curly hair, and she has worked wonders on both my haircuts and highlights.     Omg I don’t usually do reviews but Amanda truly is just amazing at her work. With her personality, that gets you so comfortable, to the clean environment that just makes you feel so invited and more so it’s truly her hands that make everything realize you’re in the best place.     The atmosphere was very relaxing and everyone was extremely friendly! Even while my hair was being washed, I was communicated with before anything was done. I never once felt judged and she would frequently ask to make sure I was satisfied. It was amazing and I’m very grateful I was given such a great experience!

    Chelsea does the most phenomenal color, a true chemist in her trade! My hair is always soft, healthy and full of dimension when my appointment is over and it last a good eight weeks.     Jack is amazing with my color and cut! I cant recommend her more! The cut plays with my natural wavy hair, making it super easy to style. I also love that as the gloss on my highlights starts to fade, it always looks rich and golden, as if a little bit extra sunkissed!

    I have been a client of Emilys for 3+ years. I honestly have never loved a hairdresser so much in my life. I am picky.. very picky. My hair is part of my identify. As a blonde with a red-headed father, I cringe at the thought of looking brassy. During my first appointments with Emily, we set realistic hair goals in an attempt to correct my too-brassy golden blonde into a more icy, grey-blonde. It wasnt fixed overnight. It took probably 3 to 4 visits before I saw the results I wanted, but here I am three years later and women stop me in the street, the grocery store, at the stoplight, etc asking who does my hair. If you have patience, Emily will give you exactly what you want. You you need to be realistic. The grey-silver blonde hair cannot happen overnight. Love you Emily!

    I came in with hair that needed some serious love and care, so many at home hair dyes and a ton of heat had the ends of my hair so dead and a really boring shade of brown that I was just so tired of. I had Carlee as my stylist after hearing so many good things about her from other people and she worked miracles on my hair. It is now a gorgeous rich chocolate brown and feels so healthy, she also did gorgeous face framing and really focused on what I wanted my hair to be. The ladies at the front desk were so sweet and offered me water as soon as I got in the door. You could tell everyone who works here is so sweet and see each other as a family which is such a nice environment to be in especially at a salon where you are there for an hour or more. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a hair salon, I highly recommend going in to see Carlee she was absolutely incredible.

    Philip does my hair and he is amazing! I am a blonde and it’s very difficult for me to trust someone doing my hair and achieving my blonde expectations so when I left New York I was super nervous to find my new stylist. It took a couple of stylists but I finally found one! He spends time before he gets started making sure I walk out with exactly I want my hair to look like. Great salon with friendly staff. I’ve been going here for over a year and always feel beautiful walking out.

    This new salon is fabulous! I’ve been going to Sarah for over 10 years. She is great about listening to what the client wants and gets to know you and your style to make each experience better than the last. She moved to the new salon and because she is so awesome I chose to follow her! The new salon has a lot of historical character mixed with modern decor. If you’re looking for a new salon give Frangipani Avondale a try. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

    I have been going to Frangipani for 18 years. I started at the Beach location and Shawna, the owner, did low lights, highlights and cut my hair. We both happened to be pregnant, our due dates very close, and I had to switch to seeing Brendi when Shawna went on maternity leave. I stuck with Brendi for most of the rest of my time here, and she is spectacular! She moved to the salon in Avondale and I followed her there, driving from the beach, because I like her as a friend and love how she does my hair. I have never had a bad experience here. Everybody is very friendly and it has a very comfortable atmosphere.

    I have been using them for years. Everyone is always so nice and professional! I feel so comfortable with Heather that I can relax and let her do her magic. I love everything from the relaxing environment to the scalp massage during your wash. I could not imagine going anywhere else. If I could give them more stars I would!!

    Love the Frangipani Salon in Avondale. From the moment you walk in the door everyone is so nice, friendly.and Professional. The Salon is clean and follows all the CDC’s guidelines. Sarah does a wonderful job on my hair. She is always on time if not early. She Truly understands curly hair. She gives me a style she knows I can handle. Would highly recommend this Salon and Sarah.

    Sarah has been doing my hair for awhile at the beach store and once I heard she was relocating I knew Id be following her as she is worth the drive.     I’ve been going to Franginpani for close to 8 years now. Heather Beasley is a hair magician, & the sweetest human I’ve ever known. Today I had my lashes done by Caroline, & OMG!!!! She gave me The fluffiest most beautiful lashes I’ve ever had!! And she’s the sweetest most pleasant little thing!! I also got my hair done today by Stephen, he’s precious!     I got a facial here from Zoe and it was incredible! The salon is beautiful and clean and she made my skin feel so smooth. She was warm and friendly and most importantly, gentle on my sensitive skin! I definitely recommend her facial services— especially the microdermabrasion.

    I’ve been going to Frangipani for a long time ... started with niki at the beach .. she is amazing and does a wonderful job , I miss her !!!! Once the Avondale location opened I switched because it’s so much closer and easier for me to be able to get there .. Chelsea is also amazing and always does a great job!! I highly recommend both of them ... you will love your hair ... my only issue is this new $5 service charge ???? What is this ? Noticed last couple times but when I email no one will answer me ???

I was thrilled to see the beautiful hair salon that she and her co-workers created and opened last month!!!     Ive been going to Frangipani for 5 years now, all of the Aveda products they use are super safe for your hair. @Chelseabreana (IG) has been doing my blonde/grey toned hair for years and she always nails it. She specializes in blondes & thats super important when youre trying to transition your hair from dark to light. Would highly recommend!!

    I got a microdermabrasion facial with Gina. Originally I scheduled a different service, but after talking with her about my skin’s needs she was able to recommend this service. She talked me through everything she was doing, but also just chatted about life. She created a relaxing environment.     I have been going to Heather for highlights and haircuts for about 12 years and she receives the highest marks. Shes trained many stylists and even though she probably knows my hair better than me, she still takes the time to chat through any adjustments that I might like or she might recommend. My gray is inconsistent, and she blends it masterfully. Over the years as I have had more and more gray (70%ish now), Heather has transitioned me from highlights to lowlights to blonde/white and nobody thinks I have all the gray that I really do. I recommend her wholeheartedly! One HUGE thing that stands out about Frangipani (and Heather) is that they are a team. The few times that I have needed to see someone other than Heather over the 12 years Ive been there, Heather has spoken with the stylist and shared the correct colors, etc. with zero hiccup to the service. Added bonus, the employees at Frangipani treat one another like family and that filters down to the clients. Theres no drama, and with that, Heather, and a cup of tea I find it to be the perfect place:-)

    When I relocated to Jacksonville I was worried about finding a new stylist. I chose Frangipani Avondale because it was close to my home, and they made the process of connecting with a great stylist so easy. Chelsea Nisted took time to get to know me and what I wanted. Every time Im in her chair she treats me like a friend and goes above and beyond to get my hair just right. Id recommend Frangipani to anyone.

    Chelsea Nisted is amazing! I just moved to Jax, and after seeing her Instagram, scheduled an appointment. I got a full foil, hair treatment, cut and toner. My hair is naturally light brown and fine, and the coverage/lift she gave me with blonde babylights in addition to making my hair feel healthy speaks to her talent and skill. She listened, used detailed foiling patterns to accommodate my styling needs, and was lovely to chat with!

    My stylist was caring. Interested and wanting so to please. When I got home (because they cant blow dry) what my stylist thought (because she did not color it the same) was not making her happy because she thought I was unhappy. a simple hair wash actually looked cute. I know she was upset. I wasnt. Everybodys under pressure. It was a great haircut. I have wierd hair. And if you want just to relax at any time Alexandria is an angel of the hair wash. I couldnt have enjoyed it more. Her hairwash is like floating on a happy headcloud. She the best.

    Katarina is my EYEBROW QUEEN! I recently had my microblading done and I cant say enough about how amazing they turned out. I cant stop looking at them! I am hooked! She truly is an artist and her attention to detail is quite amazing. Katarina took her time measuring my face to create the perfect brow for MY face shape and preference. Highly recommend her services and cannot wait for my 4wk follow up! Frangipani is such a beautiful salon with such polite staff as well.

    Frangipani Avondale is one of the best hair salons in Jax! I’ve been to several of their stylists and you can’t go wrong. Clean, chic, and great service!

    I had a micro dermabrasion session with Gina she is amazing it really helped the texture of my skin on my face and I haven’t had to wear make up to have beautiful glowing skin and it helped reduce the wrinkles on my face a lot I can’t wait for my next appointment to see the difference over the next few sessions.
