    Beautiful salon with great people! Tiffany did an AMAZING update to my hair that was long over do.Helped me understand how to handle and deal with my curly hair which Ive often neglected due to the difficult nature my hair has!The products they use are Aveda which leaves the hair with a lightweight feel, without feeling over encumbered like most hair products do with my fine, curly hair! I absolutely recommend, and am looking forward to my next appointment with her! 💞😊✨

    Allie did an awesome job with my cut!!!! I wanted to try something different and she was great at breaking down the elements that I wanted to incorporate into the cut after I bombarded her with a slew of wildly different examples. She also took the time to teach me how to care for my hair and maintain it, which was sorely needed! The salon itself was bright, clean, and had a great vibe - definitely recommend!!!!

    I had absolutely, the best stylist. She works with natural curly hair, and this was the first time I was shown the proper way to do my hair. I have been nothing but very happy with all my hair turned out. I am from Northern Wisconsin, and it was a special experience to have my hair done in Jacksonville Florida.

    Allie was amazing. I love my hair color, and so does everyone else, compliments gallore. Allie was fun, knowledgeable, and puts her everything, 😘, into you making you feel like a million dollars.     I first visited Fusion Salon over 8 years ago after struggling with wearing clip in extensions everyday to give my thin hair some volume, and I have never once been anything but incredibly satisfied with Shawna and her teams work.  i can wear my hear up, straight, curly, and the seams or sorcery never shows! I get 4-6 bundles of 21 extensions put in at every visit and honestly between her amazing conversation and expert skill at making my hair look perfect every single time I wholeheartedly recommend Fusion Salon. I am forever receiving compliments on my hair and people are stunned when I divulge that I have extensions because they look so perfectly natural.  Thank you Shawna for keeping the most important thing I wear (my hair) everyday looking great!

    Vilma did an amazing job cutting my hair. I’d gone to so many hairdressers before that I was hesitant to try someone new. I found fusion hair salon and was not disappointed. Vilma had an appointment open the day after I looked and her reviews were amazing. I was looking to cut 6.5 inches off my hair and was nervous for the change. It was great to have someone truly listen to what I wanted to in a cut and take her time listening to me. I couldn’t be happier.

    This review is for my 23-yr-old son’s haircut. As always, Velma was very nice, took his appointment on short notice and did a great job on his hair — much better cut than the barber shop! He has a conventional cut — short on sides/back and longer on top. Highly recommend!

    Karly was awesome! Very friendly and informative about the length I should keep the cut. It has to be the best hair cut I have ever had! I don’t go often to get my hair done because of traumatizing hair cuts in the past. I will now keep up with coming back to Karly on a regular basis. The salon was modern and clean as well.     Vilma is excellent. Before I met Vilma I went too many salons for a haircut and nothing compares with Vilma. Many salons only use hair trimmers, but Vilma does a combination of hair trimmers and scissors and no many knows how to use a scissors. I recommended.

    I made an appointment with Nikki on a whim, she did such a great job cutting my hair and styling it I went back to get it colored.I showed her a few photos and she nailed the color. 10/10The whole staff here is super nice and helpful, they really care about their clients.     My experience 2nd time here:Took a little convincing to cut my hair shoulder length. She thinned out my hair even though I first asked for layers but was told that it would be better thinned out. So I said ok do it. I should have been a bit more adamant about the layers since I wanted a different look on the back when I curl my hair in the way I do. But it doesn’t look bad so can’t complain it looks terrible lol it’s a good cut either way. On the other hand I did end up with a couple small sections not fully bleached as pictured but when I curl it the way I want it doesn’t show. So easy cover up. I went back to get my hair redone in the first place because I had spot like this that I wanted fixed. Don’t know if it was from the previous dye job or from a face wash I had that can alter color so be careful about acne face products. Sucks that I still came out with a couple spots not colored with the amount of money I paid for it. I’m not a very harsh person but just want them (or anyone) to be a bit more cautious because not everyone is like me when it comes to personality. So overall I’m pretty happy with the end result and everyone else likes it too. Next time I go in I will probably go back to my original hair color so will definitely enjoy rocking this for a while. :)

    Katie ROCKS! I am so glad she was my hair stylist today😊😊😊. I had quite a bit of hair cut off, and she did the cut PERFECT!!! My ONLY issue with the service (hair cut with full hi-lites) is that you can barely see the hi-lites, Im used to having blonde streaks that are much wider. Besides that, everything went great! Katie is by FAR one of, if not my absolute FAVORITE people that have ever done my hair! Shes just awesome! Thanks for the wonderful transformation, I NEEDED this, total confidence boost for sure.     Karlee does an amazing job. I cut my hair rather short into a bob, she pauses and asks if i wanted more chopped but suggested we wait until my hair dried. Shes very nice, works fast and has an eye for detail. Ask for her, you wont go wrong. Shes my stylist for life.

    I am a 62 year old woman who just moved to Florida from Minnesota. I had the same stylist for 16 years so very picky. I scheduled an appointment and they set me up with Katy. I walked in and saw this beautiful woman with lots of fun tattoos and green hair. Dont let it fool you. She is by far the best stylist I have had and actually did a better job that my other stylist. I guess I learned sometimes its good for a fresh new opinion. She took the time to explain what she thought would look good on me and she was dead right. She gave me back 10 years and a fresh new look that helps me go through all the changes they came about moving 1900 miles and not knowing a sole. She plays in a band and I will surely make my husband and I go to her next show. I have met my new lifetime stylist and will be with her until I can no longer drive there or she makes it in the music world. She is the best

    I found Fusion Salon through Groupon and was lucky enough to get Stacy as a stylist. So happy with my hair! I went in having no idea what to do and she came up with something amazing! Got highlights, a cut, and styled. I have never loved the finish product so much. Plus, she is super nice. I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely be going back. If you are looking for a new stylist, I would definitely recommend Stacy.

    I have been going to Megan for several years now. We met when she did a bridal partys hair for a wedding I was in. I typically HATE wedding hair...and I loved it! I booked an appointment for cut and color immediately. We have gone from light to dark and back, extensions or no extensions, and Im always happy and love breaking up the monotony. I have recommended several friends to her and they are all regular clients now. I wouldnt have anyone else touch my hair. If youre looking for a stylist that will make you look and feel great, give her a call!

    Tommy did a fabulous job on my cut and highlights. I especially love the lighter face framing highlights he put in. When I arrived, a color expert examined my hair before Tommy began because I had used a box product during the pandemic, and they cared about how it might affect my results. This was my second visit to the salon and my first time with Tommy, but he has a super friendly personality and perfectionist attitude that I connected with right away. I will be coming back to him for sure!

    I think this salon has amazing stylists and great service; I dont see what the negative reviews are about.... this is where I get my extensions and I will not go anywhere else! I have only gotten my hair done by Shawna and (I believe his name is) Brandon, but they both have always gone beyond my expectations. Overall, this is a great trendy and hip salon. They really know what theyre doing and everyone is very kind and knowledgeable.

    Excellent service. I had an appointment with Darrien for cut and color and she was great. I prefer a quite atmosphere instead of yapping away and this was the first salon where I got that. I really enjoyed the hair color which was better than the pics I showed. They made the expectation clear which was great and didn’t over promise. Definitely my go to place now!

    I have been a client at Fusion for 3 years now. I have always been satisfied with their services.. I typically get color, cut and extensions. With such a large $$ investment every 8 weeks or so, I am extremely thankful that there is an awesome stylist there who caters to my every need. Megan is a rock star!!! She makes me feel important, she listens to my ideas, and is professional at all times! I leave the salon feeling like a blonde goddess!

    Stacey worked with my difficult schedule to fit me in for extensions after a fantastic consultation when she gave me a very realistic idea of what to expect in terms of price and commitment on my part. The appointment was fantastic. The extensions look even better than I’d hoped and I’m feeling only minimal discomfort. I can’t stop looking at them in every shiny surface I walk past. I couldn’t be happier with my hair, with Stacey, or with Fusion Salon and the rest of the staff there. They have my highest recommendation.

    Stacy did a fantastic job on my hair. I have very fine hair and shecolored blonde and styled cut did everything to make it look great!I am new to Jacksonville and had been to several Top salons and hair did not look good.     Katie has completely transformed my hair over the time that I’ve been going to her. I walked in a little over a year ago with uneven, brassy color that I had done at home. I told her where I wanted my hair to go and she told me exactly what it would take to get it there and how long it would take. I followed her instructions and listened to what she said about upkeep, trims, etc. At this point, my hair is the longest, blondest, and healthiest it’s ever been. You can trust her with your life and she’s also super fun to talk to. 10 stars. Never going to anyone else.

    Today was my first time at Fusion salon. After going to two salons, four appointments, spending hundreds of dollars and not getting a positive outcome I didnt have much hope for my appointment at this salon but.... I was AMAZED how my hair turned out! Ulma put beautiful highlights in my hair and Shawna cut and styled it very well. I drove 12 miles to this salon and it was well worth it!     Stacey was my stylist, she did a fantastic job on my hair. She was also an interesting person, and talking with her was much more appealing than scrolling on my phone --this is a rare and wonderful find! How many times have you sat through innane small talk wondering how to politely transition to your magazine, amiright? Also, this was the fastest full color (cut and full highlights in 90 minutes) Ive ever had, which is a huge perk in my world. Also, one of the few times I left without feeling the need to re-style my hair at home-she made it look awesome. Very very happy!

    Tried out Fusion for the first time since moving to Jax. I was able to be the first time customer Groupon price of $57 for my cut and partial highlights. The normal price was $125.     I love this place! I have been to several stylists before I found Fusion and they have been my go to ever since. The staff is so knowledgeable about color and have never steered me wrong. I am always given expectations up front and they are always EXCEEDED. ALWAYS. One person that I would like to give special recognition to is Megan. I went from fire-engine red hot mess to a beautiful ash blonde. It didnt happen in one visit and I was perfectly okay with that. I work for a very large company and I love sending anyone looking for a forever stylist or even for just a special occasion to Fusion and anyone in there is more than capable of making you look and feel like a million bucks.
