    I love this place! I got a great haircut at a great price from Patrick! This guy is the best. Hes very knowledgeable and he took the time to understand what I wanted.Im new to Jacksonville and the first haircut I got here, I paid over $90. The girl screwed up tinting my eyebrows, a service I didnt ask for but she up sold. Then she was rude when I confronted her about her mistake.Great Clips was the exact opposite! They were friendly, kind and knowledgeable for under $20. Im so happy I found my new salon. Thanks again Patrick! Youre the best.

    Good place to get a great haircut. I have been going to Sunny for a year now and I am a happy customer. My hair is really hard to work with and after trying barbers for the first 2 years I moved here, I can attest that Sunny knows what she’s doing. I have taken other family members for haircuts here when they visit from abroad and even if Sunny is not available, I often end up being satisfied.

    I drive out of my way to come to this Great Clips. They are always quick and provide a nice cut. Patrick and Sunny are two of my favorite stylist, but I have not received a bad cut from this location. I also appreciate their deals and coupons when available!

    Rosie was amazing! She did exactly as i asked. I just wanted a trim and my layers freshened up and she did exactly that and it came out amazing. I’ve been to a few high end hair salons that charge me over 70 dollars for a cut and i usually end up unhappy by the results. However this is one of the few times where i left very happy and confident in my hair. Rosie was very friendly, and was a great person to converse with! Thank you rosie!

    Paula is an amazing stylist. Discovered her at random and am now locked in for life. Competent, friendly, good conversationalist, and she LISTENS to what I am trying to tell her how I want my hair to look. And most importantly, the result (a simple men’s haircut) is what you might expect at a high-end salon. Very fortunate to have found her.

    Nia did a great job! I arrived with a terrible hack job from another salon and she totally saved me.     This Business is very clean and such a welcoming space you are greeted once you enter and they make you feel seen and heard what really stood out to me was an employee named Paula she was very kind and courteous and really listened to what I wanted and gave me helpful tips and recommended some products of course I only bought one tried it and loved it and regretted not getting the rest I will definitely be back to see paula and urge anyone reading this to do the same tho I’m sure the rest of the employees are great as well!

    Beth did a great job on my haircut on June 8, 2024. I have always had thick hair, but she is the first stylist to tell me that I would still be removing loose hair because of the thinning shears she was using. I always thought everyone dealt with that after haircuts. I always get my haircuts here and I hope she’ll be there when I go back.

    Excellent straight forward haircut. Had the pleasure of having my hair cut by Beth. She was very kind and reassuring to help me get the hair cut I want. At the end of the cut I mentioned a small discrepancy on one of the sides of my hair and she corrected it immediately, she was fully committed to fixing my hair. 11/10 would recommend this place, ask for Beth!

    My son and I got haircuts today at another location. The lady that cut my sons hair was unpleasant and did not listen to a word I said. She gave my 14yr old the worst hair cut ever. I frantically looked for a Great Clips in the area. I went in and the ladies were all so pleasant and helpful. Ronnie fixed my sons hair. How she did it, I do not know. His hair cut looks great! They did not charge me for a second haircut. Needless to say, we have found a new Great Clips to go to now.

    Sunni is a hidden gem at this location! She has been doing my hair for quite some time and she always gives me exactly what I want!     I saw a ladys hair. It was so beautiful! I asked her who cut her hair. She said a Spanish lady at Great Clips name Paula. As I was already looking for a place to go to get a hair cut. This lady came in my pathway. After stopping her and talking with her. I got the name of the place and went get my hair cut the same day!Paula, who cut my hair was very nice, kind and patient. I told her my goal was to grow my hair back and I didnt want a cut that would require a lot of maintenance but still looks great! So, I showed her some pictures of how I would like my hair cut to be.She delivered it and did an amazing job!!!Everywhere I go people love my hair cut and I love it more!! It fits my face and its a great hair cut!! Thanks and you wont regret going!!!

    I gave them four stars because Renee, the manager. She is wonderful. She turned a horrible experience completely around. The employee that helped us first knew very little of the haircut we asked for, and to top it off had a horrible attitude about it. I was just going to walk out and take my business somewhere else when, Ms. Renee jumped in to save the day! She is great with people, awesome customer service!     Although I have been coming to this particular one now for roughly six years, I have seen a lot of stylus come and go. There seems to be the same two or three with some consistency there but it seems to not matter who is working. Everyone does a great job with my hair and everyone is super friendly! It seems they really read a customer, if he or she wants to talk then they have conversations with them and if it is someone like me who would rather just relax and not say much and get my haircut... Then they do exactly that. Im not sure I have ever gotten a bad haircut although again, my hairstyle is very short and common for a man. I have also seen plenty of women go in there to get their haircut from little girls two 20s and 30s and also girls of retirement age. I would recommend this great clips to anyone in the Bay Meadows / Southside boulevard area
