    Fast online check-in and 2 of us guys and 1 gal had a cut the last time. My nephew had his first cut and was super well behaved! My neice ate a few of the lollipops. The ladies were super kind and friendly. I felt like I was at the Barbers minus the complimentary beverage. Im garrulous so we chatted and I got some of the Special minty shampoo today.. Thanks for taking care of me and my family...Great job, Great Clips!

    Our experience was not amazing or other wordly, just a regular visit. We had 5 in our party, 4 kids 1 adult. Checked in online. When we arrived there was a little confusion on how to proceed which of us was getting what done. The 3 stylists we had were really nice. Our experience was very pleasant.Our only dissatisfaction is after the next couple days, my self and one child noticed that our haircuts are not even. One side of his head is cut much higher than the other. Same as with mine. We had a very busy week and have not made it back up to the shop, yet.

    Best Great Clips I have been to yet. Felt like your local salon or barber shop because the stylists (yes all, including the fabulous women that werent cutting my hair) made me feel so welcome!I will go out of my way to come here and feel that Great Clips is lucky is have this amazing group of stylists!

    Our stylist did exactly what we asked for when we took our son to get cut. She made us feel comfortable and even triple checked before cutting or trimming. She did an amazing job with my sons cowlick at the nape of his neck. Will for sure come to her again for cuts whenever my son needs one!

    Went to this location , and I have to say I was impressed with them ,I had Darell to trim my hair on Saturday after the Veterans day being on Monday..she was very nice about what I needed and was good at conversation, ,,we talked about fishing, and about my military service...when I went to pay at the register ...she let me know that the haircut was on her tab...because I was a veteran. ...bless her....I will never go anywhere else....and the cut was just what I wanted.

    I have been going to Great Clips for years and all of the sudden my store at Beach & Kernan closed. So I happen to be going down Monument rd and noticed a Great Clips so I popped in and met Tamie the stylist and man am I glad I did she did an awesome cut so now I have found my new location for my haircut. Thanks Tamie and I will be there in a few weeks....

    Love my cut from this Great Clips. Visiting my father in law who lives in Florida and needed a quick cheap cut. Everyone was great there. Only 7.99 for me and 7.99 for my son whose cut was also great. Wish the crew there was back home in PA.

    Been using Great Clips for years and this place has yet to fail me. The staff is always friendly and with the use of their early check in feature on their app and the ability to pre-purchase each year it is the fastest and most economical hair cut I get.

    VERY Covid Cautious-limited clients, spacing, chairs wiped down between clients.As an RN, I was very impressed with their policies.BEST haircut I have had in Jax.--skip the high priced places at the beach, unless you want color, ect.$15.00 cut ! Quick and professional--Tamie recognized my hair and cut it to perfection, offering helpful tips!
