    I recently visited Great Clips for a fade haircut, and overall, I had a good experience. My stylist was quiet and a bit awkward, but honestly, that worked out perfectly since I’m the same way. We didn’t chat much, which I appreciated, as it let me just relax during the cut. They did a solid job on my fade-clean lines and a nice blend, just as I wanted. The process was quick, and I checked in online, so there was barely any wait time. For the price, I’m happy with the result and would come back again.

    I love this place!!! Im new to Jax and really wanted a non-chain hair salon. One with a personal touch. Angie & Kenny the owner operators are fantastic! Angie did my hair so good. She did exactly what I asked her to do. This appointment was so relaxing and so fun getting to know my ne hair stylist. These 2 are a keeper.

    First off let me start by saying I’ve been going here on & off for many years. Really since they’ve been open I believe. I never fail to get a great haircut & every person who cuts my hair is great to chat with. I love that you never know who you’re gonna get to meet & what kind of conversation you’ll have, it’s great. Today my hair was cut by Mrs.Darcel. (Sorry if spelled incorrectly) all I can say is sometimes you meet someone & you feel that it wasn’t a coincidence. She is wise, incredible, personable & genuine & I’m very glad I got to meet her. As a young man she gave me a lot of good insight on things. If you’re reading this Mrs.Darcel you’re the best! & thanks Great Clips for being the best in general

    Lindsey did a fantastic job with my special needs son tonight.. She was attentive, explained and told him each step she was about to do.He gave a few smiles and was comfortable in the setting. They had a long wait time but, not crowded. I would highly recommend her.

    Yesterday was a very emotional day for my sister and me. Due to personal and traumatic reasons, we were there to cut off all of her long hair. She has styled her hair long for most of her life (we are in our 50s), and this was like losing a part of herself, but it had to be done. Our stylist, Becca, listened to her story, offered complete compassion and did a fantastic job making this process as easy for my sister as she could. And the cut looks absolutely adorable!! I also got my hair cut short too, in solidarity with my sister. Becca went above and beyond the casual hair stylist and has become part of our future family stories. There were tears but there also was relief and we cant thank Becca enough for her expertise and compassion. (Also, it was great to see Heather back in town!!) We will be coming back to this location as long as these two women work here. Once again, thank you very much.

    Never been to Great Clips before the pandemic. Hair Cuttery was my place for many years. Great Clips was the only place I found open. Two cuts now Ive had from Great Clips and the whole experience was so much better! I saw them sanitizing after evey person ...wearing masks. Very nice and very good stylists. I left here happier with my hair than ever before!

    Its a basic sort of unisex place. I was taken back immediately and was out in less than 15 mins (got a trim without washing or wetting hair). Easy and uncomplicated. There were about 10 stylists, so there wasnt a wait. You can get on the waitlist online if you prefer. Clean and professional.

    I don’t like going to the salon because my hair is so damaged from many years of bleaching and using heat tools, so I sometimes feel embarrassed that I don’t keep up with regular salon visits...anyhow, today I went to the Great Clips website and checked in (no appointment needed) and I was in and out of the salon in about 20 minutes. Nikki was great and she made my hair look completely healthy again. I will be coming back to see her regularly! Thank you Nikki

    We went to Great Clips on Sunday which was Veterans Day. They were giving veterans a free cut. My husband, a veteran Marine, has been looking for someone who could do a good high & tight, so he thought hed take them up on the cut to try it out. So glad he did!! They were very friendly and quick - and his hair looked great. Hell definitely be going back as a regular!

    Great cut and great experience! The girls were spot on with the cuts and there was no wait since we checked in online. I would highly recommend them for a good haircut for women and men! Added bonus: clean and everyone had mask on. :)

    I love these people and have been doing very well for my 5 year old and I for the past several years. I appreciate the fact that they keep a record of what theyve done in the past in previous haircuts so I can easily replicate my sons favorite shark head hair style. I dont have my hair done as often, but their care and attentiveness to my sons wellbeing while getting a haircut time and time again sold me.

    Ive been coming here a long long time the people that work here are great i wanted to comment about checking in on line we have sat for 30 minuets and people just stroll in whenever they feel cause they went on line whats wrong with just coming in and getting waited on people walking in the door should be waited on first not going on line half of them dont even show up . This a stupid policy and this company is going to lose a lot clients coming in . And i have a lot of patience but ive about had it with this policy. I bring 4 to 6 people on my acount here . And by the way were still sitting and waiting.

    The stylists in there are always friendly and super easy to talk to, coming from an introvert. They are skilled for a quick faded undercut that looks like it came from one of those never-have-an-appointment-available for weeks hipster salons. Save yourself the money. Go here.**EDITED**Removed a star due to one stylist, she is a lovely person inside and out, but she needs new clippers. Those little pink ones she uses has absolutely destroyed my hair each time she has shaved the sides of my head, Ive had to return any time she has cut my hair to have it fixed. Also, I dont reccommend her for short hair styles. Im rocking skin tight sides because a hard part to her is as wide as the Mariana Trench. Lovely lady, evil clippers.
