    Today was my first experience with Great Clips. Bethany was awesome she cut my short pixie with layers in the back perfectly! I am SUPER satisfied!! She was so friendly and down to earth. The check in process is also seamless and the coupons are fantastic. Great Clips beats the pricier salons hands down. I wish I started going sooner.

    I had the stylist Janet, she was amazing. It was good vibes, good hair cut and person. At checkout she saw a very small uneven piece, told me to stay their same came over and fixed it, making sure i would leave perfect looking. 50/5 if i could !!!

    Had a great experience at Great Clips! Hannah has been cutting our familys hair for years so when my daughter decided she wanted a Wolf haircut I knew the place to go! So happy with the results! My daughter had a TikTok of what the layered cut looked like and Hannah nailed it! Definitely recommend going to Great Clips if you are looking for a new haircut ☺️

    Always a pleasure to go in here and very quick and very skilled hair cutting. Always walk out feeling like a million bucks and my wife and I usually go in as a pair and walk out looking our best.

    Awesome ! I took my son to the Crown Point Great Clips for the 1st time today; we usually go to this location. Lesson learned. The lady at Crown Point screwed up my sons hair. First being busy & it being close to closing time, this location genuinely welcomed us in for a redo. Thanks to the stylist at THIS Great Clips my kiddos hair looks great. Thank you guys so much!🙂

    Every time I go to this location, my haircut is great! I have no complaints. My boys have always had at home haircuts, but they wanted it cut by professionals this time. They did such a great job and my boys couldn’t be happier, which makes me a happy mom.

    Hanna has been my family’s hair stylist for about ten years. She is the best! I’ve never been disappointed and would highly recommend her. She has been the most requested in the Mandarin location for as long as I can remember. She is highly skilled and is a true treasure to know.

    Always quick and friendly service at this location - I never go for anything too complicated, simple trims and cuts, including for my daughter. I was actually turned away the same day at a different salon for having my youngest child with me, in a stroller. Not an issue here, and they thought it was just as absurd as I did! Got my cut and happily went on my way in about half an hour.

    Ive never quite made it out of the working class, and Ive always had to justify every dollar I ever spent. As much as Id love to visit a boutique salon, Ive never understood the point. My mom took me to Great Clips as a kid and now I do the same for mine.20 years later, Great Clips salons are still the most reasonably priced. (However, this current recession has already taken its toll here: $16 plus tax and tip for a Childs haircut! Ouch.)The app/check-in process is always quick and fool-proof. The stylists are professional and kind. (They had more patience with my 2 year old than I ever could have expected. Angels armed with trimmers, really.) I really wish Great Clips offered waxing services (even just from the neck area and up) but I AM so grateful they often offer haircut sales and mail out coupons. Unless I start cutting my own familys hair, Great Clips will always be our first choice!

    I checked in and drove over, was immediately checked in by staff, and waited maybe 10 minutes. Alex did a fantastic job!! I went in with pretty long hair and asked for about 6 inches taken off and layers with bangs so a LOT to do. He asked for my feedback throughout the cut and he absolutely nailed it when I said I wanted a little more layering on the side and bangs a little shorter. He gave my the cut no one else has been able to give me for years. He was also friendly and engaged in pleasant conversation so I felt comfortable and relaxed.

    Ask for Walter when you go. He’s an amazing hairstylist. I met him a couple years ago after another Great Clips botched up my hair and he’s been the only person to cut my hair since then.

    Mitzi was my stylist today. What an awesome experience I had. She was very attentive, listened to me and helped me decide on my style. She went above and beyond, and made me feel special. I will make the trip from Middleburg to Old St Augustine Road to cut my hair with her again. Thank you so much❤️❤️❤️

    Bethany and Angie were so helpful and kind. My mom and I left satisfied and happy with our hair. We checked in online and waited for the 15 minute text and as soon as we walked in our spot was ready. We will def come back when they move to their new location across the street. Thank you :)

    Had a pretty good experience her the other day. The check in feature online is very helpful and lets you see what kind of wait you can expect. They were quick and did a good job. I dont get anything complicated so I cant speak on more specific haircuts. Their credit card machine went down so I had to go get cash at Winn Dixie. It was a network wide issue as other stores were experiencing the same thing. All in all, Id definitely go back for another haircut!

    Man I hope I get her name right, but Vina did an awesome job! Probably one of the best haircuts Ive ever received. Even after going to more expensive salons. Her attitude and conversation were a bonus. Would definitely go back to see her. :)

    I brought my 3 year old son in for his first real haircut. Stylist could not have done a better job working with him. She was patient and professional and seemed to know all the tricks in keeping him entertained, relaxed, and still. He enjoyed the experience and will be coming back.

    Great Experience! I thought it was only for men but I was. Wrong!! Like many women I had not had a professional hair cut since the pandemic. Hair was long so I just started cutting on it. Never a good idea. Got to the point it was short but many different lengths. Horrible! Being in my 70s I refused to get an old lady cut. I wanted short and sassy and some spike to it. The girl that waited on me was Brianna and what a nice person. Highly recommend her. She said no problem and went to work cutting and texturing. It turned out exactly like I wanted. REALLY Pleased!! And it was 15.00 dollars. And I left a good tip and happy to do it. So give it a try. I will be going back often. They will be moving soon, across the street behind CVS.

    As long as Hannah continues to work at this Great Clips this is where I will get my hair cut. She has cut my hair for almost 9 years and has cut both of my sons hair as long as they received their first cut from her. She may have a wait at times, but the wait is worth the cut.
