    I always choose Great Clips for my sons haircut. The stylist at this location totally understood what I wanted and made it even better. The salon was packed up but everyone was super friendly. Prices were reasonable, which is always a plus. Definitely going back in the future.

    I just moved to Jacksonville 9 months ago and this is the first Great Clips I tried here and no reason to go anywhere else! Annie is a fantastic stylist and does a great job managing the store. Its a friendly place with a great vibe and actually fun to get a haircut! Highly Recommend!

    Waited a little bit longer then expected at check-in. But we were fabulously serviced by Zoey for a kid cut. The most attention to detail we’ve ever experienced and was so kind through the whole process.

    Great haircut and amazing service at Great Clips (12620 Beach Blvd)!I cant recommend the Great Clips on 12620 Beach Blvd enough, especially if youre lucky enough to get Annie Tran as your stylist! Shes honestly the best haircut experience Ive ever had.Annie has the most positive and friendly attitude, which makes the whole haircutting experience so enjoyable. But her talent goes way beyond just being nice. Shes a true expert with scissors! My hair looks fantastic, and its clear she takes a lot of pride in her work.On top of the amazing haircut, Annies customer service is top-notch. Shes incredibly hospitable and really makes you feel comfortable.     Went to great clips yesterday. Wonderful experience. Tonya thank you for the nice cut and pleasant conversation. Plan to make Great Clips my regular place for hair cuts as the price is economical. Rather pay 17.00 than 25.00 where I was getting my hair cut before. Recommend Great Clips for anyone looking for a great cut and friendly conversation. Employees are professional, polite, courteous. Not 5 stars but 10 for Great Clips.

    Was checked in online before arriving which I highly recommend because the wait time.can stack up quickly for walk-ins. Every time I go, the employees are always great.     I had a great experience at great clips in Kernan square. Troy is amazing Barber especially with kids. He does fantastic job with the designs. My son wanted in his hair. He was very likable and funny and very friendly. We will definitely request him every time.

    Im so glad I was recommended to Annie at the Great Clips on Kernan. I came to her with a big ask: give me Patrick Dempseys hairstyle in People Magazines 2023 Sexiest Man Alive cover. Although, I have yet to receive my nomination for Sexiest Man Alive for 2024, I dont think Annie could have done any more than she did to help me walk out of my haircut appointment looking and feeling great.Annie is fun and friendly - not to mention REALLY good at what she does. I loved my haircut. She paid particular attention to what I wanted, and I feel like I walked out receiving a service worth $50 value. Thanks Annie!

    An outstanding place to get your haircut. They’re familiar with military customers so you’ll definitely get a perfect cut when it comes to it. The ladies in the shop were very friendly and when I got my cut I was able to talk to them about whatever was on my mind and didn’t feel uncomfortable at all.

    I have been bouncing around haircut places for 5 years in Jax. This place is very clean, updated and Troy is top notch. Best haircut I have had in years and he gave me the story on this place being under new management. If near Beach blvd/Kernan, I would highly recommend.

    First time here. Ive been to many great clips, and most of them cant cut my hair right, leaving blend lines etc. I have short, coarse hair that stands up instead of lay down. Kameron did a fantastic job. Shes got an eye for detail and fixed blemishes without my asking. I would recommend Kameron to anyone because shes detail oriented, and that matters a lot!

    They keep notes about your previous cuts, so even when I walk in they know what I am looking for. Great service and friendly. The hours have changed so they arent open as late. The app actually makes it a lot easier to get in and out quicker.
