    Duane gives a great haircut! First time coming to a salon and wasn’t sure what style I wanted. He helped me determine what style I was looking for and every time I go back he’s refining the cut. Highly recommend

    I always look forward to catching up with Duane during our appointments- hes so fun to talk to. He got my hair to its happy place and I love the cut and color. He even made the nice suggestion to lighten it up for the summer and it looks great! Hair care is a treat with Duane!The salon is also beautiful and the whole staff is friendly!

    I came in my first time on Friday for a wash and Blowdry and had a wonderful experience. Madison did such a great job with my Blowdry my hair looked beautiful, was so soft and I loved the bounce and volume . Very happy will definitely be back !!

    Ive only had 2 appointments so far. One for a blow out and the second for highlights and let me tell you, Gwynne is the best. I have received so many compliments on my hair. I absolutely love this salon and they sell my favorite products. My hair color is beautiful and has dimension. Thank you so much Gwynne

At my very first appointment, I trusted him to transform my hair significantly, and he did a fantastic job! He even made professional recommendations that I loved even more than my original idea. Plus, he was a blast to chit chat with while he worked his magic. Truly an exceptional artist and sweet person!

    Duane is truly wonderful! He always listens to my concerns and ideas for my style and cut and brings them to life. I leave my appointments feeling confident and smiling from getting to spend time chatting with Duane.     I have been a long-time client of Duane s and was very happy when the salon opened after the shut-down. When I arrived, I was pleased to find that Gwynne and her stylists had gone out of their way to make the salon a warm and safe place from limiting the number of clients in the salon to taking the temperature of each client. Duane is a master of blondes and I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair.

    Gwynne is phenomenal. As a long time client, it’s nice to go somewhere that feels like home and where she knows what you want without asking. My hair always looks amazing when I go and I adore getting to catch up with her and Duane while I’m there.

    I’ve been coming to Gwynn Mims salon for years. My personal stylist I see is Duane, not only does he kill it every time I come in but he has also become someone I would call a friend. Amanda has also been there since I’ve started coming and she always makes me feel so welcomed with chatting with me and asking about my life . These two know too much about my personal life haha!Trusting a salon and hairstylist had always been a difficult thing for me until I came here! I love it and recommend all my friends to come!

    Gwynne always does a fabulous job and is professional, fun and kind-hearted. Love her blonde highlights & the products she uses are top notch.     This review is LONG overdue, but here we go...Gwynne is absolutely amazing! As a dark brunette who always wants to go lighter with highlights, Ive had my fair share of disasters in the past. Needless to say, Ive never had an issue with Gwynne, her skills are incredible. She also takes time to listen to what I want, but also provides balanced feedback regarding the required upkeep/maintenance (I always talk about wanting to go much lighter, but she knows I barely make it back within a 12-16 week window, so shell remind me of that). My cuts arent too complicated, simple layers to help keep my long, straight hair from being too heavy/flat, and I always walk out feeling like a million bucks (and ready for date night). Sadly, Im moving out of state and will have to begin the dreadful process of finding a new stylist, but Gwynne is also helping me with that! Love her! xoxo

    Amanda was absolutely wonderful!! This was my first time visiting this salon but I will be a lifelong customer from here on out. Being postpartum, I have struggled with the hair loss on top of already damaged hair along with the other natural overwhelming feelings of self imagery.     When I found out London was moving locations I followed her to Gwynnes place. It was a no brainer. I dont pretend to tell her what to do with my hair. I tell her I was thinking.. and she makes it better than I could ever hope every time. There are people who cut hair to get paid and then there are people who do it because they love it and have God given talent. London slays me EVERY TIME. The best part is everyone at the salon is amazing. Ive made friends with all of them and genuinely look forward to coming in. Sometimes I just stop in to say hi if Im walking by. I couldnt recommend them more!

    Gwynne is magical. In the year I’ve been going to Gwynne my hair has transformed. I will never go to anyone else. For the first time in my life people stop me on the street to compliment my color and her blowouts. I could go on and on... I swear she’s magic.

    I moved to the JAX area one year ago from Washington, DC. I am so pleased and thrilled to have found a hair stylist/owner who is so talented and rivals my own salon back home. It may take me 40 minutes to get from Amelia Island to her salon, but worth every minute. Highly recommend this salon!
