Came in for a sew-in and received excellent service. Paula has been styling hair for decades and it shows: Shampooing is included in the price for nearly all of her services, her environment is calm and relaxing, and she knows her clients’ hair very well. Definitely coming back for more.

If you follow what she says you are on the road to a healthy Crown of Glory. I love her! Great hidden gem and blessed to have her doing my and my daughters hair. God bless Hair by Paula in 2024!! I came in as a walk-in. Truly, my hair was a mess! Thank God Ms. Jan, who also works here was able to fix my problem. I was able to see beautiful women look more beautiful after leaving Ms. Paulas chair. And I came out looking like a different person thanks to Ms. Jan! You ladies are amazing in your craft and second to none!!!

Paula is a professional hair stylist and cares about her clients. She is a perfectionist in all she does; I love the conversations we have when I sit in her chair she is truly a woman of God!!!

Services were good! really liked the style. My concerns were with the cleanliness. The dryers were dusty in the back, the hose for the sprayer looked old, looked like it had some type of film on it because it was kind of black. Maybe those can be replaced. The countertops could be more organized. Styling tools like the combs etc should be cleaned and sanitized in barbasol or something. Some of the teeth in the combs are broken off which can break your hair off. I really like how she does hair, but as a customer we look at all of this. If there could be a deep cleaning of the place and not just a quick surface wipe down and sweeping it will go a long way. Maybe space the clients out more since its only one stylist so youre not waiting very long, because your wash may be cut short or you dont receive the same type of service because others are waiting. No one wants a rushed service, so spacing the clients out more would really help. Very talented stylist, just some suggestions to improve the service.
