    I walked in not really knowing what I wanted other than a few inches off the ends and frame my face. I was taken right in without an appointment. My professional read my mind and said, I got you. She was friendly and competent. She cut some feathering and texturizing and I dont know just what all but she definitely knew what she was doing. She did a beautiful job on my hair and I couldnt be more pleased! Shampooed, cut and styled all within 30 minutes and didnt break the bank. Love this place and the stylist who transformed my hair. Thank you!

    Asela is a very talented hair stylist. I moved here from Pam Beach County this year and tried several stylists in Arlington and Riverside in hopes of finding the right one for me. When I tried the Hair Cuttery, I finally found Asela, the stylist I had hoped for. Not only does she make me look like a princess, I love the excellent products she uses on my hair. I couldn’t be more pleased. I highly recommend the shop and Asela.

    Almost walked out! The woman I made the appointment with said she didn’t do blowdries and was so rude. I boomed a deluxe cut and blowdry?! Destiny jumped in and said she’s take me. Very sweet and love how my hair came out!!!

    I went to get my hair cut, colored and styled yesterday 9/15 at the Hair Cuttery located off Merrill Road. Asela was my hair stylist and she did an amazing job on my hair. Its been over 6 years since I had my hair professionally done and was skeptical when I saw her because she was young. She took her time and made sure my hair was exactly what I wanted. If you want your hair done correctly, I recommend you ask for her. Thank you Asela I have gotten raving reviews on your hair artistry!!!❤️

    I have a child with special needs. I went early to explain the situation to see if it was well received. Yes, the ladies,Mrs. AUDREY and Mrs. LYNNETTE were amazing!!!!!They listened to our appointment needs and were very willing to accommodate! This was the first appointment in 16 years where the salon actually took into account our families individual particulars to make the experience positive for everyone, especially Me- who has dealt with a lot of emotional outbursts after an appointment. However, Today was beautiful- Im overjoyed at the experience, my daughter is pleased- so no outbursts and we can carry on about our lives without incident.Easy breezy- we certainly will be coming back!!!!!!     I needed a haircut and knew of the Hair Cuttery on Merrill, but wasn’t sure if they were appointment only due to Covid. I decided to walk-in and they took me right away! I was in and out within an hour or two with a pleasant experience. Monica was great! She listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly! I will definitely be going back to see her again!

    Came across this location and after reading a few reviews.i made an appointment with A stylist named Courtney. Best Decision Ever. Courtney was super professional and gave a great consultation. Very knowledgeable. As iam.under medical care for a serious condition and she made magic happen.beyond a good and reasonable priced haircut.     Was a little concerned right before a holiday weekend if my adult youngest son could get a badly needed haircut for his older brothers wedding 2 days later but he was able to go as a walk in and said that is how he wants his wavy hair cut from now on. Kudos to the stylist because hes pretty picky.

    So I came in to have my hair fixed after it was butchered by G Cuts . Jacob fixed my hair to the point where I didn’t feel ridiculous. His demeanor and skill behind the chair are perfect. Definitely struck me as a leader with the way he took charge of the situation , turned to a subject matter expert when he had questions, handled the store by himself while working with me. Good guy who honestly cares.

    Every experience here has been positive so far. They do take walk-ins but it is highly highly recommended to make an appointment. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. A lot of The Stylist have been around a while so you can pick one and pretty much know theyre going to be there the next time if they did a good job.

    Destiny is the best. She is thorough and friendly. She took her time to get my hair right and was gentle with my hair as well. She explained everything and consulted with me along the way. I’ve never had a hairstylist as good as Destiny. Thank you for my hair, I love it!

    This place is AMAZING I wont go any where else. The Manager Jessica is awesome she friendly, professional and she keeps everything flowing great. I wouldnt go anywhere else I have been coming here for a year and they always take good care of me. My hairstylist Tamela Aka HOLLYWOOD!.     Audrea did a color correction on my hair today and I absolutely love it. I came feeling disappointed,sad, stressed and I left happy and with a smile back. I am getting married Sunday so it had to be fixed. Audrea is so nice and professional. She took her time and actually explained all the steps to me and did not stop until I left happy.     Kristi is still my go-to lady! There was a little miscommunication on my appointent (wasnt her fault) in which she didnt have enough time to do a balayage but she still managed to get it done and squeeze me in. She also did what was best for my already damaged hair and still pulled off a nice beautiful balayage. Came to her last year, came back to her this year and will come back to her as long as Im in Jax.

    Sarah, you are the bomb! We came to this location after the Hair Cuttery on the other side of 295 (still on Merrill) botched up my girlfriends hair. Came in with tears of despair and left with almost tears of happiness. Sarah was somehow able to make that mess of a hair cut into an absolutely amazing cut. You were kind, funny, and an amazing stylist. You really do need a Bravo show where you fix terrible hair cuts! We will be coming back to this location whenever we need a new dew!.

    Decent hair cutting chain. Staff was friendly, social distancing wasnt always enforced but masks and sanitation seemed on point. I got a trim and my daughter a trim and undercut. Would go again.

    I have long thick curly hair and it was butchered. I almost thought I would have to cut it all off. Called and Taylor told me to come see her.     Michelle C. Is the best stylist ever . Especially when it comes to Natural Hair, she blows it completely straight and it last for a long time. Make sure you make an appointment atleast a week in advance because, she books quick.

    Ive been going to the same hairdresser for over a year now and then she wasnt in one day and the lady that took me recognized my last name which is kind of unique and realized she had cut my brothers hair 20 years ago for about 5 years and shes 61 now and still cutting hair.. so I switched to her .. my other hairdresser didnt really mind even though she lost out on a good paying customer ..everyone in there is great

    At 730 in the evening they had already closed for the day and the sign on the door said they were open until 900. Went back in the middle of the day and was able to get a haircut. Though they are still short staffed. If you close early, leave a note on the door.
