    So I haven’t visited a Hair Cuttery in years, I decided to give them a try down here in Jacksonville and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! Cheryl was the absolute best hair dresser, she fit me right into her schedule when I called wanting a full hair transformation…Cut and Perm! She listened to me and my wants, I showed her photos and WALLA…She did her magic and I’ve had nothing but loves and compliments on my hair all weekend! I even had a few friends asking where I went and passed on the information! Honestly I don’t leave many reviews ever but I had to for The Hair Cuttery and Ms. Cheryl! All the other ladies in the salon were a lot of fun as well. I’ll definitely be back as a returning client!!! Go get your hair did already y’all and tell them I sent you 😉

    Layla did a wonderful job on me and my child! We got our haircuts, blow dry, and color done! She made my hair from extra dry to very hydrating, she took very well good care of my hair. She treated it with care. Very friendly, I definitely recommend picking her to do your hair! You won’t be disappointed! :))

    I recently moved into town & with the busyness of relocating had not had a haircut in close to 7 months! I was way overdue. I decided to take a chance as a walk-in & so glad I did! My hairdresser, Ashley, was very kind & very skilled! She paid attention to detail & it was obvious she was a perfectionist, which matters when getting a haircut! Thanks Ashley, my hair looks great!

    I went to Hair Cuttery on beach and Hodges.I had my haircut done by Tammy who has done hair for 40 years. I am so happy with how she cut my hair. She was so precise on the way she layered my hair. I had alot of layers put in and also showed her a picture of what I wanted and she cut it so perfect. She was personable and a very kind and nice woman.If you want to get your hair done by a true professional make sure you ask for Tammy. And if she is not working please find out when she is, as she works part time.. You will be so happy you waited for her. She will be my stylist from here on out.Thank you Tammy

    Great place to get a blow out after leaving the Mayo Clinic with my head covered in glue and oil. Very close and they took me right away as I was in a rush to get on the road to head back home. Ashley took great care of me and made me feel a lot better!

    Walked in to see if they had any walk ins available for my boyfriend. Surprisingly, they did! He was seen in 10 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. Melanie did his hair, and the entire time she was a pleasure to be around. She was great at making conversation and making jokes. I am now going to go here to get my hair done as well. Very happy!

    It was almost Christmas, and I put off a haircut and needed one fast! Kim was finishing up with her client and fit me right in! Kim listened to me as she looked over my hair and took the time to understand what I wanted. I have a fairly simple cut, straight to the shoulders with light bangs. She and I got to know each other as she worked. Kim has years of experience working in upper-end salons, but she was happier managing The Hair Cuttery at a reasonable price. I refereed my roommate, who has a cute that needs coloring, highlights, and a specific cut. She raved about Kim and said she was a great stylist at half the cost of the one she had. Ill be going back Tuesday for a maintenance trim, and Im looking forward to seeing her again! Kim was like finding a lucky gem to my roomie and me. Not someone you expect to find at the last minute, but a gem to find!

    I had an emergency hair problem. I walked into Hair Cuttery on beach and hodges and they took me in right away. They all were so nice and comforting to me. I was very upset that I had to cut my long hair off of 6yrs but they made me feel so at ease with my new cut. Rachelle was my stylist on this day Im so happy she made my hair cut the way I requested it. Thank you so much Rachelle I walked in ashamed and upset and you had me walking out feeling refreshed and comfortable with my new look. I recommend Rachelle anytime. I will see you again soon.

    Kirra is fantastic! I showed her a picture of an old hairstyle I had and wanted it replicated only longer, and she 100% nailed it!     This place is amazing, I had Mel as my hair dresser, and she did an amazing job on my hair. My hair is thick and black, I asked other places if I could do a rose gold in my hair, and they all turned me down, or wanted to charge me a lot higher. But when I called this location, they assigned me to Mel, and she made it her mission to do my hair in one day, and she did it. She did an amazing job. Everyone else was also awesome, love the energy there.

    I got a fantastic stylist who I highly recommend, her name is Melanie, she did a fantastic color and cut and it looked just the way I had pictured. She was friendly and funny and the salon was clean.*** Update December 24th. I still come here and have Melanie do my hair. Shes made suggestions and weve tried some new things and I always leave happy. Melanie is AWESOME. If I could give her 10 stars I would!!!

    This is my third appointment with Mark. I had coloring, shampoo, conditioner, the extra conditioning, & a haircut. I wanted my hair diffused instead of blow dried, because I love the curls! :) He is an amazing stylist and conversationalist!!

    I just want to say that I am very cautious to whom I give my hair to and have always been skeptical of these National hair cut chains. But I must give credit where credit is earned and deserved. I went to this salon expecting to just get a haircut and hoped it would look just fine to get by. Well, to my greatest surprise, was an excellent cut by a gentleman in the name of Mark M. He was pleasant, funny, outgoing and professional. He made me feel important to him and gave me an amazing cut! To the point that I will make Mark my stylist from now on. I am taking my time to write this review because I want to let others like me know that there is hope for a good hair cut in Jacksonville!

    This is the only location or even hair salon that Ill go to. Ive tried other big names like sportcuts, but Taylor and Lindsey have always done a fantastic job. In a simple guy and I get a simple hair cut but at the end of the day, they do an amazing job. Doesnt hurt that they know me on a first name basis, as I will request them every time. I have had my hair cut by some of the other stylists there, but Taylor and Lindsey are my go to gals.

    Came in today with my waist long hair matted to the back of my neck. Becky and Joanne worked for nearly 2 hours deep conditioning and detangling my hair. Perhaps, most stylists would have given up and suggested a cut, but Becky was determined to untangle my hair. I am so happy I came here today. My hair is layered perfectly, shiny, and healthy again!     This place is great. Dawn, Nicole, Taylor, and Tyann always give me the best haircuts. Surprised to see low ratings on here because Ive never had anything but an excellent experience. Only explanation I can think of is that there is a wait sometimes but thats to be expected with a busy location.
