    I love this location. Every time Ive come in, I am always greeted by the receptionist/stylists.My daughters and I get seen by Kyla. She is absolutely amazing! Both of my daughters have thick and curly hair. Kayla always does an amazing job when cutting their hair. I have thick coarse hair. Every time I get hair cut by her I absolutely love the outcome.

    Alice was great! My 12 year old has thick long hair, she knew how to cut and got it to a healthy length. She even realized she used the wrong type of conditioner for her hair type and rewashed her hair.

    Gabrielle was very kind and did a miracle on my hair. My hair had been destroyed at another salon so I went to her to fix it.     Look no further, this is the best place to get your hair cut. The prices are more than fair and its clean and quiet inside the store. Claudia cut my hair here and she was AMAZING!!!!! My hair has never looked better, and she was so friendly and professional the entire time.

    Charles Zeno is the best hairstylist I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. He’s not only a pro at what he does, he’s super welcoming, kind, funny, and while he gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had he also made me laugh and smile throughout the entire experience. He takes his craft seriously and is focused on delivering the best service. I couldn’t have asked for a better hair stylist. Look no further than Charles he’s the best of the best and I cannot emphasize that enough.REVIEW UPDATE: I came back to get foil and a hair cut and once again I had the best experience, this time with Claudia. She was super kind, professional, knowledgeable, and explains the process to you and goes out of her way to make sure you’re happy with the results. I will be coming back again.

    Wow! Karen is perfection! I have found my stylist. I have looked for years for someone with experience like hers, and intuitiveness. She just knew what I wanted after a few sentences from me. She was considerate and caring, pleasant and professional. My hair has not looked or felt this good in years. My color is gorgeous, she styled it exactly how I wanted, listened to everything I said. I cant go on enough about this lady. I will finish by saying you are very lucky to have her!

    James was extremely helpful and so personable. My mother, 2 young nieces and myself all came in needing a wash and cut. James washed all of our hair and lined us up for our cuts. We were in and out in an hour. Thanks James!

    My hair was cut a couple weeks ago by Kayla and she did a perfect job. Cut off just what I asked for and undercut the back. Best cut in forever and first time with Kayla. My husband had Kayla cut his hair today and it looks great. Highly recommend her. Clean and friendly facility as well.

    Stephanie did a wonderful job and a very professional job taking care of my cousin Margaret. She took so much time with her and was so meticulous about how she cut washed and combed her hair out and and blow dried it. I was really impressed in a great way!

    McKenna killed it! I don’t usually go to chain hair salons because I’ve never had a good experience, but I desperately needed a trim and a blowout before a wedding. She did such a great job and got my hair so straight without a flat iron at all (blowdrying is an art in case you didn’t know!). Will definitely be back :)

    We checked in online and when we got there found out the online was having issues but no worries the ladies were great!! They were super busy and the girl Mariah who decided she would take me who by the way is by appointment only did a wonderful job we hit it off.. Hard to find a good or great girl to do your hair these days and I live over 3 hours away but now I feel maybe the trip I make to Jacksonville to see my daughter every couple of months will have a hair style in it too. They took the time to listen and care. Thanks so much for the best hair experience I have had in 8 years ladies. My daughters hair turned out wonderful as well. Glad we came by your Hair Cuttery!     Booked a first appointment online last night website was super easy to navigate. Just leaving now and SO impressed. The stylist, Mariah was amazing!!!! She listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted AND did Pinterest curls!!! Loved chatting with her, she has a great personality and did a fantastic job. I will for sure be back!!!

    Karen is a very skilled hair stylist. She uses so many different scissor techniques on my hair to give it a fuller and in some cases less full appearance. Im so happy with her skill as well as her care and attention. I basically love her.

    I just got my hair done yesterday, and the level of professionalism and an overall welcoming experience was astounding! I saw Stephanie and she did so well with my hair. Before coming here, my hair was a literal rats nest. I sort of let it go for awhile after I had my son, but the transformation she did almost brought me to tears. I would 10/10 recommend this location!

    Kayla was awesome! I went in this morning to trim up some split ends and do bangs which I had never done before so I was pretty nervous on how they would look and turn out. She was very friendly and patient and at first I wasn’t sure about how they looked on me but she made a few adjustments and explained the best way to train my hair to stay where it’s supposed to lol I would definitely go back!     5 star, hands down. I first went into this Hair Cuttery location unplanned, and unbeknownst to me, approximately *a million* school girls were getting their hair done for a dance that evening -- not to mention the few other scheduled customers and only a few cutters. Lacey knew how to flex the circumstance to ensure I could be seen on this visit. I naturally expected a wait, but barely had one. I cant promise this could happen every time, but I can say, if its possible, Lacey will make it happen.On top of accommodating to see me, Lacy cut my hair quick! Furthermore, the speed wasnt *at all* a detriment to the quality of the cut. Ive visited several times since. I will continue to do so, and I would recommend anybody else to as well.

    Lacey was incredible!! Did a miracle job on my fried out fashion color hair to a unique and gorgeous color! She was very funny and relaxing as a person,(perfect for long sessions) and I have never had a better style or cut in my life!!!

    Ive been getting my haircut by Lacey for a number of years now, she is, in my opinion, one of the most talented stylists in the area. I have gone to her with a cut in mind, and also with nothing but the phrase I dont know what I want, just make me look good and not once has she disappointed. I recommend her to all my friends, she kills the cuts and colors and guys and gals alike. Cannot reccomend enough!

    Donita is very thoughtful and considerate of my elderly moms handicaps and special requests. She is patient and goes above and beyond to make her visits pleasant. She includes her in decision making and does not rush her. Styles her roller set hair beautifully. Nice shop staff very pleasant no drama very professional.
