    I asked for a one length blunt cut at another hair cuttery location, she barely cut my hair for 5 minutes. I got home and straightened it and my long layers were left uncut, and it was not one length. I called this location (by accident) to explain the situation and the manager Beth gracefully offered to fix it the next day. She was accommodating and professional, sectioned out my hair and gave me the cut I wanted!

    Stephanie was exactly what I was hoping for- someone who really cared and took her time to understand what I wanted. She listened to everything I said and didn’t laugh when I made no sense at all. (But we did end up laughing a LOT during the appt) I love my haircut and loved the experience. She’s also the best head scrubber in the world so definitely have her wash your hair!

    Shannon coached me on nursing my hair back to health when it was thinning, and is the only person I trust with my bangs and curls. A++ establishment! Hair products for sale are excellent and reasonably priced.

    Since I broke my wrist, Ive been going here once a week. KB, does a wonderful job. Ive even started to get my hair colored with purple highlights every six weeks. I dont go anywhere without at least one person complementing me. All thanks to KB.

    I came in last second for a styling for a party I was going to that night and Ebony saved the day and got me in super quick. She was so kind and thoughtful, she even stayed late to finish it up. I’m so grateful for this experience and it made my night.

    Casey greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. She was able to squeeze me into the schedule and gave me exactly the cut I asked for. She is very friendly and professional, and I wont hesitate to ask for her on my next visit or recommend her to anyone else. Definitely 5 stars.

    Love this little, cozy HC salon. So much calmer and relaxing than another down the street. The women who work there are sweet, professional, talented ladies. I love my stylist, Casey, who is an amazing colorist, stylist with a charismatic personality. Thanks for the relaxing time and making me look beautiful!

    This place is definitely great and accommodating for last minute appointments. I took my daughter here before school started back up and now feel bad cause I cannot for the life of me remember our stylist name and realized I never left a review.She was great. My daughter got a trim and her front pieces touched up (purple framing pieces). She even gave me awesome tip about using some dying shampoo to freshen it up between appointments so I wouldn’t be trying to come in every 2 weeks for touch ups.Only reason it wasn’t 5 stars is because there were some spots where the purple didn’t take and we’re still blonde. Don’t know if they were just left out by accident or the dye just didn’t take well but thankfully the dyed shampoo I bought fixed it so not a major deal.

    Another salon (to remain nameless) refused to cut my teenage sons hair because the stylist doesnt do mens cuts after the appointment had been scheduled for a week. Hair Cuttery was able to squeeze him in on a busy Saturday and our stylist did a great job on his hair. She even took the time after his cut to help us pick out products that would be good both both my son and myself. I wish I could remember her name. Shortish light hair with glasses, I think. I will definitely be returning.

    Stephanie was able to multitask and do my hair and my moms at the same time. We bith were so pleased. I got so many compliments on my hair cut and color. I love my new cut and color. I feel like ahe brought me back to life. Her and the staff are always kind and friendly. :)

    Kristyna is the only person I trust to cut my hair! 10/10 highly recommend! Knowledgeable, professional and FUN! I’m so glad I found her and she always gives me the exact haircut I want :) I don’t have to show pictures or anything I just tell her in a few words and she works her magic!     GIRL!I went in yesterday for my appointment at 2:30.I haven’t had a hair cut in a minute, and my hair is very curly soooo it was a lot to do lolI was also worried about perhaps missing a nearby restaurants lunch hour special which ended at 3pm.Not ONLY did Nikki absolutely KILL IT with my hair, and made me feel like a brand new woman, she ALSO, had that ish done by 2:50pm so I could order my love and I some food on time 😂😅I maybe waited for like 5ish minutes?Everything about my experience was perfect! If you are a curly girl, GO SEE NIKKI! If you are a plant lady, GO TO THIS SALON TO GET EVERYTHING DONE 😍 we loved talking about plants in my short time I was there! 🥰❤️

    Not a bad place to get your hair cut they are very polite. I usually dont know what I want and always tell then to pick which they seem not to mind. Always willing to add me in even if I dont have reservations. Definitely recommend if you needing a hair cut today they are your go to for sure. And even if not the products that they sell are on point either way place I would visit

    Love that Im able to make an on-line appointment well in advance to avoid waiting in line. Ciara is a FABULOUS hairdresser and keeps up with todays trends and products. I would highly recommend the Chimney Lakes location. Its clean and the entire staff is super friendly. Request Ciara - I promise, you wont be disappointed!

    I was a amazed by how friendly everyone was here. I also got to watch a couple of kids get their hair cut while mine was getting done and I was highly impressed with how skilled the stylists were. It took a bit more time than usual to get my hair cut but I wasnt in a rush and enjoyed the atmosphere so I didnt mind. The only reason Im rating them with four stars as opposed to five is because I got burned by the wax when the gentleman did my eyebrows. I had to walk around for several days looking like I was recovering from a black eye. Thats not enough to write them off in my book though since the rest of my experience was so wonderful.

    Missy and Tim take care of me. Eyebrows always on point and the do a mean bald fade. I have referred many friends family and customers to them and will continue to do so. All of the other associates are always very friendly and make me feel welcome.Ive never had a bad experience.
