I consulted with Devin on my hair because I had extensions that required removal, and I was in need of a new look. At my initial meeting, I found her to be very knowledgeable, well trained, and I was impressed with her professionalism. She developed a hair plan for my type of hair and best style. Well Devin created my new look. She is an amazing stylist, colorist, and designer of hair! She makes certain you leave looking incredibly new! Also, she takes the time to educate one on proper maintenance of your hair. I am immensely impressed and enthralled with her work, and I have received numerous compliments on my impressive hairstyle. Devin is indeed a top notch professional and as my friends and family are saying -- Shes A Keeper!

I tried the scalp washing treatment Devin recently started offering and it is life changing! It was so relaxing. Devin is so accommodating and very informative about maintenance and hair health. Devin is the absolute BEST there is hands down. I have been going to her for a little over 13 years after a recommendation from someone who watched her work while she was working a hair booth out of a nail salon. The woman said she saw person after person walk out looking absolutely FABULOUS and had to go see her immediately. Lets just say I followed shortly behind. She now works out of a cozy private suite that makes you feel right at home! I was not blessed with great hair, but with the help of Devin and her wonderful skills, people continuously stop me and tell me how wonderful my hair looks. From color, to seamless extensions, she works magic! Would never dream of letting anyone else touch my hair (And my best friend and sister are both hairdressers ).

My hair stills loves her!-----------I know Devin since before she opened this boutique and had a station in Bella Diva. She has done my hair for over 10 years and I love her! Sometimes I get my hair done with another stylish in the Salon and they are great too! 100% recommended! The Surface products are really good too! Specially the shampoo to maintain my red color and too not fade so quickly.

First off, the salon is gorgeously decorated. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. Devin has done my hair the first few times, I loved it! Devin is the owner of the salon and super knowledgeable as well as warming. My last two color treatments I’ve seen Victoria for coloring, she is great! I’ve never not loved my hair when I’ve left this salon. The pricing is affordable and there is a points rewards system for each visit. I highly recommend visiting this salon.

Danielle is awesome! She is so sweet. She listened carefully to all my concerns and recommended what she thought was best for my hair. Coming here is like a beauty getaway! And who doesnt need one of those? There are various areas dedicated to color, blowouts, etc. They even have a brow bar! Whatever you need done, these lovely ladies will take care of you! Devin has been my hair guru for 6 years so following her to her own boutique was a nonnegotiable for me. Christie did my hair today and I love it!! Everyone is overly accommodating and they do a phenomenal job! Everything in this boutique is clean too, which is something thats very important to me. Devin is the best. I have had services by very good stylists in the U.S. and abroad and currently live in Palm Beach county but return to Jacksonville exclusively to see Devin. She styles my coarse, unruly hair so beautifully that I now actually really like my hair. She uses only top of the line quality products. The salon is very comfortable and centrally located to the beaches and St. Johns Town Center.

Was super nervous about getting my hair done as I have not had the best luck here in Jax. Kelly at the front desk was super nice. Went above and beyond, for sure. It was raining when we were done and she thankfully had an umbrella, so she walked me to my car. Talk about super nice!!!! Got a partial highlight by Victoria. Young, adorable and honest! Definitely pleased with my hair and will be back, already scheduled! I definitely recommend this place and most certainly trusting Victoria with your hair.

So happy that I found this place! I loved to Jacksonville 3 years ago. I am very low maintenance when it comes to my hair - it is extremely long so I always just get long layers and occasionally I add some color (usually high lights). I have been to a couple of salons since I moved here and didn’t like them. HN, on the other hand was amazing! The salon is so cute, very clean, and the stylists were very customer focused and considerate. I had my 4yo daughter with me because my husband and I had an overlap in our schedules - the very sweet stylists showed her to a cute little play room they had in the back of the salon and then sat me as near to that room as possible so I could feel enjoy my scalp treatment while my daughter was entertained. I’m in love with my long layers and can’t wait for my next appointment! I highly recommend HN Hair Boutique!

And Khrystyn! She completely transformed and accomplished my hair goals in only two sessions! She gets to know her clients well and fast. Khrystyn is well educated in everything hair and is fun to talk to! This company really went above and beyond for me and I would strongly recommend this salon to anyone!

Brooke is the best!!! I recently moved to Jax and was not happy with my hair after having seen a few different hairdressers before. Brooke was so friendly and seemed very informed and experienced explaining as to why my color wasn’t taking. She made my hair nice again and recommended some great things to help as in what shampoo I shouldn’t use ect. I am very thankful to her!

Absolutely wonderful. It was my first time here, first they started me off with a tour and went over what every station was for. They even had a small room where you can let your kids hang out. The entire staff was so friendly. My stylist was Christie and she was great ! My hair looks and feels amazing. Im going back next month for a drastic change in color and I have no doubt that she will do any amazing job.

HN hair boutique really spends the time to get your hair right. They are experienced experts with curly hair and have an entire line of phenomenal curl products. I was so pleased with the consultation where they sincerely listened to my opinions and showed me multiple options and pictures until we found the right style for me. The entire process was impressive from start to finish. I will not trust anywhere else to cut my hair again after seeing the difference here.

What a great experience! I live down the street and happened to be picking up food next door and came across this hair boutique. It looked so cute so I walked in to see if I could schedule an appointment. I have had some trouble finding a salon in the area since moving from N.Y. and I am so happy I stumbled upon this place. When I entered HN, I was immediately greeted by a very kind lady at the front desk who helped get me set up with an appointment later during the week on a day that worked for my schedule. I just got back from my first appointment with Christie and my experience was absolutely fantastic! I was greeted by Christie right away. She was very warm, welcoming and professional. She offered me a beverage and gave me a tour of the boutique. The place is beautiful, clean, well kept and chic. They thought of everything when designing the place. They even have a brow bar where you can get your eyebrows tinted and waxed. They are planning to offer threading in the future as well. Before my hair was washed Christie and I went through the plan for my cut so we had a plan for exactly what my wishes were. They use all natural products which is a huge plus! The wash was great with a really nice scalp massage. The shampoo and conditioner smelled amazing. The products used are high end. The shampoo is made with peppermint and cayenne pepper, it was almost like aromatherapy for my hair. It was incredibly relaxing. I am super impressed with Christie and it was by far the best haircut Ive ever had. She was very attentive and asked for my feedback to ensure I was pleased with the cut as she went along. She did exactly what I asked for and I could not be more pleased. I also had my eyebrows waxed which was a perfect plus! After the wax Christie even took time to style my hair and did some really pretty loose curls! I could not be more pleased. This experience was by far the best Ive ever had. I felt like they truly care about their clients here and put customer service as number one. I will certainly return and already have my next appointment scheduled.

Love HN Hair Boutique! I finally found a place that uses organic, hypoallergenic, and ammonia free color, which is wonderful for me, a girl who has sensitives to hair color. Not only is the color great, it’s healthier for your hair! She always does a beautiful job on my hair, we have done balayage on my brown hair, with golden tones, it was my first time doing balayage and she did an outstanding job. This is my first time there, its super cute and super clean!I booked online, that was so stinkin easy, picked my day, time, and stylist. I chose Micayla and Im so happy I did! She was there to greet me when I walked in. She showed me around, explained the services available, and the type of products they use.Then we sat at her station and chatted about hair, I showed her some pictures, explained where Id like my hair to eventually grow out to. She took what my hair was naturally doing right now, (you know that awkward stage when its growing out) which was driving me crazy, and made it look great!I truly felt like I walked out of there not only with a new hair-titude, but also with a new friend!I loved my experience there and look forward to my next visit!

I have booked my next appointment for March!Cozy environment. Friendly staff that takes the time to listen to all of your needs. I have traveled over $4,000 miles during this past holiday season. My scalp has paid for it greatly in the colder climates. Jenna Tucci immediately recognized my needs and improvised where she saw fit. I recieved an awakening treatment for my dry scalp that included some exciting ingredients like cayenne and peppermint. After the cut and blow dry, she proceeded to lightly curl my hair. I am now confident my hair has recieved the kind of treatment is so desperately needed that not only looks good but feels amazing. Thanks again.

I cannot say enough about my experience at HN hair boutique in the shopping plaza located next to The Melting Pot Fondue Restaurant and Bouchelle Veterinarian (aka Intracoastal West Vet Hospital), across the street from IKEA. I called them with a hair crisis on Feb 13th as I had company coming in from out of town and they were arriving 24 hours early. I thought that I would have plenty of time to get my hair done the next day but it turns out that I only had hours to find a place to color AND cut about 4 inches off my long hair. I havent been to a salon in about 2 years due to illness and being bedridden. I had already tried beating down the doors of Foiled Rotten because they are supposedly a huge salon but they would not even answer the phone. When I called HN, the girl who answered the phone (Micayla) was FANTASTIC!!!! She originally paused when I asked about the color because it was already 4:15pm. They didnt close until 8pm but she was worried that there wasnt going to be one stylist who could do both things together. So she said, Get here as soon as you can and we will find a way to make it work.... I could have kissed the woman through the phone!!! I got up, dressed and rushed over there by 4:45pm. She is actually the one who did my color herself!! As I mentioned, I had not had my hair done in years so I would classify myself as a hot mess! She didnt bat an eyelash but just went to work. She had color on my head in a matter of minutes and then she had to leave for the day. She turned me over to Devin, an extraordinarily talented woman who you could tell has been doing hair for many years. Everyone there was very accomodating to my health needs and my comfort level at all times. She moved all my belongings to her station and began my haircut. She was adept with scissors like Ramsey is with knives in a kitchen!! We had pleasant conversation the entire time and before I knew it, I was beautiful and checking out at the desk. Throughout the process, the ladies were explaining the menu of services, prices that I could afford, how to make appointments in the furure on line, what to do to save me money if I was going to come back as a regular customer because my funds are short and it was obvious that the core group of 4 really work as a team to make the place run like a well oiled machine. I felt no remorse whatsoever leaving a LARGE tip for both women that day and walking out of there at 7pm, I was ready for my company that showed up two hours later. I am so pleased to say that I have a new salon and thank you Foiled Rotten for not answering your phone that day!!! HN you are a gem and I am so glad that I found you in my crisis. Too bad more people dont know about you simply because you are a tiny storefront in a typical Florida stripmall. You are my BEST secret hair hideaway for now.... See you again soon.
