Received two hair transplants due to the amount of balding Ive was experiencing. Results were better then what I was expecting. I have a full head of hair and no longer losing hair. The professionalism and guidance provided couldnt be better. Great local jaxonville business that does the procedures locally, versus competitors sending you to Orlando. For bother procedures I received more grafts then what was paid for maximizing my investment. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Staff is always available for questions and concerns. I strongly recommend IHRS over any competitors.

Ive been a patient at IHRS for two years, and they are excellent; Ive been very satisfied with their patient care and treatment methods. They offer a range of modalities, including PRP and clinical-strength laser, which is an effective combination. You will see positive results, and you can verify it with photos. They have flexible hours that will allow you to fit treatments into your schedule, no matter how busy you are. (They have Saturday and weekday evening hours.) Brad is very kind and knowledgeable and will work with you to develop a program that suits your budget and schedule. (What has also impressed me is that even though they have an array of additional hair care products, they have never pressed me to buy anything more than I need or want. They maintain a comfortable, no-pressure environment that I like.) Its a pleasure to work with Brad and the entire staff at IHRS. I give them an emphatic thumbs-up and highly recommend them. My staying with them for two years so far--with more sessions planned--is a testimony to my satisfaction with IHRS.

I had a wonderful experience with IHRS. I just had my second procedure done and Im even more satisfied than I was the first time. The staff was very knowledgeable and willing to explain the procedures in such a way that I found one that met my needs and my budget. The doctor was very personable and made me comfortable while he and his staff were working. It really wasnt even painful because they did such a good job. They educated me on the post op in such a way that I knew exactly what I needed to do. I would highly recommend IHRS. After all, why go bald when you dont have to?

After being diagnosed with androgenic alopecia and spending the majority of my teens, twenties, and early thirties with thin/thinning hair and purposely trying to stay out of sight and away from attention because of shame and embarrassment, I can now say that the bald spots that I once adorned no longer exist. I could not be happier with the service that I have received from Brad, Debra, and the entire staff at IHRS. Although the hair piece that was ordered took a little while longer than expected due to the pandemic, my patience paid off in big ways. IHRS has changed my life completely and I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

My 11 year old Daughter was born with a rare genetic condition in which causes her the inability to grow hair. Shes severely intellectually disabled, and so only until recent became aware and self conscious of her appearance at home and school. My Daughter is unable to express herself and so instead resorts to maladaptive, and even self injurious type behaviors. In spite of numerous consultations with her medical team and Doctors, all delivered me the terrible news that theres nothing anyone can do for my Daughters hair. I began to see her self esteem deteriorate and as a Mother, it killed me to watch this go on, so I began to research a solution to help her.I contacted IHRS and scheduled a consultation. Although the staff didnt think my Daughter would benefit from laser re growth treatment due to her medical condition, we were treated with the utmost respect and dignity by the professional staff at the salon clinic. The hair loss specialist shared with me he had many years experience working with clients all with different needs. I felt inferior, and unworthy at first to accept the service due to my Daughter having Autistic characteristics and being combative.I shared with the IHRS staff that just a few months back, I traveled from Jacksonville to Orlando with my Daughter to a hair loss center which only resulted in failure and disappointment.To my surprise, IHRS was successfully able to spend over 2 hours working with my Daughter to create a mold of her head to create a hair prosthesis for her! She kicked the stylist in the knee during the process, but he excused her and showed pure sympathy and respect for our situation. It was difficult for me to hold the tears back forming in my eyes as we finished the procedure. We were absolutely treated like a family member here! Ive got zero complaints on the service provided! Thank you so much for your persistence working with my Daughter and paving the way to helping her self confidence in her new hair prosthesis. She cant stop talking about the length and color shes wanting, how she wants to braid and style it and show it off at school.

Having endured several relatively painful MOHS scalp surgeries to remove basal and squamous cell cancers, I had the idea that a hair system might protect the top of my head better than my infrequently-worn hat. Brad was very kind and patiently detailed my alternatives. After the first piece had some color challenges (my remaining hair seems to alternate light in the front and dark in the back), Brad, David and Alisha together conscientiously reviewed and accurately revised the order. Subsequent pieces look great and perform well. Alisha is very professional and kind, as is the office support staff. Facility is spotlessly clean. Pricey, yes, but they deliver highly specialized, personalized service. Takes 10 years off my appearance. Best of all (knock on wood), dermatologist is very pleased that the lessened exposure to the sun appears to have slowed down those growths. Highly recommend. All the best

Unfortunately I am a young woman that has become a victim of hair loss. I wasnt sure of the options I had besides wearing a wig. Well knowing that would be a last resort being that I just started losing my hair I decided the web was the place to go, but on the way home in the car one day I heard a commercial from IHRS talking about reversing hair loss through something called PRP. So when I got home I called IHRS and made a consultation appointment after meeting with the informative staff and learning exactly what PRP was I had to give it a try, and Im glad I did! Im amazed with the results I have seen the pictures dont lie! In about 6 months of treatment Im glad to say thinning scalp is no more. Thank you IHRS for giving me my hair and self confidence back. I would definitely recommend IHRS to everyone.

I have been a client at IHRS Jax for 25 years. IHRS designed a very high hech hair replacement for me called Virtual Reality that is undetectable. Whenever I go back to Kentucky from time to time the place I go to and get my hair serviced there marvels at how nice my hair replacement is. I have been complimented for having great hair many times , even my own hair never looked this good when I had it. Recently I was hit by a car walking across the street and I credit the hair replacement for protecting my scalp since it did not come off during the incident. The hospital staff did have to remove it when I got there and I did sustain a severe head wound 9 in. long and needing 14 hospital staples. The wound Im certain would have been worse without the hair replacement on. The hair attached using medical grade adhesive and double sided strips. When my head healed I was back to having my Virtual Reality back again. Whenever I ride my bike somewhere I just take off my helmet and comb my hair back with a comb and Im all set. Taking care of the Virtual Reality hair is easy enough that just about anyone could do it. The IHRS technicians will help you learn how to take care of the hair. Dont give up and complain about your hair until you know what Virtual Reality can do for you. The staff at IHRS JAX can design and option that works for you. DV

I went in this place with what looks like Mel Gibsons hairline. It looks normal on him but the difference is he is over 60 years old and I will be 30 next year. After discussing my options with Brad, a consultant, we decided to go the route of neografting. They removed various follicles from the back of my head and place them along my forehead to create a natural looking hairline. I am beyond pleased with the result. It was pricey but it was worth it.

Outstanding results and excellent service. I strongly recommend checking them out if you need help with hair loss. The fact that they offered plenty of options is what first attracted me to go there.
