Megan is absolutely amazing 🤩 I just left the salon and I’m beyond thrilled with my hair! As I mentioned in an earlier review, I had kinky curly black hair to start with and now my hair is silky, smooth with beautiful blonde highlights. The pictures below show what I started with and the color that it is now. And we just did a keratin treatment that made my hair even smoother and shiner. My family and friends have all been amazed at their results and I get endless compliments even from strangers. Needless to say my sister and my mom are both clients of Megan now. If you’re looking for an amazing salon with the most amazing staff and very talented stylist, please give them a try I promise you will not be disappointed. Megan is so amazing and I’m so appreciative of her patience and taking care of my hair and keeping it healthy and making me feel beautiful.

I’ve been to many stylists and never been this blown away! Megan actually listened when I told her about past experiences, and used that info to absolutely transform my hair way beyond my expectations. She made sure to protect the integrity and strength of my hair the whole way and let me know what she was doing at each step. I’m lucky enough to have her close by, but I would travel for this girl!!

Just finished my 3rd visit with Megan and could not be happier with my hair! After trying multiple other stylists to get the combination of color and cut I was looking for, I found Megan and Level and Tone less than 2 minutes from my office! Truly, though the experience at L&T is so amazing, I would drive across town if I had too. Looking for a stylist who gets you, your lifestyle, your hair type? One who listens and thinks about what will work best for you? Megan is the one! Add to that some completely surprising and wonderful added experiences to your salon visit. You wont be disappointed. I’ve been getting my hair colored for 20 years, and this is hands down the BEST salon experience I’ve ever had! The salon itself is beautiful and very soothing and welcoming. The staff are all amazing and kind. I was lucky enough to have Megan color my hair and she is such a sweet person and an absolute ARTIST. Easily the best color I’ve ever had. My hair turned out far better than I even thought was possible. I’ve never received so many compliments from my friends and family! I have already referred everyone I know to Megan and I will absolutely be back to see her for all my future hair needs!

Update 🤩since my last review. My stylist/ hair 😇 -Megan knocked out of the park with what she was able to accomplish! Exceeded my expectations above and beyond what I even thought was possible. As I mentioned before I have very curly hair that I’ve been dying black for over a decade. I went to Level & Tone salon and I had a wonderful consultation with Megan. She came up with a game plan that made me feel super hopeful and confident that she could help me accomplish my goal to lighten my hair while trying to keep it healthy. We spent about 6-7 hrs in the 1st session and the result is so beautiful 😍! She was able get my hair to a very pretty brown color with caramel highlights (she’s a superstar🤩) and my hair is still healthy and shiny. She gave me a beautiful blow out. I feel so blessed that she has the talent and patience to work with a client like myself that has a difficult color correction/ color remover request. I’m going back in another 6 weeks and we will add some blonde highlights and I can’t wait. I’ve been to a few different salons and none of them have been able to help me. So, if you are searching for salon with a very talented team that will go above and beyond to meet your needs, stop by and see them I can’t praise them enough. You will walk out with AMAZING 🤩 hair!!!

I’ve gotten my hair done by Rachel several times now and she knocks it out of the park EVERY TIME! I come in with a complete open mind on what change I’m looking for and she’s always amazing chatting through what we should do to give me the look I want. She is patient, precise, and an overall great time! I walk out feeling 10x more confident than I felt going in every single time. She will forever be my go to girl!

I really needed to get my hair back in shape.. cut, color… but was so hesitant on where to go …. Read so many great reviews about Level & Tone I decided to give them a try! The minute I walked in I felt like I was in the right place. Megan greeted me and it was great from there!.
