OMGMariam came right on time!I needed my hair done for an upcoming cruise and she delivered!She was patient with me changing date and time, the girls were patient with me picking my hair color! I got the box braids and she asked questions that hadn’t been asked before in what I wanted, desired outcome! Impressed! So when I say they did they thang BA BE! Yazzzz and how many hair braiding shops you know in Saint John’s/mandarin area, none! Right off the highway! When I was given the card and it said San Jose Blvd, I was sold and then the braid styles on the business card, I called! It took sbout 5 hrs box braids and when I say I have found my gurl! Yes I have! Great location,Great price and great attitude!Also Angela, I believe that owns the shop, she is all about growing, healthy hair!So a two for!

The girls that braided my hair did a wonderful job. I got my natural hair braided down for a wig install and they took their time to make sure it was neat and tight. Very gentle braiding. Thank you ladies. I definitely will be returning for future braids!!

Hidden gem! I’m so glad I found this place. I LOVE my boho knotless braids. I’ve been to several braiding shops throughout Jacksonville and have never went back a second time but this place met all of my expectations with excellent quality. Nice, clean, professional atmosphere. I will definitely come back!

Great experience!I rarely get my hair done because I am tender headed but the braider sure made me comfortable and I didn’t feel any pain!The braiders were very accommodating and kept checking in to see if I have any discomfort.It’s a 10/10 experience for me.I would definitely be back soon!

Excellent work. I was able to get in at the last minute and the girls were amazing. Very clean establishment and neat work. I would highly recommend them. Once the young ladies started on my hair they didn’t stop until they were finished which is rare nowadays.

I recently visited Mariam’s braiding salon to get a micro twist. I have quite a tender and sensitive scalp but the braiders were so gentle and patient that I didn’t feel any pain at all. Plus my hair came out amazing!!! I absolutely loved it. Definitely going back again soon!!! Thanks Mariam!
