    Always very friendly and overall good service. Wildly inconsistent haircuts. Some can do a very good job. Some, like today, don’t do a good job of listening and interpreting what you ask for. My style isn’t difficult… but somehow still my hair ended up patchy looking and way too short.

    I had taken a chance on Sports Clips after having to find a new place to get my hair cut. I am so glad I took a chance on them. All of their employees greet everyone with bright, contagious energy and that is often not the norm with my experience with other competitors. They all also demonstrate a very pristine professionalism. My first time in my stylist, Rowe, actually listened to my preferences, provided some very helpful suggestions, and executed my hair cut with awesome skill.I am not one for “pampering“ of any sort however, the MVP package is quite a nice experience to have given that you have time for it.If you’re in the St Johns Town Center area and you’re looking for a place to try out for a hair cut, I definitely recommend that you give this place a shot. I have been there twice now and will continue to utilize their services.

    This place is amazing! I go to Sport Clips every month, and I always leave with a great experience. My hair has been growing up really nice and that’s something I can thank Rowe for.     I recently received a haircut at this location. They are taking extra precautions due to covid and some wait times might be a little higher due to this, but the ease of checking in online and being quickly helped once I did arrive made it extremely easy. I had my haircut by Rowe and I have to say she did an excellent job and also made it a memorable and enjoyable experience. I could definitely tell that she not only takes pride in her work, but also in making the place run like it should run. She did quick work, but it was extremely high quality and it never felt rushed, I will definitly be back and have favorite this salon and her as a stylist (the phone app is quite nice also for anyone who does like checking in before you arrive or checking wait times and even seeing which stylists are working that day). 10/10 service and quality.

    Let me be honest here...Today I checked in online, for a normal haircut. I was greeted, confirmed my online check-in and sat and waited for my stylist who I requested.I then noticed my stylist was finishing up with her current client and began sanitizing her area.As she finished cleaning, a walk-in appointment came inside, checked in and sat down. My stylist then proceeded to call the walk-in for their haircut...I didn’t understand why, so I asked the next stylist who came to the front. I asked is there any reason on why I wasn’t selected to be next considering I had already requested that certain stylist and I had checked in prior...The stylist then proceeded to absolutely make sure I was next. She cleaned her station , walked me to her chair and began asking on how I’d like my hair to be cut.It felt like a genuine mistake , and the stylist who helped me was amazing.Thank you Drea, for being so kind and giving me a great customer experience there.

    Thank God for the wash and however long the hair dresser uses the massage gun. The cuts are good but I never feel wow date ready. Believe it or not this is my spot.

    Easy online check in and great customer service. I took my son in for a haircut and I was sitting waiting for him when one of the stylists said to me Let me trim up your neckline while you wait for your son...its free....of course I couldnt refuse a neck trim, but that is quality customer service.     I’ve been here a couple of times now while in town for work. Both the ladies I had cutting my hair did a great job and gave me a haircut I was happy with. Wait times were short and the floor was well swept between haircuts. I also really like the hot towel and hair wash they offer.

    I’ve been using this Sport Clips since opening and I keep going back every time. One of the most important things I look for when getting a haircut is sharp work with customer service and you definitely get that with any of the staff members. They’re extremely Covid-friendly, courteous, and skilled. The store manager, Rowe runs a great team and I’d recommend this location to anyone.

    I always go to Sport Clips when possible. The haircut is always consistently good, and exactly how I like it no matter which Sport Clips I go to. The hair stylist, I believe her name was Marie, or Maria (Im the proverbial guy bad with remembering names} was awesome. She did a phenomenal job, was pleasant to speak with and she turned me on to a new product which will probably be my new go to hair product. Ill be travelling to another state here soon, but will be back in a few months and will most likely hold out on getting my next hair cut till I get back to Jacksonville.

    We came here with our sons - the first barber visit since lockdown. My boys have a really really tough time with haircuts especially my little guy who has sensory issues. Jeanette was a-maaaazing! Very calm and patient with them. Honestly, look no where else for an awesome relaxing haircut! Especially if you/ your child usually find it difficult or if you have a special needs child. They are very much willing to accommodate you! I ( mom) was so jealous!

    Went in not sure how they cleaned and kept things sanitary. Me Jeanette put me at ease from the minute she started and kept me abreast to how they clean and sanitize with every step she did.I received the Double MVP service today and will for sure get this service every time I come from now on. The hot towel followed by the cold was perfect and also the shoulder massage got some of the tension released from my long work week. Jeanette is the store manager and I know why she is. Her knowledge was on spot. Told me why I needed to use the Tee Tree product instead of the cheap stuff from WalMart. And actually the products price here was less than at WalMart. I am now a Tee Tree product user for life and Ms Jeanette will be doing all my hair needs stuff from now on at this St Johns Town Center SportClips.

    I had a coupon for a discount haircut and I never went to Sport Clips before. I went in for a trim and I had Myesha as my hair stylist. She was really nice and was willing to communicate with me via notes on our phones and letting me read her lips. I am Deaf and when people wear masks, it gets really difficult to read their lips but Myesha made it very easy! I had hair stylists before and they were all silent when they cut my hair. Not Myesha, she chatted with me like I was a normal person and I really appreciated that. Deaf people are still human beings so that was a cool experience. Go to Sport Clips in Town Center and ask for Myesha, you would not be disappointed. :)

    Went in on a whim after coming out of another store near them. Super happy I went in. Maria and Toi where awesome. I was looking to try a completely different look and wasnt sure exactly what I wanted. Toi and Maria took there time and helped ne pick out a new look. Maria was the one who gave me the cut i wanted. Which was something new for her, she nailed it with some help from Toi. I definitely reccomend hitting this place up for a cut. I will definitely be going back for some more new looks.     I had a visit with Toi, and I have to say, wow. Toi, you were exceptionally professional, talented, and in-tune with my personality as a client. I provided you a vision that I wasnt confident with, myself, and you turned it into a vision.I will be scheduling 30-day cuts with the same person, for the first time since 2015. I am am finicky with my hair, to say the least, and Toi resolved that feeling in the first visit. I will be recommending Toi to everyone I know.
