I was very pleased with the service I received!! Yes I am bad at names but she was the barber that was there. She listened to me talk and did a great job on my hair; I get underneath shaved and top is long. Got a wash and blow dry. She did an awesome job.Feel so bad I don’t remember her name to give her full credit!! So please give her credit she deserves it!! She May remember me …I talked a lot lol. And I gave her an unusually tip.

I needed a haircut this morning and thought I would try Supercuts. I went to their website and was able to sign on very easily. When I arrived, my stylist was all ready for me. Her name is Keia. She was very polite and she did a great job with my trim!

My hairstylist was sweet and conversational. Which is very important. So, we the other hairdressers working that day. I learned from a customer coming in for possible hombre that they couldn’t perform what she wanted and was sent to the Normandy store. I guess I thought they all knew how to color hair. I do think $30 for my blowout of my medium hair was a bit too much but she did a good job and took her time.

I wanted to try a short haircut. Keia patiently looked with me through the example pics I have on my phone. She listened to my description of what I like and dont like about maintaince. She explained how my hair type would apper while discussing cut options. She did a great job with the cut!! She suggested different ways to style it too which i appreciate. Everyone in this store is welcoming and friendly. Ill be scheduling a color appointment soon with Keia. Shes wonderful! I hope Supercuts appreciates her.

Teria was very kind and professional. I took my son to Super Cuts for the first time in August, and she made it so easy for us to accept that he needed a haircut, haha. Also, Tia did not cut my son’s hair, but she cut his friend’s hair, and she was wonderful too.We are definitely coming back!Fast forward to now (I guess I never officially posted the first bit in August *mom life iykyk*) and Teria and Tia were both there being awesome. I wrote a review 5 months ago, but really wanted to do another one because they deserve it! I cant remember her name, but the Latina stylist that did my hair today was WONDERFUL! It was Monday morning, 9:30am. She was working alone, and kept a pleasant demeanor and was very attentive to every request I had. When I told her I was taking INCHES off my hair, she asked before she used clippers. If clippers are used on my hair, it freys like rope. She listened and used shears. She did an amazing job and I couldnt be happier 💗! I love being a big tipper because I work restaurants and I know how it can change your day to be financially acknowledged, and I was very happy to do so. Supercuts is underrated. They have great people. Ive been to fancy salons and those stylists think every cut has to be their soul purged on your scalp and dont listen well. The stylists at Supercuts have always made sure my needs and wants were met, and go over and above to make sure I look good, even though I can only make it in every few months because of my busy schedule.

I have really difficult hair. Its long, extremely thick, at least three different textures. I love my length but knew I had dead ends. I told her about past bad experiences getting my hair thinned out. I literally told her to thin it until you think youve thinned it to much, then thin it some more. Lol.
