    Came here for the 1st time today and got my hair cut by Elyas and boyyyyyyyy it was top 5 best cuts Ive ever had. Hes super nice and polite and very flexible to whatever I wanted. Prices are very very fair. Everyone in the shop was cool and friendly and everything was nice and clean.A+++++ customer service.Highly recommend.P.S. Tip your barbers!!

    Jay has perfected the art! He takes his time and gets it right. He does my fade perfect, every time. Ive had my beard trimmed by barbers for a long time, and Jay does the best job of anyone Ive had do it over the years. Highly recommend Jay. This guy takes pride in his work, and it shows!

    My 9 y/o son and I went in for a back to school cut. Tu (Hope I spelled it correctly) did an AMAZING job … My son was so pleased as am I! Otw home we did a 1-10 rating and gave Tu a 12! I could go on and on but you all get my point! We’ve been here before and have had great experiences each time! My son said he “Feels like a new man!”😃 Thanks!

    Tu is definitely one of a kind barber. I ONLY let him cut my hair. It doesn’t matter where hes at, I’ll drive to him or he’ll come to me. Been getting my hair cutt for years with this guy. Can’t beat his prices either. He treat every cut with precision.

    I moved to Jacksonville, Florida a little over a year ago from Las Vegas, Nevada. This barbershop is professional, courteous, and precise with the clippers. They have me as a customer for life. Keep up the great work.

    I called and asked for a scissor cut and ok no problem. When I arrived I also told the guy my hair doesnt respond well to shears and he sat me down and before I could let him know exactly what I wanted he started with the shears and I told him as he was cutting my hair to use scissors. They gave me a military hair cut way to short and because they didnt listen to me my hair is messed up. I told them 3 times only scissors. He used the scissors for a little on the top then hit my hair again with the shears.Really upset about this.I spoke with the owner he reached out to me and I really appreciate the prompt call.He was very passionate about his business and a former Marine.We will all be disappointed at times but the follow up to the issues are paramount.He refunded my money and truly apologized for his team .

    Jacob was my barber for my first time at the shop. Gave some helpful tips about the state of my hair and scalp, different instruments, and their own product line.Not only leaving with just a hair cut, but knowledge about hair care.The establishment presents itself really nicely! Nice gray tone inside and has a real “gentlemen” type of approach.Price was amazing for the service provided.Glad I found this and looking forward to visiting this establishment and the Brooklyn Barber team more often!

    Decided last minute to go and get both of my boys hair cuts, didnt make an appointment, just called last minute, and they said they would make it happen. We got there, and the barber did just that! These boys came out of there looking like completely different kids! Wish I had gotten the barbers name but he did an awesome job! He was the first chair on the left. Im glad I picked this place because the barber did exactly what my boys wanted, plus cool designs. Its hard to find barbers these days around here that have the patience and attention to detail when it comes to young kids, but he did. So Thank you! We will be back!
