Easy access from main roadways, friendly and helpful staff, and nice location. I am so happy I found this place using Groupon. Erica gave me a great cut and an excellent blow dry taking her time and attentive to detail- I couldn’t be happier with my visit today! The products smell so nice, the coffee was great and Samantha helped me with picking out the correct brow pencil (even applying it for me so I could see how it looked on!) I have used Aveda Salons for over 30 years and have had a hard time finding a quality Aveda Salon since moving here to Jax. Willow Aveda is wonderful!!! And Dan is a master stylist!!! I went here for the first time yesterday. The haircuts are a good price, and the salon is very clean and welcoming. My hair stylist was Kelsey. She did a wonderful job giving me a butterfly cut but also telling me about my face shape and giving some much welcomed tips. I absolutely love my hair and have now found my new hair home!

Loved my experience at Willow Organic Salon and Spa! Paige did an amazing job with cutting my short hair and color/highlighting it! Since I struggle with Chronic Lyme I have to be very careful with chemicals. Their products are very natural and I had no side effects or issues at all! Also, I bought my husband a massage with Chloe for his birthday and NEVER has he bought packages for himself until this time! He said Chloé is the BEST massage therapist EVER! We both are thrilled we found Willow Organics!!! Thank you!!!

Just a fantastic experience from start to finish! My husband and I called in at 9am and both got a same day appointment. My hair was a mess and Charlene made it soft, lovely, with a great color and highlights! A professional treatment Ive not found anywhere else! She asked the right questions to determine the results I wanted, took care to address the multiple issues my hair had and took the time needed to give me a complete transformation. My husband commented this was the first time he had a hair cut they he didnt want to hide under a hat when the stylist was done! Charlene is indeed a miracle worker. This will be our salon of choice going forward. A wonderful, friendly atmosphere with great staff and great products. I am looking forward to using their other services as well. We highly recommend them to everyone!

I went for my first ever facial and my second time ever having eyelash extensions. Tiffany did my eyelash extensions and facial and gave the best service I have ever had in salon. The eyelashes were better priced than the previous place I had gone and much more natural looking. It has been almost a month and they are still looking good! She was so courteous doing it all and provided such a relaxing environment with music and a gentle touch! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had my first massage with Rachel, and it was great. She made me very comfortable. The massage itself was amazing; my whole body was relaxed after, and the vibe of the salon was just as great. I loved the rain machine mixed with the relaxing music, and the table was super comfortable. I will be back for facials and massages, for sure. It was a great experience.

This is a gem salon in the area. I tried it out with Groupon. Kelsey is one amazing hair stylist. She conditioned and detangled my hair with patience and care. She layered my long hair. There is a 10 up charge, but it is worth it. It took her over 1 hour to work on my hair. What a treat! I was their last customer and she took her time. I felt welcomed and would love to go back. I want to try their other services too. Erika at the front desk is cool too!

Charlene did my hair.... Miracle Worker.Tiffany did my lashes and I absolutely LOVE them! As crazy as it sounds... I cant wait to go back to get the maintenance lashes.What a WONDERFUL way to pamper yourself if you arent really a girlie girl and you wear glasses and dont have time to mess with a little or a lot of make-up.Cant wait to see what other goodies are coming to the salon!!!I met a few of the other staff, and they are just as friendly and helpful as Charlene and Tiffany! Chloe always aims to please and never disappoints. Youll never get the same massage twice because she caters each session to what your specific needs are at the time. She utilizes excellent techniques to relieve muscle tension and to target your problem areas. I bought a Groupon for a 90 minute massage. Ashley was my massage therapist. He did a fantastic job. It was very relaxing and soothing. He was very professional and made me feel at ease. I hated when the time was up. I will definitely be back to see him.

Vanessa accepted a walk-in appointment for my daughter which was very helpful because we have 4 kids and are very busy! She was very kind to all of us and was really great about teaching my daughter how to wash her hair and answering all my kids questions. It was like a field trip for us homeschoolers as well, they were great with kids! They were able to find gluten free products to use on her sensitive skin and the cut was super easy and really cute.

Feb20 update - the very best part of my month ... seeing Samantha every two weeks for the absolutely best facial you can imagine. Its definitely the best 90 minutes of my week. I never paid much attention to taking care of my face other than basics. Samantha thought me to do a few things that have been extremely helpful in protecting my skin. And the portion of the facial that Ill call a massage is unbelievably enjoyable and relaxing. We talk throughout the facial except during the massage when generally I fall asleep because it feels so amazing. Ill continue to see Samantha for the long term and strongly suggest that anyone reading this review do the same thing.Back to see Samantha as my Fathers Day gift to me. Wow ... it significantly improved my entire day. Talk about uplifting. Ive known Samantha for several years. I always enjoy seeing her as we catch up with one another during a most pleasurable deluxe facial. The entire process is exceptional and we talk thru most of it, but during the actual face massage part ... Im silent. I want to enjoy that part as much as possible because its so incredibly enjoyable and relaxing. My suggestion ... try it one time ... you wont be disappointed.I unwisely have not been to see Samantha since late winter and miss the enjoyment that I receive from the facial and talking with Samantha. I remedied that situation and have my next appointment this Saturday ... and am anxiously looking forward to it ... and will continue with monthly appointments although Id love a weekly appointment. If you havent been to see Samantha ... you are really missing out on a great experience.Apparently Google doesnt allow me to write a second review, so Im updating my previous one. Last Saturday when I entered Willow, I was greeted by Sydney, who always has a great smile and a greeting for me. Its always nice to see her ... and she does a terrific job taking care of setting my appointments. What followed was another exceptional facial from Samantha. Ive gotten massages and facials in three countries and several states and honestly, Samantha does the very best job of any of them. I feel great and am totally relaxed when shes done. I bought the three package deal and have the remaining two scheduled. Big question remains ... how can I get her to do them weekly!!Samantha recently started doing facials. The experience is outstanding. Over the years, I received facials from several estheticians and everyone of them pale in comparison to Samantha. I planned to get one per month. After the first one, I changed the plan to every other Saturday. After the last two, I wish I could do it everyday. I have a friend who tried Samanthas facial and she fully supports my endorsement and is thoroughly pleased that I steered her in Samanthas direction. I wholeheartedly recommend Samantha to anyone that wants to experience 60-90 minutes of pure bliss.

I was very skeptical having to find a new masseuse. I recently moved here from Maryland and was very close with my lady there. Although I still love her, CHLOE is an absolute GODDESS!! She has a gift and is utilizing it to her fullest ability. She has truly answered her calling (in my opinion)!! If you are on the fence about massage or just want to switch you will not be disappointed!!

I had a groupon and went in for a walk in appointment. The front receptionist was very friendly and booked me an appointment for an hour later since they didnt have someone available right away. I can back for my appointment and had a nice woman name Kristen complete my service (wash,style, blowdry, and deep conditioning treatment). She was very friendly and knew what she was doing. I also appreciate that the salon uses Aveda products and that Kristen trained with Aveda so she is as great as going to the Aveda salon down the road (but with more experience and half the time). The whole appointment took only an hour which is great since it normally takes longer than that. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing and efficient experience.

I was offered and accepted some coffee, and waited a few minutes (I’m always early). Haircut exceeded standard, but this is my usual stylist, and I’ve come to expect that.Great experience, and will return.

Matt is very knowledgeable when it comes to color, cuts and styles. I travel a little over an hour to come to Willow and have him do my hair. I always ask his opinion and my hair comes out amazing. The staff is awesome and Ill be trying some other services they offer soon.

I will definitely recommend this place to everyone. I had an appointment with Tiffany for a Brazillian wax, and she was so professional, friendly, and encouraging through out the whole process. Lets face it Brazilian wax is a little painful but Tiffany has the expertise and skills, to help you feel as comfortable as possible. I will definitely continue to go see her!

Chloe is an excellent masseuse. I have found very few therapist that are able to loosen up the knots I get in my legs from working out. My best friend has been very happy with her too, she has fibromyalgia and it is very hard to find someone like Chloe that knows how to work with this sensitivity.

My stylist at Willow is Cecily . I actually followed her from another salon. Cecily gives a great cut but she really excels at color. I am a brunette with a fair amount of gray. Most stylists who color my hair end up pulling red and orange. Cecily is able to pull caramel and brown in a subtle, natural way. Dont let her young age fool you- this girl knows hair!!

Finding a hair stylist that can manage long, thick and wavy hair has been proven to be difficult so I’ve been putting off finding a hairstylist in Jax. Paige really took note and listened to what I wanted and made my hair look like a compilation of what I showed her! I think I’ve finally found my hairstylist!:)
