Had a wonderful experience at cookie cutters! Brought my 3 and 2 year old in for haircuts, and Keshia was amazing! So friendly and good with kids, make my 3 year old daughter’s haircut so special! My 2 year old son was scared and tearful, and she did a great job of keeping him calm and working quickly and efficiently. We can’t wait to go back!

I was very picky about where i wanted my sons first haircut to be and after EXTENSIVE research, i was brought to Cookie Cutters and when i tell you i don’t write reviews, i really don’t. but i had an amazing experience here. Alexandra made sure my son was comfortable before she got to cutting his hair. she did not rush our appointment at all. she made him laugh and smile with all the faces she made and honestly made our experience so worthwhile. and ontop of it, my sons hair looks amazing and i’ve been getting so many compliments on his hair! whatever you guys are paying her, needs to be more bc she was EXCEPTIONAL! will definitely be coming back to her☺️😀

Took my son for his first hair cut and was blessed to have chosen Ruth. She was much more than understanding: she took her time, spoke to my son about what she was going to do as she did it, made him feel comfortable and safe! Which was our priority because he is sensitive to loud noises. He has never given a thank you with a hug as he did with Ruth. We went on a Sunday and the receptionist was amazing as well. Very clean and welcoming place. I wholeheartedly recommend taking your littles here. Especially with Ruth 🥰

My son had his first haircut and it was such a wonderful experience! My son loved every second and not one tear was shed! Our stylist was so quick, patient and kind. They had his favorite hot wheels for sale, a jungle gym and so many cute details that make this the best place to have your child’s first haircut! His haircut was so darn handsome as well!

Brought my son in for his first mullet and he had a wonderful time! He got to pick which car to sit in while he got his cut, got to play on the playground while he waited, have an many suckers as he wanted to help him sit still, watch his favorite show(paw patrol) while he got his cut. And our stylist was beyond amazing and patient with him💙. We will definitely be going back! And his mullet looks awesome!

Came here for our first haircut with my 2 1/2 year old - Nikki was amazing! Let her pick her own chair, was patient and calm, talked my little one through what she was doing. Plus made sure I had the opportunity to take pictures, and blew up an extra balloon for my older son who came with us. Loved our experience!

My daughter’s autistic and was hesitant at first but once she could she herself in the mirror it was good to go. Ruth was very helpful and informative. The environment was perfect for kids. Definitely will be returning.

The young man at the check in counter was prompt and polite. My child loved playing on the slide while we waited for our turn to get his haircut. Our stylist was bilingual which helped make the child ahead of us more comfortable as she spoke his parents native language. She took a proactive approach when I told her my child has a hard time sitting still and doesnt like to be touched around his ears during a haircut. She communicated what she was going to do before doing it (hair cut style, tools used, etc). We will definitely be driving the 30 miles again to get our haircut here.

This is the only place my 1.5 year old son has had his haircut. We’ve been 4 times and it’s always a great experience! They have cute chairs for the kids to sit in and tvs to watch their favorite show while getting a haircut. They also have a slide for kids to play on while waiting. We go to Tanya and she is so nice and does a quick and great job on his hair. Definitely recommend!

Emil is the ONLY stylist that my very anxious and timid 4 year old will allow to cut his hair. To say she is incredible with kids is an understatement. I had to sit in the chair and hold him still the first time crying, and now only 4 cuts later he sits alone like a big boy and even laughs and smiles. All because of how good she is with him. He loves going now.

Ruth and the entire team was amazing! We walked in to get a haircut and they were pleased to do it for him without an appointment. It was my son’s first haircut and he’ll be a year old and he did so well in the chair due to excellent service. She kept him entertained and engaged and didn’t get frustrated when he moved. Chelsea was an absolute doll with my daughter! She trimmed her hair (it was also her first haircut) and did a beautiful braid and gave her a balloon. My daughter was in aww of this place. Donny was very welcoming and kind with all of us as well. I don’t live in the area but will definitely be coming back due to the amazing service we received. Will be recommending to everyone!! Give a raise to these people. They deserve it!

This place is great! Ruth cut our girls hair and she is absolutely wonderful. They both felt like little princesses as she gave them the time and attention that most kids require. We were a bit worried because it was our youngests first hair cut and she is a handful. I was really nervous about taking our 2 year old son (almost 3) to get his first haircut because of unfavorable Google reviews but I couldn’t be more grateful to Ruth and her staff for making his first haircut the positive experience I was hoping for. Our son has been red flagged for autism and is startled by loud noises so naturally I was concerned about the use of electric clippers. Ruth respected that and cut his hair with scissors. When I requested she try the clippers she did so cautiously and patiently. They kept him calm the entire time which I was afraid would be an issue. All in all it was a highly pleasant experience and I’m so happy we used cookie cutters’ expert services! The baby’s first haircut package was absolutely darling too! Thank you so much Ruth!

Then she sat in a fun chair and watched a cartoon while they cut her hair. After the cut she got an “Elsa” braid, balloons, and a lollipop. All while her baby brother played in the play area. I decided to go to Cookie Cutters for my 2 1/2 year olds first hair cut because she hates when people touch her head and hair. When we arrived, it was great. Staff were very nice and accommodating. However, when another little one getting their hair cut was crying, that stylist didn’t seem to offer any type of reassurance to that child which. Given that this is a sensory friendly salon, I figured some type of positive redirection would’ve been used. Would I return, most likely. But I would be making sure my daughter sees the same stylist we had or someone other than the mentioned stylist.

My poor toddler really really needed a haircut because it was irritating his eyes so we had to hunker down and get it despite the tears but the staff were so so patient and did everything they could to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. He still hated it but she cut my wriggling and rolling and screaming alligator-like child’s hair and still somehow made it look so good! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience! Love the way they make kids feel so comfortable from there moment you walk in the door. The hairstylist was patient and friendly it was my grandsons first big boy haircut he’s almost 2 and did good until the clippers got turned on so the only thing I think is maybe could have used scissors instead he ended up with two marks on his neck not the hairdressers fault because he was crying and moving, but I know those hurt, we decided he had enough and he calmed down and played on their playset and was happy to get balloons and we got a certificate.

The staff was very kind, we were running late for 1/3 appointments (I brought 3 children), and they accommodated by making us wait until their next appointment was over and were able to see all 3. They were patient with my 1 year old and I was pleased with the outcome. They double checked if I was satisfied with the cut. I provided a tip with the payment. The only thing I would have changed is they handed out balloons to the other kids but not mine. I was walking out and one of my daughters asked for a balloon and I went in and asked and they provided one but without the holder stick, not sure if they were just busy or why. I think my children all wanted balloons, so it was strange they ended up providing one only when I asked, the other two had cuts but were not offered any. Besides that though, it was great and I would recommend to others. My last experience here was not pleasant but I would say now we had a much different experience!! They are great with wiggly toddlers!

Cookie Cutters Palm Beach Gardens did my daughters first haircut nearly 3 years ago. (She was 1) I was SO disappointed to hear they were closing a month or so ago, but happy to know that the Jupiter location would continue on. We got my sons first haircut done here this past Saturday & Nikki did so well with him! Usually he gets scared to be around new people, but she made him very comfortable & he did so well for her. (He’s 2.) Nikki also did my daughters pink fairy hair which was a quick and easy process. My daughter who is almost 4 now is obsessed with her new hair and both of my children’s confidence has boosted astronomically since our visit. I’d also like to note that the little activities and distraction tactics they have to keep children entertained yet calm is also wonderful. We will definitely be back more frequently for services!!

Excellent service. My child was terrified of the process and the hairdresser (I don’t remember her name, sadly) was really patient, kind, respectful and efficient. Considering that my son was scared and moved like crazy trying to get out of the chair, and made the job ten times harder in the process, his hair had a really nice cut. She was lovely and offered him a lollipop right after and found multiple solutions to make it easier on him. I have been there twice and “tried” 2 different hairdresser and both of them were awesome! Also there is a really nice playground in there so that if you get some waiting time, your child gets to have fun in the mean time.

However, when it was his turn, they didnt do well in tending to his fear and discomfort. We had Kourtney cut my 2 year old sons very fine blond hair for his first professional cut. Hes an active toddler who struggles to sit still for long periods of time.
