    I was referred to Betsy by Kissimmee massage which is downstairs from her. At first I wasnt sure cuz I was cutting my hair from longer to short I let her do a haircut and style the first appointment and I was so impressed of how she talks to you and listens and just gets it right! This is the first time in 25 years! Ive had to bounce around to people because theyre not listening and I get a bad haircut. My haircut was so good I loved it that I made an appointment for Betsy to do a touch up and color to my hair then do full highlights well the results are amazing. Compliments everywhere I go. Serenity is spotlessly clean Betsy is amazing theres only her there its so relaxing and Serene to be done in a place like that Ill never go back to a full service salon again
