    I am giving this review a five star because that is what people go ahead and look at first and the owners as well. I went for a haircut and constantly as I was getting my haircut getting told by Doreen (person cutting my hair) that this is not a barbershop and how she only has been doing this for a year with little experience still learning as she cuts others hair. I mentioned my line up and she went ahead and asked weather curved or boxed before I would answer she answered herself curved and proceeded to do that. That is not what I wanted at all, even when she was finished nothing was even on both sides. To top it off she wasnt sure about the haircut and what to do ( she had to ask what to do and how to do it ). This place must be desperate for employees because the fact that they hired someone who doesnt even listen to the customer and does what they want is ridiculous. I ended up needing to go to another barbershop to get it fixed, sadly there was only so much they could do to save it ( my hair ). I am writing this review just so others are aware of how she deals with customers and does her job. I highly doubt that the shop will do anything about this but at least others are aware.

    Close to home. I make an appointment on the app and get in when I arrive. They keep a record of how to cut my hair. Very friendly staff.

    One of the best hair cut experiences I have ever had , Bree took her time, analyzed the growth and shape of my hair and cut my hair to perfection. Turned my shapeless hair into beautiful healthy layers…. Can’t be any happier with how it came out and Bree showed professionalism along with lots of sweetness and care as it was my first time cutting my hair. Thank you for your outstanding work . There comes a time when you have to bite the bullet and so that was my outing today to Great Clips (baby steps). I was very lucky that Silvette took care of me today.She was warm and genuine with her greeting, and made me feel very comfortable. She took her time with the consultation and understood our goal. She was kind and engaging and provided me with an awesome cut.Just having something new, brings a whole new life to ones attitude. Silvette and her magic scissors did just that for me.A lot of us are going through some form of depression. Going and having a little bit of fuss over us and getting a new haircut does wonders to lift the spirit.Silvette, I just wanted you to know how you touched my life today and how much it meant to me.

    I needed a change with my hair and went into Great Clips not really knowing what I really wanted. Bree welcomed me in and helped me figure out where I wanted to go hair wise. I am so thankful that I sat in her chair. She gave me a hair cut that worked with my face and made no Regrets on a short hairstyle to switch it up since I’ve always had such a long hair. This is the start of a new chapter for me and she made me feel amazing this short hairstyle. And I’ve gotten so many compliments from my friends and family about this positive change.     I was recently at great clips in poinciana and I had Bree as my stylist. She is great !! She Made sure we discussed what it was I was looking for and we laid out a visual before even picking up a pair of scissors. She is friendly and kind, the store is clean and professional. Definitely enjoying the new management. Absolutely LOVE my new cut !!

    Stopped by today for a cut, Nash was amazing! From the moment I walked in she was super friendly and social! She made eye contact with me and smiled right away! This makes a world of a difference, that many don’t understand. Initially my intention was to trim my ends, ended up cutting about 3 inches and I love my blunt bob! I will definitely return to see her!

    I moved from Michigan in October and didnt know where to go to get my hair cut. I had passed by Great clips a few times as it is not far from my home. I ended up stopping in and was greeted by everyone working❤️ Bree ended up cutting my hair and did an awesome job with all the colics I have, She knew exactly how to cut my hair.     Got 4 yo 1st haircut here and mine as well, well not my 1st! Stylist was great she did our hair back to back and did really good instructing and cutting hair exactly as in the pic we showed her!There was very little wait time as we checked in online before and they seemed to get everyone in and out.

    Thank goodness for Julie. She is the reason that I dont mind traveling 44 miles in one direction for a simple buzz cut ands wash.     Do yourself a favor and ask for Bree. Shes incredibly professional, personable and efficient. You wont be stuck in the chair forever, nor feel like shes rushing to get to her next client. She takes the exact amount of time required to make your hair look great. Plus, if you come back a second time, shell remember how you wanted it cut the first time so you dont feel like youre constantly retraining your stylist. I relocated more than an hour away and Bree is totally worth the drive!

    It was my first time at great clips and they treated so kindly. They were so clean and fast. I got my hair done by an amazing girl named Alex. I didn’t know how she would treat my hair texture but she did an amazing job. I will definitely be returning.

    Took my little one for her first haircut today and we were attended by Nicole (Pinky). She was fantastic! She was so talkative and upbeat, she was attentive to my little one and made sure that she had a good experience. I also got a haircut and am so happy with how it came out! I will definitely be coming back and I will only ask for Nicole!

    I took my 16month old son and Gloria did a fantastic job! She paired herself with reinforcement at the end of haircut, with appropriate tolerance from my son. She used tactics to help him deal with removal of item etc. She was great for children. Courteous service and no wait. I am really satisfied with the end product.

    Both my grandkids are on the spectrum. They will only let one hairdresser cut their hairs. Her name is Bree and she is absolutely awesome with them. Shes very friendly and professional. She is absolutely the best.

    In and out in 15 minutes or less. With the self check-in. Check for wait time. Mine was zero at this time. Awesome. What better time to check in. Salon very clean,employees very friendly and service was excellent. Listen to what I said I wanted and the finished product was exactly what I asked for. Cant get much better than that.

    This is the first franchise hair salon that was able to give my boyfriend the perfect hair cut! My stylist also did an amazing job with my hair. Unlike other salons, I was not given too much of a personal opinion about what I should do with my hair. Instead, I got exactly what I asked for and that is very rare

    I have been there monthly since they opened. Every visit gets a little worse. Todays was no exception but even more bad. My wife had to shve neck, cut stragglers and trim my ears. One of the worst ones yet. And to think we were excited when they came. What sucks my next one was free! What a shame i wont even go back foe the free one... it all goes back to management. The first few visits were great then plummets each time.05/16/2019After doing my original review the owners were on top of this and contacted me immediately. Also provided me with free cut vouchers to try it again. Well it took almost a year and I have been back 2 times and each time was great. In the second trip as I was speaking with my cutter I stated didt you open this one and she did and is super nice I believe her name is Nicole? I explained what had happened and she was apologetic even though she wasnt around then and at the other Great Clips. I believe she is the magic ingredient. It is all about great service.

    Go see BRE!!!! She is an amazing stylist with a personality to match! She is so upbeat, down to earth, knowledgeable and easy to converse with and she does NOT miss a beat with her work. When it comes to the kids she is soooo patient, makes them feel so comfortable, engages with them and knows how to make them smile and laugh. Every time my kids need a cut they ALWAYS ask if Bre is working. Thank you so much Bre for being so awesome and making every cut perfect !!!

    Have been to this location several times, the staff is fast and friendly.. Especially Gloria who is my go-to stylist! She is very professional and I don’t even have to say much I just sit in the chair and she does the rest! Love it! Definitely 5 stars!!!
