    This woman is amazing, after getting turned down by two salons being told by the first one i’d HAVE to cut it and the second one saying i’d have to go to a specialist in miami and that it would take multiple days she dematted my hair in only 4 hours without cutting any of it out and very little pain. She’s also an absolute delightful person, she was very nice and great at connecting and conversation, her and i went over how my hair got matted the way it did , how to prevent it from happening again and just general hair care. 1000000/10 would recommend again and again

    The studio is a simple shop nestled in a tiny strip. Its clean and nicely decorated.Ive been a customer for 6+ years and very satisfied with her service.My appointments start on or close to the appointment time. She takes great care with my thinning dreads and partial baldness. She styles my hair slightly different each time to conceal the extent of my baldness.I always feel good leaving her shop with a style that complements me.Jills prices are reasonable, and shes prompt. Nobody is sitting around waiting for hours.I highly recommend Jill!

    Ms Jill is knowledgeable, professional, talented and truly understands how to hydrate and style natural hair. She cares about her clients and takes pride in her work.I loved the look of Sisterlocks but wanted the grid pattern and sizing customized to my hair density and texture. Ms Jill delivered! I have beautiful locs with the look I wanted and a healthy loc foundation. I highly recommend Ms Jill for locs and other natural hairstyles.

    Professional, warm, caring, and competent service. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will return for styling services in the future. Upate: My former assessment still holds true.     I recently transitioned over to natural locs & was referred to Jill through word of mouth and I can honestly say I was extremely impressed & satisfied with her professionalism and expertise. Prior to receiving her services I wasn’t sure if I was going to continue on my loc journey, however, her experience with natural hair convinced me to progress. I was extremely happy with the final outcome and received many compliments. I highly recommend her services to others.

    Its a wonderful experience! I have been going to Jill for 3 years and I havent gone to another hair stylist. She is warm hearted and very open minded she gives suggestion on different hair styles that will best fit you. Her shop is a very welcoming loving environment once you go you will always go back ! She is very loving and caring and about her bussines doing hair is something she loves with a passion.

    I have been going to see Jill for years. She is the best! With a warm heart, an amazing smile, and with such skill she took my dreads that were a fluffy mess, and turned them into the best hair I have ever had. I 100% recommend having Jill do your natural hair.

    I have been a client with Jill for 15 years. She has always been friendly and professional. I have enjoyed our conversation while getting my hair locked. Decided to cut locks for about 5 years. I would come back and get color and two strand twist. Always BEAUTIFUL RESULTS!Now im back getting hair color and locks. Love it THANKS JILL

    Jill has been my loctician for several years now and has been the ONLY one who Ive found ( over 9 years and In 2 countries) that maintenances my hair correctly, and does a beautiful job with any hairstyle I ask for. Her shop is warm and inviting, and Im always comfortable and welcomed there. I have 4 other friends that go to Jill for their dreadlock maintenance also, and I wouldnt recommend anyone else. Thank u for being so wonderful !!!! Cant wait to come back! 💚💛❤️

    I have been natural for about 2.5 years now and I am VERY VERY careful about who I let touch my hair. I use all natural products and use low manipulation styling and since I have been natural, I havent allowed a single stylist to touch my hair....until of course I met Miss Jill.She was absolutely WONDERFUL with my hair. I was in Florida on vacation (Im a college student who goes to school up north) and I needed a protective style for the cold. I had some rope twists put in and I absolutely LOVE them. Unlike many braiders, she was gentle, didnt pull the hair too hard, and I ended up with a style that I STILL get compliments on. She was extremely friendly and we got started right on time with my appointment...no wait time. I found Miss Jill through a family friend and Im very very glad I did. I will definitely go back to Miss Jill in the future for my natural hair care needs and I also recommend her to any other naturals out there looking for an awesome stylist who isnt pushy, who is attentive to her customers, and who simply want to look fabulous.

    I cant say enough good things about Jill.She truly has a gift for taking care of hair. My hair was thinning around the edges when i 1st came to her. Within two weeks afterwards my hair started growing back. I wrote a review and gave her the highest rating on Yelp. I am a very busy person and i am not getting paid to write reviews.

    I have been to Jills twice now and can say so far I feel it is a home away from home. I have been natural for 7 years and recently moved to Kissimmee from the MD/DC area where natural hair and natural hair care is everywhere. I am THRILLED to find a place that cares about the health of my hair. Kinky twist are my go to style and I just had them done by Jill - Gorgeous! Also Christina does a superb job with shampooing and conditioning. The only thing i can think of that I would like better is to keep the conditioner on a bit longer. I may try the steamer the next time I am there. Overall very pleased. They were professional, talented and friendly!

    Jill is the BEST! It is her high-level service that made it easy to drive from Polk County, FL for appointments every 4-6 weeks. I started my locs about 5 years ago. Jill helped me understand locs and the transformation required - because its a lifestyle not just a hairstyle. She continued to exercise patience and understanding as I learned to maintain my locs. I was always amazed how she knew what I did and didnt do between appointments. She is so well-versed on natural hair! When it was necessary to leave Polk County about two years ago, I left with a sound understanding of natural hair. My level of understanding allows me to constantly hold my new loctician(s) to high standards - because thats what Im used to :) Jill continues to exercise high standards in hair care as I just visited her last month for a cut, shampoo, condition, color and style. Yes, two years later and Jills still doing what she does best - teach, inspire and attend to hair at a high level. I miss her dearly! If youre thinking of going natural, you must stop by Jills Natural Hair Care Studio to discover high-level service. You wont regret it!By the way, Jill is NOT rude. As I read comments here about she being rude, I am bothered that people would tell such untruth. Please dont allow such reviews to deter you from meeting and beginning your natural hair journey with a person who will guide and support your efforts to achieve healthy, beautiful natural hair.

    Jill flat-ironed and curled my very kinky hair, with ease. She trimmed my ends and did not take too much off. I received lots of compliments on my hairstyle. Jill did an excellent job.

    First time ever going to get my hair professionally done and had a great time. Took only 2hrs to wash, re tighten and dry my hair. For the Dreadheads you know its a process if you do it yourself. Will absolutely go back and have her interlock and braid it out for me. Thanks Mrs. Jill..

    Published on behalf of my mom, Vinell Hardrick: When I started going to Jill’s Natural Hair Studio, my hair was short and would not grow. Previously, the same day that I would go to my hairstylist, my curls would fall out the same day. My hair texture is very soft. Now, when I get my hair done at Jill’s Natural Hair Studio, I can go for a month without a “new do”, and my hair style still looks good. My hair has grown down to the bottom of my shoulder blade. I just sit in the chair and let Ms. Jill do what is right for my hair. I am totally satisfied! She is second to none, and the queen of color, chemically treated hair, and natural hair. She is patient with clients! I never have to wait! I fully, without any reservations, endorse Ms. Jill! Try her for yourself, you will be blessed, and your hair will love you for it.

    If you are in the Kissimmee area look up Jills natural salon, you will not be disappointed. Your dreads will be in the top 5, once she do your hair. Also if you want your hair treated wash and condition and/or if damage, she will get you on the right track. The owner is a wonderful well rounded Lady. No drama!!!! Highly recommend this salon to take off your hair needs and qaulity retail products to take home with you. Natural products as well.

    Ive been getting my locks maintenanced from Jill for 20 years, yes that is not a typo..20 years. I have nothing but the highest regard for the quality of work and care that is put into my locks as well as the endless amount of people that have also been blessed by her work. I wouldnt refer not a single other place other than Jills and thats my word. Bless

    Call to get an appointment. Christina washed and did my hair. I love it. She took the time to tell me if what I wanted would look right. She had very good customer service always asking me if I was comfortable. Service and end product was fast and on point.

    Jill was able to do permanent dreadlock extensions for my wife ,she has wanted them for years and has gone to other local locticians who proclaimed they were proficient but failed miserably. We highly recommend her.

    Thank you so much for saving my hair. I made the terrible mistake of not combing it out my hair after I took my braids and out and went straight to washing it. Let’s just say her arms got quite the work out with my hair lol. Jill was able to see me the same day and fully detangle my hair which I thought I was going cut off.
