    Always a 5/5 experience! Jay is my stylist and she has been the most helpful, transparent, and kind person who has ever done my hair. She is extremely creative and I always feel cared for at every visit. The environment is more than what I can ask for. The vibe is always positive and I always leave with a smile on my face.

    I been wanting to get my hair done and never had the chance to because I was worrying about someone messing it up. But I came across J Suzzette house of beauty on tik tok and wanted to give them a change. It was the best decision I had done. Jarelyn was absolutely amazing she handled me very well. She understood exactly what I wanted. She’s such a great vibe. This was my second time going to her and I love her. Would recommend 1000%.❤️❤️

    I love this place! Jally did my cut and highlights and did such a great job that I brought my daughters to get their hair done here too. I felt like an actual rockstar walking out. I love that the studio has a ton of great selfie spots too. I will def be going to J.Suzette from now on!

    Thank you for the beautiful transformation! I came in with a picture of what I wanted and the jitters! It’s been 6 yrs of not dyeing my hair so I was super anxious but ready for change. Kasie understood the mission and delivered! I am so happy and can’t wait to come back with more bold ideas. The atmosphere is beautiful and the cocktail made for me was top tier!

    I visited J.Suzzette’s salon recently and was serviced by Cassie for full ash blonde highlights (my hair was dark, nearly black). I was nervous as I’ve had bad experiences in the past with bleaching my hair, my main concern was protecting the integrity of my curls. Cassie did an amazing job educating me on the products/techniques she used to protect my natural hair. My results are 10x better than I hoped and my hair feels healthy. The complimentary drinks and aesthetics of the salon are also a plus!!

    I went in for my first curly cut with jally! It couldn’t have been better, she is so sweet and funny. Not only that but super talented cus she left my hair looking amazing. She gave volume to my curls and gave me the exact shape I wanted! I feel so pampered 💅Love the way it turned out and so so grateful for this salon, definitely will go back

    I had a great experience with Kasie for a quick haircut! I hadn’t had my hair cut in about 8 months and she helped me keep my length, taking the time to search for split ends at the nape of my neck from where it would get super tangled. She was able to cut my hair so my waves/curls would lay nicely. The salon was very welcoming!

    Jarelyn did such a fantastic job on my hair! She completed me feel at ease and welcomed me as a first timer to the salon. I didn’t quite realize how far it would be from my home in Winter Garden, but I highly recommend this uplifting salon for ppl near & far!

    LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! They are sooo knowledgeable about all things color and curls!!! The vibe is warm and welcoming and the staff is energetic and fun!I went in for a color and extension consult and was quite impressed with Kasie’s knowledge!! She is an absolute color magician!!! I’m blonde so that’s hard to perfect, but she did a phenomenal job! She’s amazing with extensions, curly hair and color - an overall WIZARD! . I’ve found my new salon! Check out their TikTok!!

    This salon is top notch, ladies are all very professional. They make sure you’re comfortable and make you feel so welcome! Even on your first time you will feel like you’ve known these ladies forever. I hadn’t been to a salon in 2 years! My hair was fried and ready for a change and not once was I made to feel ashamed!Each of them have an impressive resume and you can tell they know what they are doing! I have to give a shout out to the washing chairs because as a short lady those washing stations have always felt soooooo uncomfortable and with these lay back full recline I was falling asleep! And to top it off being greeted with a delicious drink made to order 👏🏼Cannot wait to go back.

    I did my appointment with Jally for a curly cut and color and she did an amazing job better than what I had in mind. My curls look healthier and she also educated me on how to maintain them. I’m super happy with the look. The staff was very nice and the salon was gorgeous. I definitely recommend this place.

    I had an excellent experience with Jally and her team today. I’ve had a few curly hair cuts, and this was by far the best. Jally took her time with my hair, and I did not feel rushed. The salon was clean and inviting, and each person I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I felt very comfortable right away. I would be comfortable having any of these stylists cut my hair based on the work I saw today. I’m so excited to have found my new go-to hair salon where they really know how to work with curly hair!

    I’ve been going to jally for years, she is wonderful!!!! The salon is beautifully decorated and the employees are always upbeat, fun and charismatic. The coffee and drinks are also a plus! I’ll never go anywhere else to get my hair done- I always leave looking exactly how I wanted and with such great service on top of that.

    I highly recommend my hairstylist Hailey Van Bemmel. She has been doing my hair for years. She is very precise and detail oriented with understanding exactly what I want to do with my hair. And every time it is better than I described. Not to mention the positive atmosphere she creates that is included in her services. I could not be blonde without her.

    This salon is the very first that I have found in Osceola County that’s worth it! I love the service, everyone is friendly and cratering to your needs.     Wow just wow! My curls have never looked so defined and bouncy, full of life and shape. Sandrelly is ma girl lol I loved the service and the girls working there. Every. Single. Woman working in this studio is so open and welcoming and it felt real. I came from a long day of work and got to relax and let Sandrelly do her magic. She gave me great advice and techniques for my curly hair. This is my first ever time getting a curly haircut and bangs. She made my nerves go away in an instant. I am so glad I found this studio and will definitely be coming back for more. This studio has so many services to offer, I could basically live there 😂. Thank you to the owner, Jally!     When I walked into the salon I was amazed by how beautiful it was. I felt like I was in LA or NY. It was out of this world. I was greeted by everyone with suck kindness and warmth. They were so excited to be there and so was I! I received a tour and was absolutely blown away by the attention to detail.My stylist Sandrelly aka Lely treated me like royalty. She is so professional and personable. She completely transformed my hair. She walked me through every step of the way and made the time fly by with her bubbly personality.I walked out with such an amazing transformation. My hair looks and feels absolutely perfect. Everyone has complimented me. I feel like a freaking superstar. She will be my lifetime stylist and this will be my forever salon. I’m so excited to see what’s next for this salon.     Sandrelly is truly the best out there. She has been in the cosmetology field for a long time knows what she’s doing. I’ve never felt so comfortable with a hairstylist and she did exactly what I wanted on my hair.     Very professional, the stylists were very kind and courteous, as soon as I entered they greeted me and welcomed me to the salon, the owner with whom I had made the appointment offered me one of her complementary cocktails and obviously I tried them, delicious, because in the end the result was excellent, the color was perfect and the style too, I will definitely return and recommend them to my friends❤️❤️
