    I started going to Pauline’s a few months ago. I am so happy with not only her service but the ambience in her salon. Pauline takes the time to talk to you about your hair. I have very resistant grays and she is working miracles. Also, the way that she has cut my hair has given my hair shape and style. I highly recommend her.

    My husband and I have been going to Pauline‘s for the last 18 months and could not be more pleased. She takes her time with each of her clients, and makes sure they are happy. She is busy, and has had a hard time finding help, but does the absolute best she can. She is not a walk-in Salon. You need to call and make an appointment, at which time she will go over whatever it is that you need done. Five stars all the way.I read a review from someone who said she is rude. She is one of the kindest, most helpful people I know.

    I just love Paula, she is caring reasonable and affordable. She is always great to talk to, listens to you and does a fantastic job. I have been going to her for the past 9 months since I moved here and couldn’t be more happy with my hair. I even have my husband coming here and he loves her also. I am new to the area and she couldn’t be more welcoming and pleasant to talk to. I am so happy I found her!

    I have to respond to Jessica Torres, as I am the upset customer she references in her review.I recently moved to the area from out of state. I first tried another salon in Orlando that did a good job, but charged almost 3 times the price, and the long drive time to get there made it even more costly. Pauline has been cutting my hair for almost 6 months and I have been very satisfied with the results.The appointment last week was for my first perm with her. I have been getting perms for years, but I am always nervous when having such an important procedure done with a stylist for the first time. I was asking a lot of questions and she was explaining everything she was doing. The only disagreement we had was that I wanted her to thin out my hair right after the perm and she wanted to wait so that the perm would be set. So Jessica did not know the entire story. She also failed to mention that I made a follow up appointment for a color and cut, which I came back for today. I am VERY HAPPY with the way it turned out. Although I will probably insist on thinning it out next time. 😁Pauline is always professional and accommodating. I will continue to come back for all my hair needs and will recommend her to everyone.Thanks Pauline. 🤩

    Paulina is the best hair stylist! Works super hard and does her best to take her time with each and everyone of her customers. We are blessed to have her. I have 5 children that go see her and my husband and I as well.I can trust that she wont cut my hair to short and color my hair the way I ask. Thank you so much for taken care of me and my family!     I moved to Florida from Seattle Washington it took me a long time to find a hair dresser I loved and trusted to do my hair. The last person that cut my hair had a very bad had it never grew since Pauline started cutting my hair it started to grow and doesnt fall as much. I wouldnt let anyone else cut my hair but her she is the best. Her price is not bad other hair salon costs a lot more and do a very bad job.my sister went to one and I sent her to Pauline she fix it and I wouldnt go to any other hair salon. my sister is happy. I would recommend her to everyone I know. She is very friendly funny clean salon treats everyone like family.

    Pauline is excellent and very professional. I get a basic military cut, beard trim and mustache trim. Quick and the conversation is excellent. She treats you as family. My wife, on the other hand, gets her hair colored, washed and cut. She loves it. On a side note, Pauline has a discount coupon based on the number of cuts...but my wife and I decided we will not use it, because we believe in supporting small businesses. Plus, we dont want her to go out of business. And, she constantly trim my eyebrows without me asking to trim. Then my beard is overgrown. She will asked if I want it cut. We need to support her.

    Pauline has been the hairstylist for my husband and me for the past 3 years. I was elated when she opened her business at Bellalago! She cut the hair of my 3 and 11 year old grandsons with care and professionalism. We are so glad to have Pauline’s business close by.

    I went to Pauline for a trim and she was very professional in cutting my hair and telling me how is going to look. And I really liked the way it turned out. Im going back again this time Im going to cut my hair shorter. Shes a person you can trust ,friendly and respectful.

    My stylist was Pauline who has been doing my hair for over 10yrs. She is great at what she does from coloring to cutting and styling. I can trust that my hair will never be damaged after bleaching/coloring. I am always satisfied and happy after getting my hair done by her. Go check out her newly opened UNISEX salon!!

    Both my husband and I go to Pauline’s, she is knowledgeable, courteous and friendly! What a great combination! I adore the way she cuts my hair. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

    Pauline, every visit you exceed my expectations! I come all the way from Lakeland to see her (that’s an hour and some change away on a good day) she’s the only one I trust with my hair, she comes highly recommended she has been doing my hair for years now and she knows what she’s doing! That is a very disappointing review, I was there yesterday across your way getting processed and I can hear you commenting about your husband wanting your hair a specific way, and as she finished cutting your hair (how you asked to have it) you said you loved it ? Sounds contradictory to me. And to further the disappointment, you speak of her accent and culture and her being disappointed (sound racially discriminating to me) as if that has to do with her license as a professional in this industry for 30 years ??? But hey Carla you rock that hair by all means because you looked beautiful yesterday

    I stopped into Pauline’s at about 5 something in the afternoon and asked if they take walk-ins. I was asked what do I want done? I told her just a trim. She went ahead and put me in a seat and trimmed and layered my curly hair. I was currently visiting my mom from New Jersey and I love that she went ahead and trimmed and layered my hair without an appt. Thank you, thank you! Every time I come and visit my mom I will make sure to have a trim at Pauline’s. You Rock!!

    For context: I have had 2 hair stylists in the past 20 years. My hair is straight as straw and has no shape of its own. I usually go through a number of shops until I find the right one. Pauline was my first shop after moving to the Poinciana area last year. She listened to everything I said and was quite familiar with my hair type and style. I got as good a cut on her first try as my last stylist did after 8 years. I am very happy with her talent and the shop. Going in for my second cut this week.
