    This is the best barbershop in the area! When you enter, the staff will ask if you have an appointment or are a walk-in. They are always accommodating, no matter what. The last time I visited, I didn’t have an appointment, but they added me to a waiting list, and it took only about 15 minutes for a barber to become available. They also offer complimentary water or soda, which is a thoughtful touch that customers appreciate these days. My usual barber, Victor, always helps me choose a haircut that suits my personality. Sometimes, I’m unsure of what I want, but he is very patient and shows me different styles to ensure I feel comfortable. He consistently does a fantastic job, and when he’s finished, he shows me the cut from all angles in the mirror to make sure I’m happy with it. Thank you for providing such excellent service!

    The one thing I am very particular about is my hair, and when I tell you that Emmanuel is the best barber I’ve ever had, just trust me on it.     These guys are amazing! We started coming here early in 2023 on a recommendation from a friend and I’m so glad we did. Our son gets the BEST cut every time. They are super consistent and always a pleasure. Occasionally we make an appointment, but most of the time we walk in and they are able to get us in pretty quickly. Thanks for always being the best!

    Best barbers in town and very professionals. Very clean place, providing a sanitized and safe environment.     This barbershop is exactly like its name. My boys have been coming here for years and they are the best in town. Every year my youngest wants to get his haircut with his favorite design cuts barber Jose F. He’s so good with lining detail and fade. But his best is making cool design. Every one is so nice. They make you feel like Family.

    This is by far the best place to get the best cut, hands down. I’ve been to a lot of barbers from down south all the way up the east coast, again best cut for sure. Tyrone has great attention to detail and is extremely knowledgeable as is everyone I’ve seen cut hair since I’ve been going. If you want a great cut book an appointment you won’t be upset.

    The best services and most professional staff from all Barbershops in the Lake Mary and Sanford area.     My first time bringing my son to this barber was May 24 2022 and his barber did a fantastic job. One of the best haircuts my son has had. I was getting him ready to graduate 5th grade and he was able to walk with confidence. I cant recall the barbers name but thank you to the whole shop. Ill be back soon

    A smaller more personal barbershop with exceptional staff. Some are better than others and you will quickly find a fav. I took chances after seeing all the other great fades, cuts, hard parts etc and decided to try for myself. What a great feeling! I wait for Kato but my 5yr old son always goes with someone new to him and everyone is exceptional with kids his age it seems. A quality establishment, be advised it is a Spanish Barber and there is banter but everyone speaks and accommodates English just fine. Best Barber in Seminole. Update: they still are awesome, still the best. I take my 3 yr old no problems!

    Ive been taking my son (age 10) to Top of the line for almost a year. Eric always cuts it, and it always comes out great! As a single mom, it was intimidating taking him to a barber, but all the guys are always pleasant and very welcoming. I highly recommend it! You wont find a better place!

    Frankie has been cutting my kids hair for 5 years and my kids love him. The barbershop is always clean and all the barbers in there are very professional.     I have been coming to this barbershop for years and it is the best in the area. I have done both apppointment and walk-in and I always get helped fairly quick. All the guys here are very skilled and know what they’re doing. What most people need to understand is that this industry like everything else is changing, appointments is the way to go and it’s the way most of these types barbershops work. This is not Great Clips or any quick 10 - 15 minute hair cutlery. These guys spend 45 minutes to almost an hour with their clients, which shows in the detail of their work. If something is not right talk to these guys and they will make it right. The gentleman that cut my hair today on Thanksgiving Day goes by the name of “Popeye” is a real professional and did a great job. You can confidently ask for Luis, Joel, Hector, Cato and even the owner Frankie. For the best experience If possible call ahead and book a slot with one of these guys, it literally takes 2 seconds to book.Just in case for the nay sayers or “haters” I’m in no way affiliated with this barbershop. I’m just a satisfied customer. I was once a first time customer just like you!

    Frankie has been my barber for 7 years. Every where I go I get stopped and complimented on my haircut and asked where I get my haircut. I always get the perfect cut. Everyone I refer never got the treatment they received at Top Of The Line Barber Cutz. They go over and beyond the normal barber to make sure you are getting your best cut, and shave. I have two little girls that love to come with daddy to watch him get his haircut while enjoying the lollipops that Frankie the barber gives them.     I had been looking for years for a barbershop. They are amazing, do not pay attention to the few bad reviews, those are people who just like to complain and will never be happy. The staff are super friendly, you tell me what barbershop you go to where when a barber walks through to start his shift and he shakes everyone’s hand in the room. Great atmosphere. My barber has been Luis for about a year or two and me and my son think he’s a phenomenal barber. I read a review about a guy saying he got a different rate for not being spainish, he obviously doesn’t know how pricing works, a basic haircut starts at the bottom, the more you ask for the more it costs, maybe you should ask why you got a different price instead of blasting a great shop, or if your looking for a flat fee go to supercuts.     Its Great clean place. I have taken my son and 4 nephews a few times. They all have gotten great cuts here. Primarily spanish is spoken in the shop. They all speak English well. So if you dont mind not knowing what others are talking about. Then its a great place. We have paid any where from $10-15 for a kids cut. Depends on who does it. But we have never left disappointed.
